It is very convenient and the support system is right there and they don’t mind you asking questions. It’s small and it takes a lot of cards a variety not just Visa and MasterCard. So I definitely will recommend this Card reader. It also tells you how much you make during the day and how much you take out for taxes and if there are no taxes that’s fine too. I tried it I love it!

Our company has just signed up with Merchant One. The application process was tedious and seemed never-ending, but that is the same with any service that involves banking and money transactions. Security is paramount. The people I worked with were courteous and patient, even when I was impatient and just wanted to get it done and ready to use. The trainer today was great. He answered all questions and assured us we would always have access to customer service when needed. The Gateway site seems easy to navigate and we are looking forward to using this service for all of our credit card transactions.

Unfortunately I have to cancel my account with you. The credit card rates that were advertised to me somehow changed and I was charged a larger amount. When I found out, your company did not honor the correct rate in the past months that I was overcharged and only reset them for the future. That wasn't good customer service and it led me to confirm my decision to go elsewhere.
But you may ask why I'm giving you 5 stars despite the money issue. It is because of Jason DaSilva. He is the best merchant processor customer service representative I've had in over 20yrs. I do realize that is saying alot, but it is true.
I've switched my software and tried to keep your company to process my cards just because I appreciate being able to email Jason and get problems resolved easily and expeditiously. However, the software's functionality is set up to be compatible with only their merchant processor's partner.

I am sadly disappointed in MerchantOne. They were quick to receive my money, however it took them 11 days to fund me my money into my account. NOT 24 hours. Always a new representative asking on a daily basis for something else to approve my account. You would of thought they would of done their due diligence before they started receiving money on my behalf. Very poorly executed. On a brighter note, the portal training administered by Errol was fun, entertaining, and informative.

*Update - Mark the manager has worked hard to make this right, and finally got the deposit to go through. While I have great respect for Mark and believe he will do everything in his power to make it right, I have zero faith in the verification and security department who refused to communicate with customer service what in the world is going on which is why every single time I called I felt like I was getting the run around. After I process transactions this weekend, I will update this review based on how long it takes my deposits to come through.
Merchant One has held $10,000 of transactions for THREE WEEKS when I was told by the sales rep that my sales would auto deposit into my account the next business day. Not only was I lied to, but I've called so many times that I've been given the manger's personal cell number. They are giving me the run around while hanging on to the $10,000 I processed through their point of sale. This has been an absolute nightmare!!!!! DON'T SWITCH TO THEM!!!!! It will take hours to set up the account, then you have to invest in their point of sale system. I feel like I paid $500 for clover systems only to be scammed out of $10,000. FURIOUS doesn't even begin to explain the way I feel right now. No effort on their end at all to make this right. Beyond frustrated. I was promised lower transaction fees, but holding on to everything I've processed has definitely NOT been worth it.

Errol with the training department did a great job guiding me through my portal education. He was fun and entertaining.

I called for information about a transaction, after receiving the information I was asked if I need assistance with anything else. I commented that my PCI compliance was due. The representative was very happy to help me with that task also.

We had a terrible time trying to get my cell phone to program. Finally Mercedes my super rep programmed me by using her phone. Once that was done we were completed within a couple of minutes.
