There were so many technical issues posting to Facebook. I can't run my business like that. When I schedule posts I need to know that they will post properly. This was supposed to make my life easier and so far it has been a huge headache!

Overall, I'm a big fan of MarketMeSuite and have recommended it to many people. The main things I would change would be the addition of more Social Media groups, such as:
As well as adding the ability to post to our LinkedIn business pages. It's great that I can do my personal account, but I want the ability to post to my various business pages as well, especially since I work for a large corporation and we have various pages for each division of small business under our umbrella.
I love your customer support, far more that what I dealt with at Hoot Suite, which was a big disappointment, and was very happy to find MarketMeSuite

I paid for a subscription because they were supposed to be connected with constant contact and I do my email blasts thru CC. But so far I can't see how you can do a decent email through CC using MMS and I still have to do it separately. It works well enough to do my blasts for twitter and linked in in scheduling etc. My biggest irritant is that I had it set up by someone else and now I can't get their name out of the Hello! area. I keep trying but it won't update it. So I gave up. Of course not a big deal but it makes me worry if that basic software is not working what else isn't working that I haven't tried yet.
Customer service is not their strong point that is for sure. The trainer missed my scheduled session when I first started but apologized all over the place for it so I guess it is okay now but still that did leave a bit of a sour taste. But there was no phone number to call or anyway to contact anyone when she didn't come on line for 45 minutes while I sat waiting. I finally left a message with billing.
I will keep it for now but may look to other companies that my associates work with to see if they are any better.

I've been using MarketMeSuite since version 3, and the version 4 is a great milestone for MMS. It saves times, provide manageable engagement, reach new prospect easily. But actually i want to give 4.5 of 5... since they don't have the android app version :)

I'm notorious for "hitting the ground running" when it comes to new applications. I don't have time to learn new things and figure out how to apply it to our world. So far I have found MMS to be intuitive and because the dashboard resembles the email folder, I have been able to get projects underway with little hassle. I look forward to implementing the more advanced functions soon. The communication with the staff has been concise, helpful, friendly, informative and (most importantly) complete. The level of customer service and communication from the folks at MarketMeSuite has been something I hope my staff can aspire to!

I love using MarketMeSuite because not only does it help me schedule my posts out, but it also it allows me find new leads and follow people talking about my industry. I can also cut through the clutter with my Smart Inbox only seeing messages I actually want to see. Its made social media so much easier to handle.

After examining numerous platforms for social media, I chose to purchase a year membership to MarketMeSuite, because I had a few months to try the service first. There are a few features I would like to see, which is the only reason I'm giving this 4 stars and not 5.

I have tested several apps and none were perfect. The best were extremely expensive, and the cheap ones were extremely simple. MMS has a good balance of it while it lacks iphone/ipad apps at the time of writing this or a big number of social platforms connected, it's something is planned in their development. To remark the excel.lent job of Allison, the Community Manager, that helped me through all the procedure!

It Works fine to have all the twees, facekookpostings and linkedIn messages in one view. Easy to respond immediately.
Since I work with Marketmesuite I am much more active in the sicial media!

I used to have loads of tabs open when writing a blog post or designing a website! I kept procrastinating all the time.
Market Me Suite has helped me become more productive with my time and I stop spending sooo much time on social media! With it I can now do the work of 4 people!
also the free version has a lot more to offer than hootsuite which is why I highly recommend it!
I just wish that Market Me suite offers Google + but I am sure they will offer that soon!

MarketMeSuite is easy to use and makes my life much easier when it comes to managing social media for 20+ businesses/ clients. Without it I would have had to hire someone to continue the same type of engagement.

I have been using MarketMeSuite since the beginning days of social media. It was brilliant then and has continued to evolve and get better. It is easy to use and provides a platform to cover most socail media bases from one place. I have tried many other platforms, but never found one that meets my needs like MarketMeSuite.

I've used a number of services to manage social media accounts, but have found MarketMeSuite best when you have multiple Twitter accounts, Facebook pages and groups, and LinkedIn groups. The smart inboxes are especially useful for collecting all responses in one place without having to monitor multiple columns etc. Scheduling and posting are also very easy. Can't wait for G+ functionality and an iOS app.

I've used other social dashboards before and I've always opened my account, gone on to schedule a few posts and then had no idea how the rest of the application was supposed to work, or it was so busy that I couldn't tell what to do next. With MarketMeSuite I don't feel that way, not only do they have great customer support, they have a clean interface and straight forward appeal.
