Anything made by Oliver & Sons I would avoid at all costs the beds are fantastic but the owners attitude towards customers is unacceptable, he is a liar and promises things he simply cannot deliver. I waited over 4 weeks for a quote which never came. After numerous calls and emails to the poor girl who works at Oliver & sons I had no joy. The owner couldn’t even bring himself to call and apologise himself. Setting a great standard for the owner of a business. He told a member of staff to call me to tell me he couldn’t do anything until July. There is no wonder Oliver & sons do not have a website or trustpilot. I really hope they treat their business owners who buy in bulk a lot better than they treat single customers. Avoid at all costs, bad customer service and attitude!

Wasted my whole day waiting for collection in my living, I called Mr mattress and put me on hold to talk to the collection team and I was told they came but I wasn't at home!! What a terrible LIE!!!! now I have to spend my whole weekend with bed frame in my living room with my young children! I will never recommend this company to anyone.

I only ordered one bed, but I received two beds on the 22th December.
I email the next day to inform them of their mistake, but your offices were closed.
If I hadn't emailed them , they would never even have known that they delivered two beds to me and this is the thanks I get for honesty.
Someone contacted me today and informed me that the bed could not be uplifted until week beginning 8th January. Stating the courier they use was closed for the holidays. I work in distribution and I can arrange a courier for next day delivery with any company, they just did not want to pay for the uplift with another courier company. Shocking.
I informed him this is simply not good enough, as having this extra bed in my hallway over Christmas with all my family over was a complete nightmare. With young children in the house and lots of family members, this ruined my Christmas.
The customer service person, then suggested that I should not have accepted two beds. Seriously, I can’t believe he said this, how am I meant to know how many boxes that a bed come in. I was not at home at the time and the person at my home waiting for the delivery would not be checking or opening boxes to check a delivery that was for me and refusing boxes that are delivered in good faith. If someone delivers 6 boxes, that's what you believe the bed comprises of 6 boxes.
I have now been informed after much anger that someone will uplift the bed tomorrow.
This is not great customer service, you order one bed, get two, I have to fight to get it uplifted, get told I shouldn't have accepted it in the first place.
I asked to be compensated for the mistake you made and all the stress it put me through having these boxes in my hallway over the Christmas period, I was told the company never gives compensation to anyone.
This is such bad way to treat a customer. I won’t be buying another item from your company again nor recommending you to anyone.

Ordered a bed for my little boy, didnt receive an updates on my order until i got an email from the courier saying I would be contacted shortly to arrange delivery. I wasnt contacted until I saw the van outside my house as I was walking up the street, I rearranged for a delivery two days later. Received an email the next day saying my bed was out for delivery that day, arranged the day off, it didnt arrive, rang courier who told me that it wasnt due to be delivered until the day after. Rang mr mattress who told me they didnt organise the courier it was the manufacturer so they couldnt do much. Waited in again today for delivery, still not arrived. Spoke to mr mattress to cancel the order, they tried to tell me I couldnt get a refund as its personalised. I had to explain that they had breeched the contract as they had failed to deliver. Was told that she would call me back after talking to her manager. I then received a phonecall from the manufacturer as mr mattress were trying to pass the buck to them. Had to contact mr mattress again to get a refund. Only to be told that I have to wait for them to receive the bed before they will return my money. So now I have to wait while a bed travels most of the North of England to see my money again!
Overall quick to take payment but unwilling to deal with problems that they are legally responsible for.

My Wife and I absolutely love our Mattress. We are definitely going straight back to Mr. Mattress for our guest rooms! You guys won't be disappointed!
