You will be lucky if they send your order within a month! Quicker and easier on Amazon, wish I'd have done that.
Tell you on live chat, and on the phone that the order is 'awaiting processing' - ask for a refund and then get 'we can't refund an order that's being processed'. Their solution, wait for the goods, refuse them and receive a refund 3 weeks later - by the time this saga is complete they will have had my month in excess of 2-3 months...
Avoid Logitech and their distribution partner Digital River at all costs!!

WARNING FOR U.K. CUSTOMERS
WARNING FOR U.K. Customers: we relied on their urgent-order guarantee max. 2-day window. 6 days later … etc. These chaps are SHIPPING FROM THE NETHERLANDS, and then it went to GERMANY (UPS oh wow) which is not made clear on the website. Apart from tax, eco, and employment reasons, the ethos of not making this clear-clear beggars belief (there is duty of disclosure, … woefully ignored). At least we’re apparently getting our expedited delivery charges back. [laughter]. My mistake: going LogiTech direct! There’s Curry’s/PCWorld, Scan, eBuyer, etc. etc. etc. here in the U.K. and for the same price or less. - For some naive reason I must have thought LogiTech would get their own gear to the customer more quickly and efficiently. Not so! (Oh yes, and … the gear is good and deserves a thumbs-up, but this is about the service and concealment of fact).

Logitech Master MX 3s is finally a silent mouse
During the past 8 or 9 years, I used Logitech mice. Each mouse lasted 2-3 years. Last week, my Logitech's Master MX 2 gestures button broke, so I decided to look into updated versions and found Logitech Master MX 3s for Mac. Bought it the next day and can't stop noticing each day how amazing this mouse is. It's silent, which means that it doesn't make harsh clicking sounds, way more comfortable than the previous version, and the back and forward buttons are easier for me to use too.

Generally, I'm satisfied with their products when it comes to PC peripherals like mice, keyboards, etc. I see that people are complaining a lot about their customer service, so I don't know about that...never had issues. Anyhow, I have my Logitech M340 mouse and keyboard set and it works just fine. I also love the Blue Yeti mic if you need a clear and awesome sound.

I will never buy from Logitech again…
I will never buy from Logitech again and not recommend. I bought the Logitech Combo Keyboard Case for my iPad Pro 11'. It came but got a black dot on the surface cover of the case. I contacted Logitech for an exchange or refund. They kept on defending their product, and lacked empathy. Not great service from a known company!

I bought a set of Logitech computer…
I bought a set of Logitech computer speakers from Best Buy. The volume control seemed kind of squirrely from the start and then after 9 months it broke down completely. Best Buy said the warranty had run out, so I called Logitech to buy another one. With barely a wait a human being picked up the line and told me no, we'll send it free, which he did. That's what I call service!

Support was not as good as I would have…
Support was not as good as I would have hoped for. We've been trying to change a mouse under warranty for 3 weeks and we are going around in circles... Finally resolved after 3 weeks and now we have to purchase another mouse with a voucher provided because they no longer have the one we wanted.

MX Master3 mouse and keyboard
I am a very satisfied user of the obsolete MK250 wireless keyboard / mouse combination.
For a new PC i purchased the wireless MX Master3 and
"logi@ ( it just fully automatic by slip off the key to another language setting changing " to @ ) no name soft keyboard the MX mouse is slow the cursor sticks random very annoying and it need a high tech? desk tissue to get is moving. It is a high quality product no doubt but a warning should be included that this keyboard is only suitable for high level blind typists i would trade it back to the MK250 . possible high level typists think different.
