We are using Mollie Payments for our web store balkansnowboards.com since March 2018.
We needed European based payment processor, because the buisiness is operating in Europe and there is no point to convert every single transaction between EUR and USD twice, resulting in very high cost per transaction. Yeah, this is what happens when you use Stripe, Paypal, Square and all other US payment gateways. If you sell in EUR currency, they charge a big commision hidden in the conversion rates. Fact.
With Mollie, you just stick to the EUR with very transparent and fair pricing. Integration is really easy, approving process is fast and customer support is also great.
What we like most is: Mollie is always up-to-date with the latest payment solutions. Together with credit cards and SEPA bank transfers, Mollie allows you to accept Apple Pay, Recurring Payments and dozens of other payment methods, so there is no chance, that you will be desapointed. Except if you try to sell SHitCoins with Mollie. It`s unacceptable and you already know that, reading all negative reviews about this amazing company.

I'm a drupal and wordpress developer with quite a few large and small webshops onder my belt. I have never experienced the slightest problem with Molly and the one time i had a technical question, their customer support helped my within 24 hours.
I'm not sure what went so terribly wrong with al the negative reviewers, but if you have a legit and honest business and fill in all the required forms correctly you will not have any problems with molly.
I usually don't like to write reviews, but Mollie does not deserve this low rating. I have extensive experience with them and have also set up multiple accounts for my customers without any problem at all.

Timewasters with extremely poor communication skills and no attention for detail.
I called their customer line on June 14th to confirm we could apply to open an account with them from Romania, since their website has no information about what countries they accept. They confirmed they worked with Romanian companies and invited us to apply. I now realise they did not pay any attention to my question.
We applied with all required documentation and a few days later we received notification that we needed to make a payment to their bank account and submit English translations of some of our documents. We completed these requirements.
Later we received an email with the subject "You can start receiving payments now!". But when logging in the applications for receiving payments through credit card and Apple Pay were still pending. Those were the only payment methods we applied for, so I don't get what type of payments we could have started receiving "now!".
I contacted their support about this and they very unhelpfully told me that to get credit card payments I needed to apply for them. This was their reply to my question if our credit card payments applications was approved or not. So you can tell they didn't bother to read my question or check my account status.
I called again and they asked me to wait for an email response.
Then, 2 full weeks after applying, they replied saying they do not accept processing credit card payments for companies in Romania! I wonder why they could not have mentioned this in their website, in their Terms & Conditions, or when I specifically called them to ask about it before applying.
It looks like a company that cares about design. Their site is nice and their API looks decent. They are obviously trying to replicate Stripe's model, but their customer service and their attention to detail is severely lacking.
We run an ecommerce business and we already have a relationship with a payments processor. We contacted Mollie only because their solution seemed more elegant and a copy of Stripe. I am very annoyed that they wasted 2 weeks of my time, but also grateful we only wasted those 2 weeks and not a longer commercial relationship.
Maybe they will improve, but until then, I can absolutely not recommend working with them.

Mollie has deleted my account after they found out I'm a minor - even though I met all requirements for a Mollie account (business bank account, legal representative etc.). After searching through their User Agreement I could not find where it says I need to be at least 18 for a Mollie account. Worst part, they refunded the total balance of my account back to my customers for NO REASON. They literally stole hundreds of euros from me. Scammers.
All other payment providers accept minors without a problem, but Mollie does not and lies to customers. After seeing other reviews I advise others to not deal with Mollie.com. Customer service is also slow, and chat is only available 4 days out of the week. I usually don't write negative reviews but if a company steals money from me then I will.

We have become a victim of fraud on the part of this company Mollie.
Our account has been unreasonably suspended, and funds have been blocked. The manager (Joris) did not request any documents during the correspondence, while we independently decided to provide them confirmation the purchase of goods by customers on our site. But the manager didn't wait for the documents and reported the suspension of our account. The manager is not competent and not interested in resolving this issue. For this reason, we are forced to spread negative feedback about your system, which may adversely affect your future work. The main requirement in this situation is unlocking our cash assets, which are working capital
We do not advise anyone to cooperate with this company due to the fact that it is impossible to resolve any issues with them due to the incompetence of managers, and the management makes decisions that can cause financial losses
We lost our honestly earned funds that were blocked without a reason

Disruption for paying services, “Therefore, you could have experienced an increase in failed transactions for Bancontact payments” as Mollie states themselves.
Days later, specific payment links to pay still don’t work; however the actual status is “All Systems Operational”.
Customers cannot complete their payment and go looking for another supplier;
suppliers don’t get payed for sold services, and lose customers;
but “All Systems Operational”

Company Fluida Invest s.r.o. extremely dissatisfied with the collaboration with Mollie. Our money was blocked unreasonably. We have sent a claim for a refund, After that, our account, for reasons unknown to us, was reset, Namely, all data, correspondence and all documents sent by us in their account. Feedback is completely absent, there is no reaction. We regard this as a highly sophisticated fraud. We do not recommend working with this payment aggregator. Very high risk of remaining deceived. Money is blocked, all appeals and letters remained unanswered. We hope that our appeal to the relevant authorities will bring results and Mollie will no longer provide their services.

Really disappointed with mollie so far - but I'm in a very specific situation.
I needed my money before the end of the year. I signed up with mollie around the 6th of december. They didn't let me know I needed to sign up with a BUSINESS bank account instead of a personal one until the 27th, by email. I found out about this friday the 28th in the afternoon and emailed them about a solution. I didn't hear back from them until I called them myself the monday after - 31-12-2018, even though when you email they say they usually get back to you in 24 hours. I now have a business bank account which was verified by mollie on sunday night, but never the less they cannot pay me until the 2nd of january, which leaves me in an administrative nightmare. Basically it feels like they have held my money hostage for a few weeks.
There are many things I love about the service, but personal care or really going all out to help someone isn't part of the package. I thought I had taken care of my payments through them but they didn't tell me things weren't alright until 10 days after I received my first payment through them.
If you're like a big webshop you probably won't have problems like this but for me as a small guy I really feel let down, with serious consequences.

Mollie is the best out-of-the-box solution for online payments. I have used it for multiple companies, varying from webshop payments to invoice payments of my own companies. Accounts set-up in less than 5 minutes and great support. Thanks Mollie!

Sign up was breeze, processing is painless. Excellent company i have to say.
With other processors you have to give them arm and leg just to get accepted and then they keep annoying you every day.
This is perfect solution for European based business.

The customer support is slow and doesn't answer the questions we ask.
I was happy, not anymore. The handling of "payment in advance" payments are worse if a customer pays not even 1€ to less. Shop get's no message and Mollie just send the money back. No info to she shop is really bad handling.
Next point: if the plugin says "NO EMAILS TO CUSTOMER" mollie sends still out emails to customers. The customer support says they didn't send out emails - test order shows me they did. So CS lies ....
We will look for a other PSP if mollie doesn't work on that cases because we was really happy before.

After having used several other PSP's like Icepay, Sisow and Multisafepay I was pleased that a friend of my suggested Mollie. I was live within 1 day (also with creditcard) and the service runs very stable so far!

Mollie as a very bad and slow service do not even take the time to call you to try to understand the type of service that you really need.
Anyway a competitor has accepted my request and offered me the payment gateway that I was looking for.
