We booked this house and we sure weren’t disappointed, not only is it huge, way more room than your average holiday let with no room to to store your suitcase let alone stretch your legs, oh no this house has oodles of space, our daughter loved it and if a teenagers happy you can bet her parents are bound to be.
The rooms are well furnished and it was so clean plus the kitchen had everything you could possibly want a real home from home.
Yes it’s a bit off the beaten track but with so many walks all around it and such easy access to any visitor area it ticked five boxes for sure.
We will be going back.

Like so many others before me, I too wish I had seen these awful reviews before purchasing.
I purchased a dog bed on March 4th which was sold to me as an ‘in stock’ item. Four days later, I still hadn’t received my item so I sent them an email to ask for an update. 24 hours later and still no reply, so I sent another. I also attempted to call them, to which I got an immediate voicemail (to this day, after countless attempts, I am still unable to get a dialling tone for this company). Eventually I get a reply to my email stating that they are suffering “supply issues” and will send the goods when they have them in a few weeks time. Not good enough really when the item was sold to me as in-stock, not to mention that they hadn’t even bothered to let me know - I had to seek contact with them. I asked to cancel my order for a refund, to which I was told by email it would be processed automatically. Well three weeks later and I am still waiting for that refund, and judging from others experiences, I think it’s unlikely I’ll ever get it from Muddy Paws. I would NEVER order from this company again. There is no excuse for poor customer service; like others, I feel I have been deceived and I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing. I urge you not to use this company ever! And for those who have not received refunds, be aware that if you report this transaction to your bank within 45 days of purchasing, they can attempt to recover your money directly from the company. I am in the process of doing this with my bank’s debit card disputes department and hope to have my refund within 10-15 days.

Do not order off these robbing ........ my partner ordered a coat on the 20th March and got told they were having trouble with there supplier but the coat will be with you in the next 2weeks just found out they have gone into liquidation these people need jailing as this is fraud I hope they get what they deserve and that is jail.robbing dirty thieving scum bags.keep well away from these people.

Ordered a dog coat in February have not received it when chased up by email got an automated email saying due to bad weather orders are late going out, left it for a while and emailed again saying the same, tried calling and left messages several times asking for refund, emailed me back saying would return money but still waiting .
Would not recommend this company wished I read the reviews before.

Below is my original review and I am now in receipt of the dog bed however, that is 3 purchases in total, dog bed and 2 hurta jackets(partner purchased one and his brother purchased other) and time taken to despatch is not good.
I was contacted and the staff are very pleasant and I do hope they manage to imrpove their supply chain and be realistic about items being in stock and how long they will take, then as a consumer I can make an informed decision.
I am about to contact consumer services and wish I had read the previous reviews. I am shocked at the lack of customer service and the company now appears tp be using last week's bad weather as an excuse as to why an order placed 2 weeks in advance of the adverse weather has still not appeared.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
I ordered a dog bed at the beginning of January. The item was in stock.
I waited for weeks but I received nothing.
At the beginning of February, I received an email, saying they didn't have the bed in stock and were waiting for more stock from the supplier.
At the beginning of March, I sent a request asking what was going on. I got the answer that they were waiting for stock from the supplier.
I felt like something was wrong. I started reading the reviews about the company on the internet. And I was appealed by what I read.
I decided to cancel my order. They offered a refund. But they never gave me any money back.
I filled a complain on the PayPal website. And PayPal just gave me my money back. They stated that Muddy Paws never answered their complain and the money is from PayPal not Muddy Paws.

I ordered a dog coat 6.1.18, after several telephone calls I received it on 9.2.18, was too big, sent it back 11.2.18 and still waiting on a refund, today date 13.3.18. I think this is unacceptable.

I ordered a dog bed on 30th November and it was delivered promptly. I had to change the delivery address but this was acknowledged rapidly and the order amended. The bed is good quality and so far is showing little signs of the impact of a Labrador. Thank you Muddy Paws, I will be visiting the site again.

I ordered a dog coat just over a week ago. Then the snow came so I decided to be patient. It arrived this morning. So 10 days instead of the promised 3-5 days isn’t at all bad considering the weather last weekend.
Great 2 way coat by the way. Very pleased.

Giving this company even 1 star is too much my advice is not to order anything from them.
I have been waiting over 2 months for a dogs bed ordered on the 2nd January 2018 payment was taken but no dogs bed arrived.
The only thing Rupert and Tania of Muddy Paws can be trusted to deliver is a false promise to when your item will arrive.

The stock showing as available on their website is NOT actually available - I tried calling to chase the order, but no-one EVER answers the phone!
I managed to get a couple of email responses, but only 1 word/short replies....no solutions, alternative options or ACTUAL HELP!!
STILL awaiting refund and chasing daily!
THE COMPANY SHOULD BE REPORTED AND SHUT DOWN!!

Do NOT order from Muddy Paws. I placed an order for two dog beds 6 weeks ago, money was charged to my card the same day. Then, nothing happened.. I started chasing (nicely), I am still chasing. I received emails saying that there are problems with suppliers and items not in stock, but they should be in stock in 2 weeks. No one ever bothers responding to the phone calls, emails are answered after a few days with some new promises.
I have now gone to the length to calling the actual supplier (Danish Design Dog Bed), and asked them whether there were really problems with these beds...surprise surprise, they are all in stock! So... 6 weeks later, I have paid £100 to Muddy Paws, no delivery, but apparently dog beds are plentiful available. So, I red flagged Muddy Paws with Danish Design Beds this AM.
Clearly, Muddy Paws is in deep trouble, and though I am genuinely hoping they will recover form this, I urge every customer to not place an order there at this point.
The last email response from this AM was: "Please note that due to the offices being closed at the end of last week we do have a backlog of emails and orders to go out, so it may take us a little longer than usual to respond to you.
Many thanks for your email to us here at Muddy Paws. We aim to answer all emails within one business day, however from time to time this may take a little longer. Please be assured we will get back to you as quickly as we can. Best Wishes, Muddy Paws"

Taken my money, £63, for item that it said was in stock. Had a phone call 2 weeks after ordering to say Item is not in stock and is no longer available. I was told I would get an immediate refund but I am still waiting a week later.
Having read a number of recent reviews this is how the company is operating. It takes payment for your order knowing the goods are not in stock and then does not give you a refund.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL NOT GET THE GOODS OR YOUR MONEY BACK.
LOOKS LIKE I WILL HAVE TO DO AS OTHERS HAVE DONE AND GO TO COURT FOR REDRESS.

I have been a loyal customer of Muddypaws for about 4 years.
I ordered 2 luxury dog beds in February and after they failed to arrive, I eventually tried to call to check what had happened to them. I had great difficulty getting through, but eventually tried another number and Rupert who had taken the order in the first place, answered. He apologised and said that it had been overlooked and he would see that it was sorted out for me. I asked tentatively if it would be 10 days and he said “Oh I hope it won’t be that long”. As I had complete confidence, I did not suspect that he could be acting fraudulently, however as my goods have still not arrived and my message sent also has not been answered I realise now having seen all these reviews that I have been conned!

I ordered a number of items from Muddypaws on 14th February 2018 including a Danish Design Sherpa Fleece Slumber Bed for my new puppy. I received all of the items apart from the bed on 23rd Feb a little late due to a problem with the bed. The bed was delivered directly from the supplier the following week - despatched on 28th Feb and delivered the following day by express delivery. I found Rupert's advice very helpful when I was choosing a bed and he kept in touch both by email and telephone to let me know what was going on when there was a delay with the delivery of the bed. He promised that I would receive the bed in time for when I picked up my new puppy and he kept his promise - Thank you Rupert! My puppy absolutely loves his new bed and the matching blanket. I'm very pleased with all of the products I ordered. Huge thanks again Rupert and apologies for the late review.

Ordered a dog bed and from the look of previous reviews have receive the same poor service.
No bed, no answer to emails or calls.
No in process to cancel payment with the credit card company.
What a scam.

I can completely agree with the comments, they happily took my money in February but still no sign of my goods, they have said they'll refund my money but still no sign!
Avoid them like the plague!
