My experience with magnamail is this. I got sent numerous "you are a winner, just fill out the order form" type communications. Anyway I saw some things that I wanted so ordered. Then I kept getting emails saying my credit card was rejected due to insufficient funds which was a load of rubbish. I rang up customer support and got the Philippines and they said I needed to contact my bank which I did and they said there was no issue and that nothing had come through from magnamail at all. So I went back to customer support and they tried to process the payment again, and got the same response. I contacted the bank and they said there was no block on payments to this company, so tried again. No luck. Waited a couple of weeks. Heard nothing from magnamail even though my order was sitting there suspended. Rang customer support again but early in the day, and got an Australian women who sighed and said she would get it sorted and it did indeed get sorted. The products arrived in reasonable time and the quality is as expected. Dont know about this draw thing, and suspect I was left out of any such thing and I expect their response to that would be to blame me for my credit card issues, of which there were none.
