Delivered as promised. Balls could be in better shape, but I'd say that less than 5% were worse than the description for the condition was.

Cheapest price online for my items. Already in stock. Free trackable delivery. Free gifts. Great communication (response within half hour both times I contacted them). I asked for goods to be here for my round on the weekend and they arrived a day early. What’s not to love? Will back for sure, just need to wait for payday :)

Ordered 100 Pearl/A grade Taylor Made Tour Preferred balls. Cost £140. Approximately 50 of these balls I would class as pearl. Around 25 to 30 'A' grade. The rest were in my opinion not as described including a couple of refubished/refinished balls. Probably wouldn't spend that much again due to high percentage of inadequate balls.

What a very quick service

Easy enough transaction. Clear and simple and PayPal is always a plus.

This Is the 2nd time where I got 24 balls - not the highest grade but second highest - there would be at least 5 of them put straight into practise sleeve - pity - 1 or 2 exceptable but 5 not so. I'll buy again but a bit disappointing

The products I purchased are first class and the delivery was next day even though that was Black Friday, when other suppliers were quoting delayed delivery due to said Black Friday.

Let down at late notice on a delivery with the explanation of 'delayed'. No reason given. Pretty poor service

Of 40 "Mint/A" rated balls, 11 were below what they describe as that grade. There were scuff marks and in two cases the white coating was flaking off in places.

My other complaint is that while all balls are Nike PD Long as purchased, it seems not all PD Long balls are equal. 22 were of an older design which has a very different dimple structure. Perhaps I should have thought about this possibility prior to purchase. All I knew at the time was I loved the new PD Long balls I bought a couple of years ago, so I assumed they would all be the same.

I would suggest that in future you update the site to show the different generation of Nike PD Long balls, as I am not expecting to get a lot of consistency out of this batch. I notice that you have done this with some Titleist varieties, it is a shame that you don't do this for these balls which have such obvious differences between generations.

I have updated this. Previously I only spotted 5 balls at a quick inspection that did not meet the Mint/A description of the website, and to have 35 that were Mint/A for £20.99 still seemed pretty good, even if not as good value as I had hoped. However given that more than half the balls are of an older design and a quarter are either scuffed, scratched or have the white coat flaking off, I am not particularly impressed. My golf isn't good enough for the slight damage to make a huge difference to my game, however my instructor has strongly advised I always use the same ball so that when it sounds or feels different, I know that it is me rather than the ball. Given the very different builds of these balls, I won't quite get that consistent audio feedback.

Bottom line, don't expect it to be quite as good value as the website would imply, but still is reasonable value. If you care about ball quality at all, don't go below the Mint/A grade since even those can be a little damaged. If the year of the ball isn't specified don't be surprised if not all balls are the same as each other.
