Went with my 12 year old daughter on Wed 2nd Sep 2020, so no queuing because of covid-19 you have to book a time slot online. All very good and few people so easy to take lots of pictures. My only complaint is the cost you pay for your photo taken with the royal family. £30 and 1 photo in a thin card holder and they say unlimited downloads, but only of the one photo you choose(there were 3 taken as you go around so I thought you could download all 3). The download is low res-150ppi (18.29x27.43cm), so pretty crap.

A fabulous day out for myself and three friends. The staff we spoke to were polite and very much in the background. The wax works were intriguing and it was a different experience than when I went there many years ago. This time I got up close and personal rather than looking at them from a distance.
The cafes were closed it seemed so no chance of a drink and sit down.
Excellent time there.
The only advice I’d give is BUY a Program as I’m sure we missed many areas that we wouldn’t have done if we’d purchased one.
And a note to staff, please offer programs at point of sale to remind us. Thank you.

Staffs are polite.
The waxs statue matches alot to the famous people & the place were well cleaned.
The place is pretty big ,so don't be in an rush when exploring it.
Last not least, great location for fun pictures.

Recently, my wife's relatives from Belgium came to us and we went to Madame Tussauds Museum. Everyone really enjoyed it and the children were very delighted.

After being sceptical about visiting the attraction, I actualy found myself really enjoying the experience and appreciating the all of the sculptures inside.
Lots of selfies taken, and impersonating jonny Wilkinson taking a conversion amongst the highlights.

Went today for the first time and was a little sceptical because of the cost and just wondering how I would get my money worth but I did not leave disappointed, the marvel mini movie made my nephews day. A massive thank you to thee girl working down in the sherlock Holmes bit who gave my housemate a mini heart attack, was fantastic ? would have been 5 stars but the ticket/queueing system wasn't great.

Told no buggies at the door and no mention of this when booking. The security kindly let in the later slot before us. Hearded like cattle and they put the first celebrity right by the lift exit so caused bottleneck. Rude staff and pushing and shoving tourists trying to get a photo. Never again, goto Blackpool one its much better organised.

It has been many years since I last visited Madam Tussards and was looking forward to visiting with my children. Once inside, it reminded me of the first day at a department store sale. Crowds of people, chaos, difficult to see exhibits and when they were visible, guests were draped on them while taking selfies. Not an experience I would recommend or return to.

Well after such a long time of wanting to go I wasn't impressed at all really, the figures were out of date lots of them, there didn't seem to be many either I know many English famous people, time slots are also bad people shouldnt still be rammed in as much as they are I couldn't breath if I had to pay 140 for the four of us to have had to have gone in then I wouldn't have been happy that's for sure not worth the money at all
Sorry but it's out dated some of the figures need to be update to the way stars are now and as for being crammed in well not good my daughter wasn't impressed, madam tussauds just seemed interested in getting you to pay for photos they were taking and nothing else, very very disappointed.

We had a great day and the kids enjoyed themselves however I can't give more stars as as an adult it was extremely anxiety inducing, it was so crowded and trying to keep an eye on your kids was more than just hard work. I feel like for the price per head, there's no excuse for ramming people in that way, and charging extra for an attraction that takes up a whole floor is just a damn cheek!!
The worst thing was being pushed out of the 4D cinema with 400 people directly into the star wars attraction, where obviously everyone was trying to stop and see all at the same time. We missed a lot of it because we just couldn't breath and our smaller kids- 5 & 8- were positively getting trampled. We were a group of 4 adults, 1 teenager and 2 children and felt unsafe at times, if you were say, 1 adult with 3 kids, I doubt this would be a manageable day out at all!
The whole attraction would benefit hugely from some crowd control and a better layout!

Some of the figures are amazing and you can see a lot of effort was put into this, as well as the history behind it
but as an amusement park (and it is an amusement park) it doesn't hold its merit.
The content is shallow and unexciting.
Some of the rides are nice, but not worth the price.
At the end of the day, it is an over priced place to keep the kids busy for a few hours.
I would have hoped it would at least have some educational value, but it doesn't even offer that.
There are better things to do at London

The most awful experience in my life. Bought fast track tickets x 2 so it wasn't cheap and was really looking forward to celebrating with my sister for her 65th birthday today. Far far too many people were let in for our session at 11am, it was a totally unsafe experience almost bordering on the outrageous. Couldn't move, too hot, shoulder to shoulder and people pushing and shoving everybody, people jumping queues and tempers being lost. Staff were unable to cope with crowd control. I would not recommend visiting this attraction until it has been made safe. Totally unacceptable.

Despite booking ahead and selecting a time slot for our visit, my wife and I were made to stand outside in line for over an hour (in the rain) with people who needed to buy tickets. Once we got inside it was only because I explored that I realised you could use the machines to collect your tickets. This wasn't made clear by staff or signs at all. Now that we'd collected our tickets we got told to join another line outside again. No directions given - the whole thing was total chaos with people queue jumping, pushing and shoving.
When we finally got in (it's been around 1 hour 20 mins at this point) the venue was totally overcrowded. Far too many people pushing their way around to have their pictures taken with the waxworks - no staff to be seen other than those taking photos. We left feeling the experience could have been so much better if some basic queuing systems had been put in place.

DO NOT GO THERE. DO NOT FALL INTO TOURIST CRAP I MEAN TRAP. Overpriced. terrible treatment. Claustrophobic, minimal display of mostly has beens. The worst part which they don't tell you is that they keep you waiting like cattle and stranded without any indication of how long the wait will be. Couldn't wait like others with us to get to the exit by the end. Plain and simple it's a rip-off, my advice is you can do much better things in London for the same price. Also they make you pay for souvenir photo 14 pounds!! It’s just a big scam to milk the tourists.

Despite being Fast Tracked it took ages to get in. Queues not helped by taking a picture which we didn't want but had to do anyway. Far too many people inside to see all the exhibits which some were naff anyway. The queue for the Marvel Cinema was horrendous and when allowed in there was a near crush to get inside. There was no option to skip this which was annoying. The taxi cab ride was the only decent thing about the trip. I visited fifteen or so years ago and it was never as bad as this. Too many people inside ruined the entire experience for myself and my girlfriend.

Very long queues inside so difficult to see all the very outdated tatty waxworks. Which is probably a blessing. Another long queue to see the 4d experience. After waiting over 20 minutes we gave up waiting further when we were informed it would be at least another 10 mins. Very poor communication by what appear to be very bored staff. Very poor value for money. Would not recommend at all.

Appalling. Spent over an hour queuing for a time slot we’d previously booked. Still had to queue with two small kids. Eventually got inside and got to the hand wax experience. More queues. This time over 2 HOURS!! When we got to the front - we discovered that my daughter was too short to have the hand wax experience. There was no wall measure around (like you get with fairground rides). Massively disappointed. Contacted Tussauds and essentially got told to bugger off - no refunds given (apart from the hand wax ticket my daughter was unable to use). How do they get away with such shocking service?!? We actually lost a booking for a London Tour later that day too. Tussauds website says to allow two hours for your trip. I’d say double that and possibly treble it for buy times (most of it will be spent queuing). All in all - £112 for what is essentially one long queue. If you love crowds, queues and disappointment - you’re gonna love Tussauds. Hello BBC Watchdog....

First time I have ever visited, the 4D experience was fantastic, but my overall impression is that there are not enough models, with many of them dated and no longer looking the way they do today. For the amount charged to enter and the amount of people visiting it should be a whole lot better.
