Skips were delivered to the wrong address and we had to chase up the redelivery of the skips. Delay caused considerable problems as we were on a tight schedule. No refund was given. No problem with collection.

The driver who dropped the skip apparently didn't really know how to manoeuvre his vehicle and took far to long to get the skip into the position we asked for. Having got it into place he said he couldn't leave it there and put it into a position more difficult to achieve blocking my wife car. I called Mick George only to be told that from pictures he sent he was correct so my wife car stayed in the garage until the skip was picked up,

We asked for a morning slot and we're apparently told they'd mark it down but couldn't guarantee it. Come three ish we rung and we're told half an hour. Half hour came, and half hour went. We rung again and we're told they'd had a problem with two skips 'sticking together' and that he was on he's way. Another thirty minutes or so and it came. The driver then proceeded to tell us we didn't need the permit that we had been forced into paying for. I would not knowingly use them again.
