After visiting Morrison’s I had to go elsewhere to complete my shop as most of the shelves were empty. The freezers were all empty because they are ‘broken’ - this has been the case for the last 2-3 years on and off but they don’t replace them. I won’t be shopping there again

Been in today wish i had not bothered hardly anything on shelves nearly all empty complained to managment they did not seem to care will now shop else where

Is there a problem with Morrison's in Weston super Mare? The shelves are constantly empty. No bread, no chilled meat, no basics for kids lunches. What's going on?

I live near a Morrisons in Cheadle Cheshire. I'm disabled and need to fill my car weekly. More often than not their petrol station is rammed with one queue when the road/entrance onto the forecourt is marked into two. If as you would expect to be able to do, you attempt to use the second lane 'people' object', yet they're the ones in the wrong.(by object I mean verbally abuse you)
You go to the petrol Station manager who has no interest in managing the situation. I 'm tired of verbal abuse for using the situation as it is marked. You couldn't sit in the middle of two motorway lanes making your mind up which lane you wanted to drive in, why should their customers get away with doing the same thing?
I've repeatedly challenged staff within the store and said petrol station, it was meant to be sorted out with their recent refit, has it? no !!
My advice go to Tesco or Sainsbury's a little further away? yes it may mean a little more time in the car, but @ least your dealing with people both inside and out who are not dim witted or rude/arrogant/aggressive and have no interest in doing the right thing...I repeat if you wish to be treated with some respect go elsewhere for everything...

Decent value for money compared to the major stores, great offering of organic produce and sometimes local produce. Some of the staff at my local store do not display very good customer service skills preventing me from given the last star, which is a shame because the majority of them are pleasant
