Very large and good choice. The only minus is a long delivery and before ordering you do not know when you will receive your order. You will only know the delivery date after payment. This is the only minus of this online store.

Good site to buy products for our dogs and cats. Quality products, some not even easy to find in physical stores. The only problem I had is related to the timing of shipments that are never respected and the fact that the shipment is never traceable (inserting the code that arrives via email in response is always that there is nothing associated with that code, even after days of shipment). In the last shipment the plastic containers of the cat litter were all covered with scotch (evidently they had fallen and broken during transport). If it had been food, I would have sent it back.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Don't use them! Order didn't arrive, contacted them and they said it wasn't in stock even though it said it was in stock on their website. Asked me to order something else but refused to pay the difference. Very rude service. I have asked for a refund but still waiting...

I had an auto order that shipped to my old address. I contacted customer service and they immediately helped provide as much information about the shipment as they could. UPS ended up sending it back and they provided me a full refund immediately. Very responsive and helpful.

Tja. 3 strikes and you're out. Besluttede at give Miscota en sidste chance. Det skulle jeg naturligvis ikke have gjort.... Efter at have fulgt op flere gange kontakter jeg dem igen 30 dage efter.. .og får denne besked fra kunde service.

I received prompt communications and delivery in good time. If I'd had an email confirming my order, rather than having to request one, I would have given 5 stars. Nevertheless, my request was answered very quickly. This was my second transaction with Miscota and I would order from them again.

The low star is due to the extremely slow delivery, it is one of the slowest delivery service of all the companies I have bought royal canin biscuits from. zooplus’s delivery company is one of the best. And to be honest it put my off ordering from your company, unfortunately I had forgotten I had clicked on the repeat order 🙄 otherwise I wouldn’t be ordering from here it was automatically done for me. So hopefully this lot will arrive a lot quicker then the last order otherwise I’ll be ordering else where next time. Sorry.

Very Bad Company.
I placed an order on 1 August. I still have not received anything (13 September). I was told it had been despatched and was in transit but couldn't track until it reached the destination country. I paid for Hermes service as product was urgent and have now had to source the product elsewhere - and surprise surprise at a much cheaper price too!!! I have asked several times for a refund and my requests have just been ignored.
Hermes also have just ignored me. I am a very very dissatisfied customer.

This company are despicable they are the worse company I have ever dealt with!!!
I placed an order four & a half weeks ago for one item that was in stock. It should have taken 3-5 days to arrive and after chasing my order up several times, then complaining twice & then finally I demanded they get the order to me within three days - they just cancelled my order & blocked me from being able to give feedback via email on what they call their “Verified Website” because they knew what I would say.
Gabriella & Alex S dealt with this order & basically couldn’t of cared less that I hadn’t received my order & that my dog was without her food for this long.
Please learn from my mistake & don’t ever use them.
My poor dog has been without her food for all these weeks & it has cost us a fortune double up on her wet food just to get by.

I ordered items on 27/8/19 according to Hermes tracking it had been with then since 3/9/19 and they apologised for delay saying be with me next 24 hours . Nearly a month later still waiting . 13 emails sent they keep saying waiting for answer from Hermes. Hermes won’t help so refer you back to retailer. I wish had not ordered on this site it was only £21 I spent which they debit from you account quick enough .

Omg it’s shocking how bad they are.
I ordered three items for my dog and spent £65
I was supposed to be delivered last Friday the latest. Still nothing no update on the website. I contacted them on their contact form not reply. I shouted at them on Facebook just to find more upset customers. Finally they eventually told me they will process my order! Feels like a good will!its shocking and absolutely disgraceful

My order arrived 3 weeks later and the communication with the client service wasn’t very easy. It was rude and didn’t get an apology for it. If I didn’t insist I don’t think I would get my order.
