I ordered two packages over $30 delivered to Norway this year, and none of them ever arrived. Horrible customer service doesn't care to help. Will never use again. Literally the worst online retailer in the world

We ordered few supplements on 17.06.2019 and chose delivery with DHL and still didn't get it. Following the tracking number we can see that our order was sent with Yodel not DHL and it has been returned to the seller. We never order with Yodel courier because I am not able to collect parcels because Yodel do not have a depot in our city.
Anyway even if the Yodel tried to deliver it, they didn't leave any calling card. We contacted the seller many times via email and contact form to ask them to send our order or refund our money but there is no answers from seller till now.
DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!!!
They are thieves!

They ship from the US, customs declaration confusing
They ship from the US and their customs label does NOT make it clear that the item is a vitamin NOT subject to customs fee. Rather it states the name of the supplement. I emailed them BEFORE they shipped and requested that they make their customs declaration clear as I left a note in my order- NO REPLY. The package got stuck in Customs with a demand for 50% of the value of the item to deliver it. Emailed via Paypal and no reply. Escalated Paypal case to CLAIM and they replied immediately to Paypal to protect their payment.

As already stated by others reviewing this business - they should not be encouraging people out of the US to buy though them. The delivery times are awful and additional charges are massive as they did not cover the Customs charge of £3.57 on my delivery.... with a further £8 handling fee in addition.
In fact what the heck is the Royal Mail charging £8 handling charge for when their job is to handle mail!

I was aware that I might have extra costs to pay but it’s the lack of communication that results in this poor review. Once it leaves Lucky Vitamin, you have no idea where it is or when/if it’s arriving. The facility to ‘track your item’ is not updated and Lucky Vitamin Customer Service have not replied to any of my messages. I placed my order 26 Sept and it left LV the same day. Whenever I have looked to track my item, the information has been out of date eg. It currently says that it arrived in the country 4 Oct .... 18 days ago but today I have received notification that they have tried to deliver! I have confirmation that I am set up for text updates for my delivery but have received nothing.
If you decide to still order with LV, to summarise, my order has taken 4 weeks to arrive and is costing an additional £15 on a £40 order. This is still good value for me and I don’t mind the wait but the communication is unsatisfactory.

Please be aware is not UK website. When I ordered in Jan18 the website not been clear that you have to pay extra cost for customs. Its not clear that it comes from the US. To receive the order I have to pay extra import VAT, costum entry and import duty so I refuse to pay. Then I was not able to get my money back, this is clearly attempted to fraud as when I use Google search for products it come priced in pound and free delivery.

This review is mostly for non USA buyers. Im based in the UK.
This website came up during a google search for vitamin products. I ordered and paid .
However there was another big bill to pay to customs before they would release the item to me (many people have most likely come across this before when buying from the USA, as I have myself).
What makes this site annoying is that there's nothing obvious to show you your not buying from the UK. There's a GB flag, everything is in sterling. I was totally taken in and that's why I wasn't alerted to look in more depth.
Having looked again at the site , there is in fact a warning on the very last page just before making payment , on the bottom footer..in small print and light gray on dark gray colours ( not much in the way of contrast here). So it seems they are looking for people to make a mistake.
The cost of the customs charge on top of the original cost make them un-competitive with other UK websites. Which is probably why they use these dubious selling techniques. UK buyers beware!!
