I ordered a Huawei Mate 20 from the website. They charged by card for the amount then I emailed them 2 days later to get a timeline on my order and was told item I ordered was not available in the colour I had ordered,
I emailed back to request they cancel my order and refund my money. The refunds came back less £ 11.59 I queried this and they told me the money was charged in EUR and there had been a fluctuation so I now out of pocket for an order they could not fulfil,
Terrible attitude so they made some money off me for nothing.
Why they charge the order before they know they have it in stock just shows their amateur attitude and process.
The lack of customer service to acknowledge their mistake has been non existent.

I bought a mobile phone and wanted to return it within the legal 14-day return policy. You refused, even though I did not open the box. I will therefore seek the assistance of a lawyer. This shop is very frivolous and I would advise everyone not to order anything here.

I received my delivery from GLS Today [13/07].
I ordered my New Nokia 150 Tuesday [10/07], it was dropped at my neighbour, Delivery was Fast, within 3 working days to The Netherlands, better than than I expected.
To be honest, I was a little sceptical at first after reading all the different reviews and stories of people, but now my doubts are gone.
My Nokia 150 arrived in Excellent Condition, nicely sealed by GLS, Good packaging.
Great first experience, I do recommend them to any potential customers.
Only downside I can mention is the expensive Delivery cost [€10].
I can't really judge my experience with the (customer) service because I had no need to contact them by phone or email because I received it on time without any issues.

I ordered phone on last Sunday but they were delaying it to accept that payment has received by them so it takes at least 2 days for them to receive and confirm payment of yours so do not relay on 3-5 working days delivery time. it may take long and then i had to threaten them to get the phone delivered otherwise God knows when i would have got it

The worst customer experience ever, by far. They are pirates and thieves. They don't answer emails, they don't answer calls, they don't call back.
They claim a 100% customer satisfaction, but be aware! If you need ANYTHING from them related to customer experience, prepare for a big frustration, countless hours lost in trying to call them, as well as filing complaints, and claiming your right as a European customer.
Don't ever buy from this company. Being the cheapest can be very dangerous and expensive, especially if they keep your money for many months.
