Love the cause and support of the me to we charity. Decided to buy the lovely bracelets they made and spent 200aud + shipping. Emailed them 3 weeks after they shipped to kindly check delays of the parcel, they have emailed me saying nothing they can do, so I had to check with DHL.
DHL has told me only the sender has the authority to contact DHL to investigate further, ask for a refund or redeliver. Its been two months now, sent 3 emails asking to at least follow up on the progress of the parcel but there has been no support or replies at all from the me to we shop. Difficult to support the cause when the customer service is disappointing. Worst customer service support I have ever encountered.
