I booked with Luggage to Ship (LTS) to send suitcases internationally from the US. When I arrived at Fedex to drop off my suitcases, I was advised I had not been sent the correct documentation from LTS. I called them and could barely hear the person on the other end of the phone. I was advised they would send the appropriate documentation within 30 minutes. At the 30 minute mark, I had still not received anything, so I called back and they wouldn't pick up - I called over 20 times over the next hour with no answer. When they finally did pick up, they told me it would be sent within 10 minutes and subsequently hung up on me and then wouldn't answer when I called back. Eventually (significantly more than 10 minutes later) it was sent, however the shipping labels were incorrect. At this point I was so distressed, I thought I had been scammed and had an important appointment to get to, and had been at Fedex well over an hour. They again would NOT answer the phone. On about the 10th call they eventually did, and I had to have the lovely man who worked at Fedex speak with them - he also could barely understand what they were saying - in order to obtain the correct shipping labels. More than 2 hours after I arrived at Fedex, FINALLY the correct labels were emailed through. I am so grateful to the staff at Fedex for their help and patience with LTS. I can only hope that my suitcases arrive where they need to go. Do NOT use this company - you cannot get through to anyone, and when you do, they are barely comprehendible and not helpful at all.

WORSE SERVICE EVER! DO NOT USE this SERVICE. We sent our luggage from New York City to Italy on February 24th 2021. Luggage should have been delivered on March 5th. It is May 19th, nobody knows where our luggage are and nobody takes any responsibility. If you care about your stuff look at other services.

Shipped items from SF to UK. Items were damaged in transit with FedEx. Provided clear photos of the damage, the box, the protection that was provided to the item. Made a claim. Support was very poor and poor English skills. I had to reason given for my claim being denied other then fedex have made an investigation. This was a clear cut case and was denied anyways. Beware!! Highly recommend using another service

I shipped our luggage with Luggage to Ship to Austria from NY. The luggage was stopped in customs still not sure for what reason. They did nothing, absolutely nothing, to help with the situation although me and my family had no clothes for a week. They told us to contact Fedex to find out the reason, which we did, and Fedex told us to contact customs. We went in circles for countless hours for a week trying to find out who had our luggage, if Fedex or Customs, and what the issue was. Finally someone at customs asked for a copy of my passport, which I had provided to Luggage to Ship when I booked their service, and a day later the luggage arrived. During this week, I called Luggage to ship countless times begging for their help. I told them I had hired their service, not Fedex, so I couldn't understand why was I wasting my time with Fedex on the phone while they did nothing. They keep telling me lies up until my luggage arrived. Even 2 days after my luggage arrived they sent me an email saying they were finally on the phone with Fedex trying to solve the issue!!! They only needed to check Fedex website to realized that the luggage had been already delivered but they didn't do even that!! Stay away!!! Worse service ever!!!
