We had an issue installing Better Maintenance extension for Magento 2.3.
Although this is a free extension, Mageplaza support was incredibly fast and efficient.
We also had some other contacts points before and this last one was just the confirmartion how great Mageplaza is.
Definitely a partner we trust.

From the time I submitted a ticket to hearing from an agent was very quick --- Victor assisted me in answering all my questions very quickly. While the final outcome was nothing he could do, Victor pointed me in the right direction as well as shared some fantastic extensions that we will be reviewing and most likely implementing.

I've started using banner slider extension. After install easily I got some issues but the perfect support with April and Summer they helped a lot to solve more than I needed. They are amazing. I've been planning with Summer to participate Mageplaza Partner Program to improve my e-commerce. I recommend all extensions and that great support for everyone.

Awesome extension and awesome support. I bought the one step checkout extension from a different company and it didn't work as advertised. A consultant recommended I try MagePlazas. For a regular installation fee, they helped me remove the bad extension and install theirs - not once but 3 times as I wanted to test on dev site before live and then dev site got corrupted by another extension, so we had to start over. Their extension works as advertised - google maps works and it works with Amazon checkout too - Magespacex sold us their extension as doing both these things and it never worked and they never returned our messages or fixed the issues. Every single message from Mageplaza was returned promptly. I have tried 3 different one step checkout extensions and theirs was superior in every way. I will be switching all my MageSpacex extensions to MagePlaza. Support is so important. Do yourself a favor and go with MagePlaza.

We recently purchased their Layered Navigation Ultimate and Improved SEO Ultimate extensions and although we had a couple of small issues with them, Mageplaza support has been fantastic and quickly fixed the issues directly on our development site to our satisfaction. The also performed a customisation to add a new feature at a very low price.
Not only are Mageplaza extensions very reasonably priced they also include a long support period after purchase to help ensure you get the best chance at success using their extensions.
As a web developer at a medium sized business I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mageplaza extensions for your Magento 2 website.
