I booked the night before at 3:15am as I had an important plane to take. No one showed up and no one told me there was no taxi coming, I paid in advance. They are thieves. I had to take an uber and could have missed my plane.

Absolutely rubbish service, you might book yourself a cab so that you can be at peace and travel comfortably but they will not send you the promised car but a smaller one while charging you for a bigger car! What fraud! And if you are in for worst, you might end up with a cab from premiercarslondon post which you must absolutely give up hopes of travelling better. Don't trust them and spare yourself this misery.

Unreliable,never notified me that my trip to the airport was cancelled when I called them they didn't offer a replacement car so I could have missed my flight if it wasn't for uber!

Do yourself a favour and do not use this website. Your booking is always cancelled last minute. They will let you down and leave you stranded with no transport. Completely rubbish.

They use cab companies that either don't turn up or are 45min late. Very enraging when going to the airport. I emailed their customer service twice and no answers. I will never use again, minicabit is much more reliable.

Booked Minicabster to be picked up at Heathrow T5 today.
As I got off the plane they sent me a text message saying taxi was cancelled as they could not get a driver!!!!
Created an enormous problem for us after a very long journey.

Siccome arrivavano a Stansed a mezzanotte circa avevo prenotato (e pagato in anticipo) un cab con questa compagnia in modo da evitare problemi. La prenotazione è andata a buon fine e quindi ero abbastanza sereno. Purtroppo una volta arrivate lì nessuno si è presentato, lasciandole sole all'aeroporto a notte fonda. Il giorno seguente, dopo una ventina di telefonate, ci è stato comunicato che la corsa era stata cancellata. Non si sono preoccupati neanche di avvisarci. Vergognosi.
One of the worst experiences of my life. I booked a cab from the airport to central London for my girlfriend (and her friend). Since they arrived at Stansed at about midnight I had booked (and paid in advance) a cab with this company to avoid problems. The reservation was successful and so I was pretty calm. Unfortunately, once arrived there, nobody showed up, leaving them alone at the airport at night. The following day, after twenty phone calls, we were informed that the race had been canceled. They didn't even bother to tell us. Shameful.

One of the worst planning for the last 6 years I took a minicab service.
Waited for 50mins and have to contact them in order to know the car agency has been switched.
Driver did not come and pick us up and expect us to go carpark to meet up with him when he reach. He demanded us to pay the parking fee to T5 carpark.

I booked a ride for one passenger, (me), from Heathrow to my home in NW London for £35.
A day before my return I called them to ask if I could add another passenger who needed to go a few miles further and, although they agreed, the cost jumped to £55.
I told them that I thought this was an very large increase, but they were not prepared to reduce it.
When we got to Heathrow the driver initially asked us to meet him on the 5th floor car park, but I insisted that he came to the meeting point , with a card showing my name, which he agreed to do.
His vehicle was a Vauxhall Zafira with very worn and scuffed seats, which was not really what I was expecting.
The driver was quite pleasant.
Overall the experience was so so, but not great.

I have never had this experience before and I always recommend Minicabs but after this i might not be able to. My friend booked a taxi for me, i arrived early but immigration took very long.I received news tht i had lost my brother just before my flight took off from Dubai.When i arrived at Heathrow, I called the operators number from a payphone and begged for the driver not to leave. The driver left and when i begged for them to meet me in the arrival hall so we would not miss each other as they've always done this for my friend: the service guy I spoke with said he didnt know why I was acting so stressed and said i should go to terminal 2(a different terminal from where i landed) to short stay and look for silver Citroen blah blah. I said give me drivers name and number but he refused. Here i was distraught with two kids and suitcases and they refused to help me an said i didn't pay for a service where the driver would stand in arrivals with a sign!!!! I couldn't believe this! My friend completely vouches for minicabster and says they meet you, its easy, they are helpful and i experienced NONE of this. I would never recommend this to anyone ever again.

Rubbish customer service. Cancelled my booking 10mins before I was supposed to leave even though I booked it 2hrs in adv.
Call kept cutting off so had to call them back! Never again! I can see why other companies in this area prosper.

My booking didn't go through. The Gentleman on the phone was very helpful and negotiated a price for me for a Cab.
Unfortunately it was not clear why my online booking hadn't worked as it all looked fibe on the App.

App did not take payment then would not work. Person on phone did not answer questions, did not understand and was rude. Took 40 mins when said straight away. Driver did not understand and drove very badly. Would not use again.

Customer service (Terrence) took my case seriously (I had a previous problem with a booking which Terence followed and promised me a compensation in my next booking) and followed it till today when I used your services again and besides the promised compensation was paid, Terence called me this morning to check that my car arrived on time and i was on my way to my destination. Is good to find professional people around. Thanks Terence.

I booked a service from Standsted airport for my wife whose phone had ran out of battery after 9 hours of delayed in Naples. On arrival there was no taxi and when I called the details of the operator, which I received on the booking confirmation from MINICABSTER, they said they had not agreed the service because they didn't have drivers around. This was 30 mins after the booking time! This is unacceptable as I would've expected to have an update from MINICABSTER.
I will not be using this company again!

Arrived to Gatwick airport on time and my cab wasn’t there so I called the operator and there was an issue with my driver that ended with me waiting for more than 1h and a half. They offer me a total refund but that would mean i won’t be able to return home so not a practical solution. Anyway I would like to mention how helpful Joana from Minicabster was doing her best to get me a cab the quickest as possible. Still not a good experience so not sure will repeat

I booked an airport transfer to catch my flight at 8:40am on a Saturday, paid for it in advance via credit card. The pick-up time was 5:45am, and at 5:20am I got a text message with shocking content: they cancelled my transfer. I then received a call and was told they can probably get me another driver 40 minutes later, or I can use Uber. After some back and forth, I told them they should arrange another transfer, but 10 minutes later I received another call that they couldn't get another driver and I should use Uber... As if it was that easy to get an Uber Saturday morning for an airport transfer. I just barely caught my flight and almost had to cancel my weekend trip. The worst situation a car transfer company can create. Appalling service throughout, I'll never use it again.

Probably I have just been unlucky, but had a very bad experience. Booked asap when arriving in Gatwick with my 7 year old son. The app said the taxi would arrive in 20 mins which suited me fine. Ten minutes later I get a call saying that unfortunately it was going to be 30-40 mins.
I wanted to go Uber but thought I could wait a bit... but after another 20 mins I get an email saying that my taxi was booked another 15 mins later than planned. I waited again, but at the time I rang the operator saying that the taxi was 20 mins away.
Turned out to be incorrect as it was indeed 5 mins away, but by that time i lost patience and I got an Uber in 3 mins since booking, I could see where it was and I knew it was not an excuse after the other. I used Minicabster before and worked nearly always fine, but this time was a real problem, especially as I had my son along and it was getting very late for him

The app said he would be there in 40 minutes, not ideal but I decided to wait. When it was time I got a call saying there was a mistake of pick up location and it would be a further 40 minutes at which point I cancellekd. Uber was there in 6 minutes and the journey cost me less. Poor show. Won’t be using Minicabster again
