Not a bad clean. The kitchen was cleaned good. The floors could have been done better. My biggest complaint is with dusting. I always find things that need dusted. I would also like them to actually use polish on my wood tables and coffee tables.... overall, not a bad cleaning....

Our kitchen wasn't cleaned during the last visit on a Friday. The company said it wasn't on our work order - even though we'd been with the company for months and always had it cleaned. I had a party that same weekend so I had to clean the kitchen ourselves. On Monday the company said they'd send someone out to clean (all the while we already had to clean it ourselves) and refused to discount the clean for the missed room. This was after 3 phone calls trying to speak with the manager. We were finally told the owner was getting ready to sell the company and wouldn't have time to speak with us. We canceled because the customer service was so terrible!
