I would have written that I had a good experience with the customer service but I can’t .
First of all I did a mistake on my shipping address and that was a little mistake by me (but that could be ended without issue with some collaboration).Starting from the beginning, I contacted them on time, they sent an email of order confirmation were the shipping address was updated correctly.
The next morning I contacted them just for an update and I discovered that:
1) They didn't update my address
2) They didn't wait for a confirmation or a solution that could be found without sending the parcel to a wrong address (like let me do a new order with correct address and so on)
I want to highlight that they were in time both for waiting and not sending the parcel and to correct the address.
After that the "support" just said to contact UPS by phone to correct it.
That appeared to be wrong, UPS said that they could change it but I couldn't until a first try was done (city far away 1000+km from where I'm now and I will be).
This seems like a proof that they don't know so good the policy of the parcel carrier they use.
I want to notice that I specified also that I had date issues because of a flight.
All that took also more then 6 hour of troubles, calls and emails and as a paradox I chose them because the sponsored quick shipping time . The quick shipping time is also a lye because:
1) they didn’t shipped it as scheduled (that gave them more time to fix the issue)
2) the shipping time wasn’t of 1-3 working day but 1-4 UPS Standard®, ofc without considering the delay of the address changes.
I think the support was created to support the client not the interest of their business, but it seems they are careless of customer.
FYI there are many similar website, personally In the future i will avoid this one, I had bought from many different shops from every country (China, USA, Japan, EU) and never had similar troubles.

Amazing customer support! I felt compelled to write a review due to the amazing customer service i received. I bought a Flowermate Aura which promptly stopped working properly after just 1 week of use. I Contacted the customer support and they shipped me a replacement without any further discussion. The product i absolute appalling quality though, but that has nothing to do with MagicVaporizers.

Was hesitant about ordering from this website, as there are very little reviews online. Suffice to say, my experience was great. Ordered 2 herbal vaporizers. Delivered as quickly as humanly possible to the UK from mainland EU. The prices were very fair, and the items were in perfect condition, exactly as described.
No problems at all with my order or items, so I can't vouch for their customer service. As far as everything else goes, A+. Would definitely use again.
