If there is a zero star, I would give Las Vegas pass that. I called before I left for Las Vegas to see if my understanding is that we can only do one major or night show or a day or night activity. I was told yes I am correct. That was Nov 14th. So I proceeded to call the Helicopter Ride to do a booking for Nov 19th as this requires 72 hours booking (cancellation is also within 72 hours otherwise you are charged fully). Maverick Company took our order number but can not scan our code bec it will trigger or activate the pass and we will only be in Vegas on the 16th. On Nov 19th, we were picked up and when it was time to scan our pass, it can't be scanned. Maverick wants us to pay upfront. We never had problems with scanning our pass that day in other small attraction stuff but it can't' scan in the helicopter ride. The customer agent at Maverick let us know that it happens to others as well. I tried calling Las Vegas pass but it was already 8pm and there were no more live call agents. Besides, it was close to boarding time as well. If we do not want to pay upfront, and decide to cancel and follow up with Vegas pass in the morning, we still would be charged by the Helicopter ride as it will be a less than 72 hours cancellation. We were left with no choice but to pay up $248 for me and my husband despite paying up $1000 for both passes to Las Vegas pass!
When I followed up the following day, the customer agent at Las Vegas pass quickly mention that I wasn't the only one experiencing that with Maverick. I was relieved to hear that.. The woman even took the reservation number of Maverick to follow up with them on why it wasn't scanning. I was assured that I will get a refund of my ride once they manually pay Maverick. I called 3 hours later and another agent from Las Vegas pass assured me based on the computer notes that a refund is on the way in 3 to5 business days.
On Nov 27th I made a call bec there was no refund. I was told that they tried to call me (which I never received) to offer a 10 percent refund. They reasoned out to me that I have used a premium attraction watching Circque du Soleil Ka' on Sunday (17th) and that I can not use any more night experience with it. That was clearly not what is meant when I saw their website before buying the tickets. They try to tell me that the wordings are there. Who knows if they have changed their wordings after a lot of people had encounetered the same situation and complaint? Bec clearly we weren't the only one experiencing the situation as it came from the customer service of Maverick and the first customer agent I spoke to on the 20th.
The woman (Sandra) that I spoke to on the 27th promised to call back after she speaks with the supervisor but never got back to me. She reassured me to look for her too if I call again as well . Then when I followed up, another guy answered who turned out to be rude when I wouldn't accept the 10 percent refund as clearly I told him they can check their phone recordings of my follow up and I at least expect a 50 percent refund from the 248 dollar ride. He tried to gaslight and made it look like it was my "fault" for not reading the website. Told him it was vague bec if it were not, I wouldn't be the only one to have this problem. He tried to accuse me of wasting his time when in fact they wasted my time for not calling back and I was waiting for almost 1 1/2 hours. He also said that there is a 24 hour chatline to clarify and that I should not have paid upfront despite telling him that we were on the line or schedule to ride, calling is way faster and who has time to chat. Lack of empathy trying to explain and making him understand that Maverick company will still charge us so we were damn if we do , damn if we don't. This customer agent, hang up and that was RUDE!.
Save your money. If you go to Vegas esp on off peak seasons, you will see a lot of shows have discounts, go directly to their websites. Lots of vacant chairs even on the premium shows.
A lot of good stuff are not found on the Vegas pass like the Mob museum (which is way worth visiting) and the Linq zipline! The locations where you can visit are way too scattered like the Lion Ranch that they included, you will need a car rental to visit. The items they have included are mostly good for day only but when you are in Vegas, you want to see things in the evening as it is most pretty like the High Roller ride or the Eiffel Tower ride. You want to see the beautiful lights!
You can plan your trip by checking what a particular hotel is offering. Then do all your activities in that location. Vegas pass is structured in such a way you will be hopping from one hotel to another and mind you, the hotels are really huge and not of walking distance. Renting a car is also impractical as almost all hotels or places there require parking fees. Vegas has a very efficient transport system and for $8dollars a day or 20 dollars for 3 days, you can ride to 3 bus systems for 24 hours and go everywhere. You don't have to use the hop on hop off bus or monorail (you can buy this separately if you want).
If you value your time and money, avoid Las Vegas pass. What you think you "save" is not savings when you have to deal with the stress of incompetent and rude agents and a scamming company. I have already told a lot of people to avoid Las Vegas pass. Never again to use this company.

pass worked well for everything we wanted to use it for. However did try to contact Vegas pass with queries before our trip and never had any reply from them which was very disappointing

Simple and easy to use, people who complain just needed to read the rules for the premium atractions.
There are few atractions listed on the website that are not listed on the instructions file I received. Even tough, we could go in without any problem.

We saved so much with this pass. With the 3 premium attractions we chose it pretty much paid for itself. We packed so much into 3 days to gain more value, and did some things we normally wouldn’t have. Well worth it

Overall good for the price and better if you plan ahead and are familiar with the area, we wasted some time getting to the different places to pick up tickets, oh is not here now is there etc. Also felt pressure to do everything in the 3 days, left us no time to rest after all the walking and running here and there before the pass expired. If you would like to take it easy and absorb the city and sites the pass may not be for you. We did save money on the pass but at the cost of rushing everywhere in order to meet the 3 day deadline. I did have to reach out to customer service twice and got a prompt response and inquiries resolved. My first time using a pass anywhere, I guess it boils down to limiting yourself to the pass and save a few bucks or explore in your own and decide as you go at you own pace. I got in at all the places planned, Grand canyon, Hoover dam, two shows and hop in bus, Would I buy again, the jury still out

Loved the pass. We planned our two days and got the most from it. Well worth it if you spend the time organising your usage. The tickets to the shows were the great, especially KA. No problems with Booking any of the activities. Highly recommend.

Love all the premium items added to the list. Got to experience first helicopter ride, see the lion habitat and visit the Grand Canyon. Couldn't come close to doing everything we wanted to, but we'll be back.

Got double the value. Needed to plan ahead and was busy the whole time, but it paid off in the long run.

Absolutely loved this card but a couple of things in particular shark reef aquarium at Mandalay bay still advertised when we got there said never heard of it. Ignore this you can see an aquarium anywhere and the staff were rude and unhelpful turn around and go to the titanic exhibition absolutely amazing. Card well worth it but a few dodgy places try it on to get you to pay to enter!!!

Only one major event during pass was not readily clear.

The passes do save you a lot of money! Our biggest issue was getting tickets for stuff. A lot of the locations were not correct for pickup spots for the shows. You also couldn't pre get any tickets for the 3 days, unless it was the same day. Everything in Vegas is a walk, which is fine, but everyday having to hunt down the correct spot, to get tickets for that days shows took way longer than it should. Also, with the pass you still have to wait in the general admission ticket purchasing lines to get into any of the museum's. So you don't save any time having pre purchased the card. Once you actually get to a ticket window, a lot of attendents didn't know how the pass worked and we held up a lot of lines. They have to take your DL each time and manually enter a bunch of information. So yes we did save money, just not any time or energy prepaying like we would have if we would have just bought our tickets online.

One of the shows that I specifically bought this pass for, wouldn’t even work with the pass, even though it was advertised as one of their top featured attractions. I even emailed the company in regards to it and never received a response. Wouldn’t purchase again.

Great value for money.
We bought the 5 day pass and got our money worth in shows each night alone.
Would definitely recommend.

2 other couples bought passes and we all took advantage of what was offered. Highlights were Cirque du Soleil Love, Cirque du Soleil Ka, High Roller (Ferris Wheel), Hoover Dam and a few others. The hop on and hop off bus was OK, but we probably should have read more of the fine print on the use. Well worth the price and would buy it again.

I was so excited about going to see mystire. The morning of the show we went to get the tickets and the man said that he hadn’t heard of Las Vegas pass.
I called customer service and the women agreed that it showed on the night time shows page that mystire was a show option but not on the main screen.
She said she would speak with her managers and give us a call back... never heard anything back from her!
Poor professionalisim.. the show should have been honored just like any store with the wrong price tag honors it.
Edit. They were very professional in compensating us for this mistake that happened After the review.

We are still in the middle of our tours and shows, I will write another review after we are all done but with a little planning ahead and coordinating... We have had an unbelievable time and have created so many family memories ( we have a 6 yr old son) ! I have nothing but great things to say about using this pass. We bought the 5 day pass and so far we have done a show and one premium experience each day💥💓 Thank You! What a value!!

Good value and easy to use. However the description for the High Roller does not indicate it is
for a daytime pass only. We tried using it at 530 on our last day, so lost out.

First off they have the worst customer service ever. Sent 10 email questions about the pass and not one response. As they were dodging the questions.
The biggest scam they promote is this...which they have the wording on what it includes in code! You are ONLY allowed one premium show per pass! So if you wanted to do LOVE, KA and a Helicopter Ride on three seperate days...YOU CAN'T! (which they promote on their website!) You are only allowed to do one of those three. The secondary shows are also considered ONE show and you can't see two shows per day. They have about 50 listed things to do that the pass includes...BUT!! they do not update their website and when you use the pass, 10 or more of what was offered (Attractions)is no longer offered!
Also they list the price of each attraction on what you save. They over list the price so you think your going to a $80 show when you could get tickets for the same show for $40.
If you want to go to 20 attractions and ONLY one show over 5 days, then get the pass...lol
Just avoid this scam all together. Plan to buy tickets on line for your shows, you will save money.
Hey LasVegasPass!! Maybe you should reply to your customers emails and be honest about promoting your site!!

Las Vegas pass has better shows than GO Vegas card.
We have used both.
