Customer service is hit or miss with MorningSave.com. I was sent the wrong item and was told they would mail me the correct item and to keep the wrong item. However, prior to this, I reported an issue with a defective item, and they were unwilling to work with me at all. I purchased two Lovesac ottomans. One of the two covers was too small to fit over the ottoman, so I asked to exchange the cover. I was asked to send a photo of the cover, and sent a photo of the cover on top of the ottoman. I was then asked to send a photo of the cover on the ottoman, which was what I had sent. I was then told that the ottoman was out of stock and to send the whole thing back for a refund, when it is still available on their website. After pointing out to customer service that the ottoman is still available, I asked if I could just send the cover back for a replacement because the ottoman was bulky and heavy, but was told that they could not do that. It didn't make sense to me for the company to spend money for me to send the whole ottoman back just to send me another one for the cover, especially since the cover is shipped in a separate box. I asked if I could speak to someone about just having them send me the box with the cover, but the only reply I got was that I should have already received a prepaid return label, which I haven't.
Update - After posting this review, MorningSave.com's lead CSR emailed me and had a new cover for the ottoman sent out to me without the need to send the entire ottoman back. I'm still annoyed the initial CSR lied to me that the ottoman was out of stock and refused to work to resolve the problem, but I am glad the company eventually did what it should have done to begin with.

I guess I have to post here to get in contact with anyone.
Item arrived broken. For weeks off and on I have tried to contact them via their website.
Of course they have no traditional email for me to find to email but a "support form" that returns a HTTP 500 error.
And the support site never seems to load.
But I have no problem viewing and maybe even buying more items.

MorningSave representatives are very courteous and professional folks. I had some confusion on an order I placed emailed MorningSave and there follow thru response was very quick. They researched the order replied back to me and we stayed in touch, via email, till merchandise was delivered. Delivery was 10 days from order. I am a very satisfied customer and do highly recommend this company for orders you may be having doubts about placing

I purchased an item from MorningSave and unfortunately due to a manufacture issue I had to return the item. I dealt with a customer service rep Artyana who promptly replied and quickly solved the issue. Good customer service is what drives people back for more purchases. Customer service representatives are hardly thanked. I am very pleased with how this was handled and look forward to future purchases. I've had no other issues with items purchased from MorningSave.

I just discovered Morning Save has been billing me 4.99 per month for 7 months, and I don't recall ordering anything from them. I rarely purchase things on line. I have ordered vitamins from Amazon and Walmart, but they don't have a monthly fee to order items. When I looked for a phone number to call there wasn't one. I can't login because I don't have login information.

Morningsave Sutra hairdryer scam! My wife and I purchased the grey with violet colored accents Sutra Hairdryer back on February 24, 2019.
Five months later the hairdryer speed function stopped working and only blew air on the high level setting.
A few days later, the hairdryer started to smoke and we stopped using it.
Being in the retail electronics business, I expected Sutra to have a FULL 1 year warranty as referenced on the receipt. After visiting the morningsave website, I see that they do not offer phone support nor do they facilitate the warranty on the manufacturer (Sutra's) behalf.
This forced me to visit the Sutra website which then references that in order to get warranty support, beyond the first 30 days, you'll have to pay $29.99US to get warranty service.
The issue here is clear -
Both morningsave and Sutra call out a warranty term which is completely inaccurate. Their products (I say their since morningsave is the so called authorized hardware supplier) in fact have a LIMITED 30-day warranty!!! This needs to be called out correctly on their site as they are selling under false pretences and therefore this is a SCAM!!!!!

I just received my headphones after almost a month and half battling with local post office without any solutions after without explanation whatsoever my local post office gave up after loosing my first order telling me that I just lost my money and there is nothing they can do about it.
Then Brandon from SideDeals came along. After getting use to the idea of loosing my money like an angel Brandon replace the package I didn't receive but my local post office said I definitely received it.
I like to hear music loud but with this headphones I felt dizzy after check the volume. The sound is great, buy Thanks and many blessings to Brandon cuz without him I wouldn't be able to get them.

Bought a set of earbuds and a queen sheet set. I was led to believe earbuds were almost as good as the APPLE brand, but they are TERRIBLE! The sheets were supposed to be cotton but are 100 % microfiber, hot and not at all comfy to sleep on. I was going to ‘live with the sheets’ if they would have refunded me the earbud price, but would not because of health regulations. Ok. I get that. So, I decided instead of trying to live with these sheets, I asked for a refund on those. They were washed BEFORE I put them on my bed AND AFTER I slept on them for 1 night. (I took them off the next morning because I was so uncomfortable ALL NIGHT.) Now, I am told they can’t be returned either for health reasons....I’ve WASHED them in HOT water !! Not at all happy with this company and will NEVER purchase anything again, and my advise is for you not to either!!

I ordered something and it went missing. I panicked and MorningSave customer support replied right away by sending out the order again free of charge. Thankfully, the package was returned by a neighbor and I sent the new package back. The peace of mind knowing that I was taken care of regardless is great to know!

Do I have to rate this site. I tried calling this company and ironically they have no listed contact number. My first purchase I paid $5 for free shipping on my future orders, I ordered another item months later and had to pay another $5 for the same free shipping before I can complete my order. Now I want to query the issue there is no contact information yet the can go into my account for my $5. Sorry I got involve with this “CRAM” site.

I have ordered from MorningSave several times and have been pleased with the products. This time the epilator that came to me did not work. MorningSave was immediately responsive and returned my money on the spot and did not ask me to send it back. That was beyond kind saving me a trip to the Post Office. Good people at this company I would say!

This shoddy place charged me twice in the same month for membership fee. I bought a pair of wireless air buds from MorningSave, and one bud came apart after having them only a week. I emailed MorningSave. A representative responded quickly and asked that I send a picture of the damaged bud. I did and again very quickly, the representative said I would be sent a new pair. Customer support is the #1 priority for me when ordering from an online company. MorningSave is #1 in customer service. They are trustworthy and stand behind the products they sell. They are quick to respond and eager to fix whatever is wrong. I will not hesitate to order from MorningSave.
