On March 2, 2019 I made an order at Lesara. The items never arrived and after a few days their site closed.
The provided tracking number didn't work, thus I contacted the courier who identified a shipment to myself that was started but never made.
I continue sending emails to customer service but receive only autoresponses.
"In November 2018, Lesara CEO Roman Kirsch filed for bankruptcy."
Their domains now point to other sites.
BEWARE of companies that may be created in the future by the same person.

I placed an order for several pairs of shoes back in February - nothing has arrived and I have lost £80. Disgusting that a company can do this. If they ever start trading again NEVER EVER order from them, they can not be trusted. I was recommended them by my Consultant as I have severe arthritis, which makes it even worse. I am so angry that this can happen

I placed an order on 23rd Feb 2019 the money has been taken from my account had no word from them since. You cannot get on their website therefor impossible to get into my account. Also there email address is not working either. I have seen they are not accepting any orders oǹline and to e-mail customers service
via email at Email comes back not sent.How in God's name are you supposed to get in touch

Ordered two dresses but when the order arrived one dress was the completely wrong item. I wrote an email to Customer Services straight away saying I'd like my correct item sent and a free returns label to return the wrong item sent to me as I am not prepared to pay £3.99 of my money to return it and got an automated response email. That was over a week ago and still no response. I'm now running out of time to return the wrong item so guess I have no choice but to pay for the return myself. I have bought lots of stuff from this site but after this experience it will be my last.

I ordered a pair of sneakers. They arrived as expected, but as they were too small, I gave them to my daugther in law. After 2 weeks use the glue between the sole and upper leather did not work any more, so we called the company. They told us to return the shoes. which we did. It is now 6 monts ago, and we still have no refund.
What kind of business is that.
I got an e-mail later saying that they were sorry about my bad experience and that I could buy something and get a 10% discharge.
Why would I?

Very poor qualirty item. Had my trainers as a present and the split within a month. Contacted customer services and they would do nothing without an order number, which I was unable to get as I was too embarrassed to contact the person who gave me the present so say they'd broken already.

Ordered an article for Xmas for my girlfriend. As time is short I called to make sure this is possible. There is a message they are in training and then it just hangs up. This is at 12:00. At 13:00 I try again, at 14:00 again. I am then getting suspicious so I try the numbers in different countries....same answer... again in Dutch and line then hangs up. so I check their website for info... there is a message stating they are not available on the phone between 1 and 8 December.... this is now 18 of December... All i want to do is speak to someone for some info to know whether to cancel my order.
Terrible terrible service and I have not even seen the product yet.... avoid at all costs. I have now requested cancellation and ordered somewhere else

Waited for a over a month for my shoes to arrive, nothing happened.
When I wrote to them and complained,that is when they gave me a lame explanation of the delay being due to delivery problems.
Their suggestion is that I cancel the orders that have delayed,and make new orders,with a guaranteed discount.
Why would I do that?
The shoes I ordered were meant for a particular season,which has long passed!
I am waiting for them to refund my money!

Lesara fulfilled 100% of my orders for over 30 pools that i drop-shipped via Ebay.
I had no problems with refunds or communication from the customer service team, I was dealt with personally by Freddy over the telephone for every order & query i had.
I had several issues with customers and Lesara where very helpful and refunded/cancelled my orders immediately the same day.
I Also asked for a refund to be paid to my bank . and the next day the refund had been processed. I am hoping to receive the funds tomorrow in the bank as it was a BACS transfer..
I give lesara 4 star rating. I will update to a 5 if my money is in the bank Tomorrow..
Delivery times where good also. all delivered within a week from Germany to uk. I am also going through a few returns and i am hoping lesara will update me when they receive them and refund me again in the same speedy manor..
I find Lesara a good choice for dropshipping if you give your listings a 3-5 day delivery time..

Omg recived my first order from lesara today I could not believe the trainers I ordered they where ment to be of high quality with bag to keep them in all singing all dancing TRAINERS..well what I got was a pair of cheap tacky trainers which smelt terrible of plastic. I emailed lesara straight away to get email back saying they was busy with other people with same problem well that was nice to know ..when I did get email I was told to Germany at my own cost ..really can't believe this company and how they get away with it .. save your money and shop else where there iteam was definitely NOT as described and terrible quality and cost a lot of money ..I will now have to RETURN iteam at my own cost ..I would NOT RECOMMENDED OR USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN ....

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from the Lesara website as they were half price.
I got an email confirmation and a tracking number as was told shipping could take 10 days (I am in the UK).
After 8 days I checked the tracking number, there was no trace of it on the DHL website (this was where the Lesara link took me).
I emailed them asking about arrival and they said they would check it out with their delivery company, which was different to the one I was told about.
Almost 3 weeks later and I STILL have NO shoes and have emailed asking for a refund and that I would be taking this to the appropriate authorities. T
That seemed to get their attention and I received a reply saying they will refund me within 30DAYS and the shoes seemed to have "gone missing"...
Don't waste time or money on this SCAM company.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
This is a scam. I placed an order and even though I was provided a tracking number, it was not recognized by the delivering company. When I started a case with PayPal, Lesara provided a different tracking number to them, which stil wasn’t recognized by the tracking system. Thankfully I paid by PayPal and was able to recover my monies through them.
In hindsight should have realized they were dodgy when one of the items I bought showed on their site as WAS £39, NOW £7.99. The old adage comes to mind “if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is”.
I WOULD STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF I WAS YOU.

2 balcony tables de-laminated on 2nd day. Very poor product. They asked me to return them, then I can order two more, but they can't tell me if new ones are made correctly. Pointless.

I bought a black Fuax fur coat for my daughters birthday and I ordered it on 22nd December 2017 and it said it will come in 10-15 days and I waited really patiently and NOW we are in 12 January 2018!!!! its still not here and I wouldn’t really recommend ordering here again and when will this coat come ?

I sent back my order and after 3 weeks I send an e-mail to ask when I will receive a refund. I got a quick reply saying that to process for the refund of the returned goods first have to be processed. It can take up to 30 days.. after 1 month+ I follow up again and they tell me it was never in their system that they got an order. Now I should find some sender receipt after 2 months have passed or they will not give back my money... the post office did not have my tracking number anymore..
I have never experienced such poor customer service. Even after I complained I never got an e-mail back. I lost money and time to this company!

I bought a shoe rack that cost €9.
Instead of online payment, they send an invoice.
They sent the invoice to the wrong address, but I finally got their reminder invoice which included huge penalties, and I ended up paying €40.48.
The shoe rack was absolute rubbish too, already falling apart.
Avoid this shop like the plague!

Parcel came on time, although the parcel tracking system is poor - still said it's processing but has already been delivered (same with Hermes as well). However fitting and customer service was good.

Ordered clothing from Lesara now for over 4 years. Unlike other websites, these sizes are accurate. Quality of clothing is amazing. Never been disappointed & never returned anything which is a first for me.
Downside is you'll love every item so be prepared to pay for the lot.
10/10 from me

I have ordered from Lesara 3 weeks back (4th July). The goods came as promised with in 10 days. But i didnt like one product since the size was very smaller than it was mentioned in their size chart. I returned it a week back(14th July) and it reached Lesara as per myHermes Parcel tracker last Sunday(16th July) itself. I didnt hear anything back from them yet about the refund. I will contact them after a week or so to know the status.
The goods which i kept was okay. My shoes weren't very soft as it used to be from Sketchers though Lesara say that it will be good as their look alike.
Will think again before ordering with them.
