I'd a very good experience with Macbeth Shop, but I expected something more in terms of products quality. I'd bought a pair of polos, and the quality is not pretty good (it's not a Lacoste or a Frank Perry). Although, shipping was very fast and they gave me some stickers. T-shirt and other stuff was ok!

Love this company, big fan, but the shipping costs are really high, if they were a bit lower I would probably buy more, but overall very happy with products.

Nice overview, smooth and easy checkout experience, the catalogue could use a proper sort function, like by price.

The same happened to my brother a few weeks later. You should open your eyes before you expediting items guys. If it was done on purpose, please at least let us know.

Very friendly customer service. Replacement offered with no carriage charges

Ordered two pairs of shoes and a bunch of extras to take advantage of the free delivery. Order was shipped first thing the next day and arrived by UPS after the weekend.
My box turned up with clear Macbeth tape and just enough room for everything inside. Love my two latest pairs of macbeths, both came packed well into their boxes and no issues with seams or soles. Already laced as a bonus so I could wear a pair straight away! Fun bag was full of cool stuff, I would definitely consider getting another one next time I order.
The only downside is the black Otis t-shirt seems a little short in front if it shrinks at all in the wash I'm worried it won't fit.

No complaints at all, other than a slight buckling of the insole on one of the shoes but nothing to send it back over. Very quick turnaround!

I needed to add shipping information on my order. I sent an email and they added it immediately before my order was sent. I ordered on Sunday, delivery to Paris on Wednesday. I highly recommend the macbeth shop. So 5 stars for the shop.
The reason I finally give only 4 stars, are the following points. First, my usual size for shoes are US8/EU41 to US8.5/EU41.5 so I ordered US8:5/EU41,5, but the delivered macbeth shoes are surprisingly small for 8.5. I guess in a normal shop I would have taken a sizer bigger. Second, the quality is only ok. For 60€/80USD that's the minimum I expect. So 4 stars overall for my order is fair imho.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase but the only thing is that my pair of shoe is already a little damaged. And I only walked with it ^^
Otherwise , the AVA Album is awsome and the little gifts is are great.
