Used the service multiple times and it does it’s job, but the targeted marketing in the mail is a total blow. The moment you pause, you receive targeted coupons, which is a good idea, the only problem is that it works once. You will later receive the same ad every month with useless codes. The customer service will blame the system and you will still be spammed. No, thank you.

Would like to share my experience with Mathem.se
Order number 32798833 for delayed delivery and bad customer service.
With this order number you can probably also find our other orders which we have written to your customer service about the rotten fruits which happened several times.
We have been ordering from them every week for over a year now.
1. The clementines we ordered for over 7 times this spring, half of them were rotten once we unpacked them. This is a company advertising all the time they have fresh stuff so we pay more than grocery store to get it.
2. Delayed delivery time, we paid 119 SEK for delivery between 7.00 to 9.00 am, in 2 hours they did not deliver anything, no SMS, no phone call, we wrote to them and be told, they have NO IDEA what happened and when it will be delivered, seriously? Then delayed for 30 minutes. We wrote to their customer service, they said it is fine to have a 30 minutes delay. WOW, then why should we pay for 119 SEK for the delay? We asked for a refund for the delivery fee, then what happened is extremely ridiculous, the customer service agent whose name is ALLEN, closed the live chat!!! (luckily we kept the chat text as proof)
3. As spoken previously, the customer service agent said they have the rule that delay within 30 minutes will not be issued a refund, and said it is in their term and conditions, I have looked through their website, and did not find such information. So I ask ALLEN (the customer service agent) to give me the link so we can have a look. What happened then is, he said he needs time to find it, ok I wait, then he closed the chat!!! Has the customer service person really been trained how to work with customers and how to be professional?
-----Yes, after dealing with this ALLEN, I chose to be a harsh customer so they could realise they surely need to improve.

I'm writing to let you know how disappointing your services have been lately. I've been a customer of yours for a couple years now and I always USED TO recommend you to my friends. I now tell people to AVOID using MatHem whenever possible. Of my last 4 orders, ZERO of the deliveries have been on time. 3 of them were not even within the time frame I selected! ALL of them have been delayed, sometimes MORE THAN ONCE, sometimes with a text to notify me, and sometimes with NO NOTIFICATION of the delay....???
Why do you offer specific time slots if you consistently fail to meet them? From an outside perspective, it seems that MatHem has recently made major internal changes aimed at improving efficiency (aka: profits), but all at the cost of the customer. Yesterday might have been "the last straw" for me as my delivery came OVER AN HOUR AFTER THE DELIVERY WINDOW CLOSED and that my delivery was DELAYED A SECOND TIME with NO NOTIFICATION!
I will be switching to Coop now, and I will also leave this review on Google so other customers don't fall victim to your "recent delivery trends". It's a shame the quality of your services has changed so much...I used to be a satisfied customer. :(
