I never got my refund.
They give loads of excuses, my emails went to their spam email. They offered me a money order option as refund. But still never materialised. Don’t risk it. See the amount of bad refund reviews.

I've never dealt with a company with such poor customer services. They have never followed up on a return I sent in November 2017..I've lost count of emails I've sent with no reply at all (most recently sent to email address [email protected]/com) Not only is this rude, but so unprofessional not to acknowledge my emails. It quite evident that Monroe & Kent have a reputation for this...

Emma my designer worked with me to create a look for my family room. The consultation was very detailed and Emma put together a selection of options that fitted our style and liking.
After selecting the pieces that we wanted, Monroe & Kent contacted us to arrange delivery which was prompt and their delivery company set the pieces in place for me which was a great help. My only complaint is that everything did not ship together, I receive a couple of deliveries over a few days, but Emma did say that I could have my order held at their warehouse and delivered at the same time but I think I misunderstood her!
For the price paid, my husband and I feel this was great value for money and would shop Monroe & Kent again.

We used Monroe & Kent to refurnish our basement remodel. I worked with Emma our designer to put together some ideas of layouts. We ended up selecting a look that I never would have thought about. We’re really enjoying having company over and using a functional and stylish basement space

Seamless experience. A designer came to my home in Englewood, we reviewed fabric samples for a couch I had seen on line. Two weeks later I received the couch and it was exactly as expected.
From start to finish, the service was excellent and I'm looking forward to working with Emma my designer again when we remodel our bedroom.

I ordered an item in November 2017, by end of December it still had not arrived! I contacted customer service and it was something about the order being lost in the post and would I like another sent! I said no, just a simple refund! It’s now early March 2018 and still no refund. I’ve contact them every week, if not nearly every day about my refund! I had a short period via messenger where I was told the finance team were based in UK and due to time difference communication can be delayed, fair enough! But then I was told I couldn’t have it refunded back to my bank (the original payment method) and would have to be a an international money tranfer! If the finance are UK based a cheque would take days, as would putting the money straight back in my bank! I think I’ve even ripped off, and will not be seeing my £60 every again. I would not use this company, their communication is shocking and you most likely won’t receive your order. I wish I had read more reviews before ordering and wasting my hard earned cash!!!
You replied to my post 10th March, I gave you the info you requested...we are now 10days down the line and you have stopped communication. Via here, via email and via messenger. You are ignoring the issue, and now it would appear refusing to refund me. This is the worst communication I have ever had by any online retailer. You are simply ignoring me and the issue. Please refund me!

I placed an order on 11/16/2017 and it's now 1/8/2018 and still haven't received it. I was told it was misplaced when I emailed them on 12/5/2017 and was informed another item would be sent in ample time. I was given a tracking number which says it's in-route to NYC but it hasn't moved since 12/10/17 and now the website doesn't even exist. I'm giving it two stars because I did receive an answer back right away but I'll be disputing this. Two months and still haven't received an order is unacceptable.
**UPDATE** I emailed the company again after receiving the below response in which they said they would place a trace on the package and get back to me in 24 hours. It has now been 48 hours with no response and I have officially disputed the charge. If anyone wants me $10 credit they sent me towards a next order, I'll give it to you but beware, as I will NEVER order from this company again. I shouldn't have even given them this long to figure it out!

Shocking service. Item never arrived, one response via email to find the item but no further email. No response via phone, no follow up to voice message.
Eventually after weeks of trying to speak to someone, spoke to someone on live chat who said she had refunded me. I hadn't received the refund. Got an email to say it would take over a week to be refunded. It's been over that time and still no refund.
No live chat option. No option to speak via phone and no email service.
I'll be taking further action.

I just placed order so I'm only reviewing my experience with ordering. My discount code didn't take so I spoke with a representative through chat after the order went through. She fixed the issue and refunded me my discount.

I didn't receive my items or a refund I am very unhappy and never order from them again! I contacted the company again they the items cleared on 12/10 To Miami it's January 2 more than 20 and still no item. I can't believe two shipments disappeared the worst company ever and no ever answer the order side or customer service! The original order was placed in November and its January I Believe that's more than 20 DAYS !

The boots that are being returned after waitung a month to receive them look nothing like the picture. The poorest quality ever. They should out up an actual picture of the product because the one this company show is completely different from what arrives. Would never refer this company to anyone. The only thing i can say good about them is the customer service reps work diligently to resolve my issues.

I honestly held off on writing a review - giving the company more than six weeks to rectify mistakes. Unfortunately I'm still waiting on word of my order - I ordered two tops on November 22 - it's January 4, I have not received the merchandise that I paid for and don't know if I ever will. I contacted the company on December 15 to let them know that I hadn't received anything nor a shipment update - I thought I had given them ample time, even with their "this could take 20 days" caveat. I received an email back saying they would look into it and let me know something within the next 24 hours. Three days later, I emailed them again as I never got a response. I was then told that my shipment was lost. They offered me a $15 gift card and said they would reship my items or they could give me a refund. I should have just taken the refund - but I accepted the gift card and the reshipment. Now, here we are an additional two and a half weeks out from when they supposedly reshipped my order and I've not received a shipping update, tracking number, nothing. So I contact them, AGAIN, on Tuesday via live chat and am told that she's on the phone with the shipping company and she'll get right back with me on Tuesday with an update. No dice. So I contact them, AGAIN, first thing on Wednesday morning wondering what the update is. She's once again on the line with the shipping company and she'll have an update for me within the hour. Here we are 24 hours later, they are no longer answering my emails, the 800 number is not manned by an actual human being, and they've disabled the chat feature on the website. My next call will be to my credit card company because this is beyond ridiculous. Don't waste your time with this company - the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because Beth was polite.

Thankyou for the on time delivery and really helpful customer care. To other people reading the bad reviews, all I have to say is, read the delivery bits on the website. There are reasons why some places do next day, it's because they are big companies that have delivery hubs worldwide. From what I can gather from M&B they are a smallish sized startup company, so it's not fair to compare one with another. Anyway, I'm happy because I knew that my delivery could take a certain amount of days, it actually arrived in 7 WORKING days which is well under the time it said.
