First of all, I didn't choose this photographer.
Our daughter just brought a piece of paper from the school, we wrote all the contact information and agree to pay for a minimal "school photo" package. It was about the 5th of November.
Then, before Christmas, we have got an envelope with the photos and a piece of paper that didn't look like an invoice. There was something about 300kr (270kr + 30kr for delivery), but that was one and a half months after we signed the paper in November, so, we were sure that we paid in November of will pay when we will get the invoice.
Anyway, today we have got another letter with the invoice for 400kr (270kr + 30kr delivery + 100kr påmindelsegebyr). So, they want us to pay one-third of the photo's price just because they were couldn't drop an email or make a call to remind about the invoice.
Later on, I found that the invoice was on the opposite side of the paper that was in the package with the photos. Don't you think I intentionally didn't want to pay the money?
I believe this is an unfair way to make money.
I just paid these 400kr to not have any business with them anymore.
I will raise the question to the school and ask them to choose another photographer next time.

poor quality photos and deceitful information. did not order 32 of the same photos (who in this age and the right mind does it????) and complained immediately and was told to return the photos at school yet school refuses to receive them back. Stuck with awful photos that did not order and on top had a fine for not paying.... be careful. photos are substandard, you will get things you don't want and you will pay in the end.....

Purchased: American visa photos
Rating: For a foto shop aiming for a nontraditional look, a fun environment, and a higher level of customer service - my experience was testimony to the exact opposite.
I came in to get my an american visa photo taken, something which is normally a quick and painless procedure, and was met by a brat of an employee. Not only was she was completely useless at taking the necessary photo (I had to remind her that I was not allowed to smile according to the US requirements), when I asked her if there were any other specifications I had forgotten she shot back rudely that it was he same as all others (even though this was clearly false - I know because I had gotten a picture taken for the same purpose a year ago somewhere else). She was clearly uninterested in what I had to say, even underlining the point by snapping "Huh, what are you saying?" more than once. To top it all off, when I went to pay she wanted to charge me more than the already inflated price which was figured on the price list in front of her. When I asked her about this discrepancy, she told me not to look at those prices. When I finally asked how she could honestly tell me not to look at their price list before paying she said "We changed the prices today, we just haven't had a chance to take that down yet". Mind you, the price list was just a printed A4 sheet of paper.
Overall, a terrible experience which left me feeling cheated. Take your business elsewhere if you can.
