I have bought several things from Morele and one or two I have returned. A graphics card that was faulty after 18months and an Android box because I didn't like it. I got my money back for the card and the TV box I returned withing 14 days because I didn't like it. They never even asked why I wanted to return the box, they just accepted it back and gave me a refund. They often have special deals on certain items, which is why I am on their mailing list. The help line staff know English, too. Good company.

First I've been handed a motherboard that had broken CPU pins, then the staff argued that they have checked the motherboard for any damage before giving it to the customer which they couldn't have done because everything was sealed. Staff is really rude. I've also waited over two months now for a replacement/repaired motherboard but still nothing.
Just avoid buying things from this company and choose to pay a bit more to their competitors that offer much better customer service.
