I returned back the items to Lastcall and it has been delivered to them on 5/26 so I assumed the money will be credited back to my PayPal in a few days later After a week I contacted them again and they said the credit of .... was issued back to my PayPal on 6/1 and it will takes about 5 to 6 days to appear on my account. I waited about 10 days later I contacted them again they told me it will takes little longer than expected at least 10-14 days to reflect on my account So I expected I will get my money back in a few days later. A week later I didn't see my money so I contacted them again they told me because I used different shipping address than the address on my account so they issued a gift card instead of a credit back to my PayPal. So if I want the credit back to my PayPal it will takes another 10-14 days. So hopefully I will get my money back in another 2 weeks or so.

My story!!!! I made my 1st purchase of 2 products, one is a Versace Watch which came with damaged strap which are caused due to its usage. Spent $780 on a used watch??? The website at least need to mention it as an open box product. Highly disappointed!!!!
Second product, they just called it after a week and said they will send me some 10% discount coupon which I never received. Disappointed again!!!!!
With all my first time shopping disaster experience with last call, I made up my mind to give it a second chance. I made my second purchase, and now the product got cancelled again. Why do you take orders when you can't fulfill?????
So, I would recommend everyone not to make purchases from this site and get disappointed what if you made some plans based on your purchase and after a week you receive an email saying Oops!!! We can't fulfill your order. It's just disgusting!!!!!!! Never Ever again!!!!!!!

I am a regular shopper at Last Call in Austin, TX. Always love the merchandise, though some of it is too broken, scratched, or dented to compel me to buy at times, but hey, that's why it's a bargain, right? Well, this year the president's Day sale blew me away! The inventory in the home section ( Horchow area) was even better than usual, and the deals were amazing for president's day, but what really made my day- actually whole weekend- was the great customer service. MARTHA is always a pleasure to deal with, but she worked so hard to help me this time; because of her effort, I was able to score so many great deals. She is hard-working, knowledgeable, and pleasant- even when things get hectic. Neiman's Last Call is very lucky to have her, as are we customers who have the guts to dig through all the goodies in the home warehouse. She absolutely ALWAYS goes the extra mile- for each of her customers! One action Marcia took was to get help for me from a gentlemen named PETE, who is a manager, maybe of the back warehouse and inventory- not really sure, but my goodness, what a nice job he did! He was so very helpful, pulling items, checking prices, verifying all parts were included in my lighting items, and I observed him doing the same for other customers as well. Finally, he carried and carted my almost 30 large and unwieldy items to my car and into my husband's suv. All the while, though working up a sweat on a cool day with his helpful manual labor, he was courteous, understanding, and positive. I could not have been better served, by either Pete or Marcia. So, I hope NM knows what great ambassadors the two of them are for their brand.
Made my brand loyalty all the stronger!

Most of my wardrobe has come from last call because they are so dependable. I don't usually write reviews, but I use this site to decide whether or not to trust other sites, so I thought I'd put in a word for the site I know without a doubt is good to order from. All of the clothes I order from them are great quality, and if I have a problem with anything for any reason, I usually just return it to the store no problem. Now with covid shutting down the store, I recently had an order, and some stuff fit bad, so I called customer service and they were very polite and scheduled a FedEx driver to come pick it up from me. I've been shopping this site for over 5 years, love it.

I didn't want to believe the reviews because this is Neiman Marcus, but unfortunately, they were true. I paid for a Chloé C Clutch With Chain In Shiny & Suede Calfskin, FedEx delivery confirmation stated it would arrive 3/3/20, and it never arrived...and I never received any communication. I called on 3/4/20 to find out it was cancelled that day due to availability...an entire WEEK after purchase. Are you kidding me? They still have my money to boot! I started filing complaints, first with the FTC and BBB. This is just ridiculous.
So basically, this company makes up merchandise out of thin air, charges people for this phantom merchandise, holds on to their money for weeks earning all kinds of interest, then finally says, "Ooops. I guess we ran out". Nice.

I have been buying from NMLC for years, almost exclusively on line, although there is a store nearby. Here's the deal, if it's marked down 50% and you have a 40% coupon, you get the 50%, not 40% on top of 50%. You get the better deal, not both! People, where can you go where you get both? Their products are high quality. I wear their dress shirts everyday. They are also shoprunner, so I get free delivery. I have never had a problem with a return. The couple times I bought something and then it went on sale within a week, I got on line, opened the chat and they gave me a credit. I look for the sales and then buy. I just bought 4 NM Dress shirts for $49 because I watch the sales. You can't buy anything near that quality for close to that price. I love this store and strongly recommend it.

NM is not trustworthy when order was placed on 12/23, has already been billed to my card and after much inquiry and false responses today after much insistence in getting a tracking number for the shipping, NM tells me that the order is scheduled to be shipped TOMORROW (1/2). When order was placed it reported an estimated delivery in 7 business days and now it appears that was also false.

My 2 orders were cancelled 2 days after charging credit cards, at pretense of enabling verify "my information", but suggesting to make new orders with different credit card. What a scam: advertising sale on big names, keeping money for couple of days, like in mine case 4 days, $650, and go on asking for more... Wish i read these reviews before.

Ordered 12 items for more than $2000. When I received the confirmation e-mail it said signature required for delivery. I called to have this requirement removed. They said I had to call Fed Ex. I requested instead that order be canceled. First agent hung up on me. Second agent canceled most of the items but not those shipped directly from the manufacturer. I called back when I didn't get cancelation notice I called back and third agent told me about uncancelled items. She couldn't give me cancellation # the system doesn't generate it so I asked for her name and employee I'd #. 24 hours later still no cancellation confirmation and when I called again no record of cancellation and employee doesn't exist. I do most of my online shopping with Nordstrom's. Difference in customer service is like night and day

Last call has a computer sort who gets coupons. I was shocked as I tried to get coupons but they never open for me. The customer service for LC told me a computer decides who gets coupon code! Jennifer defended this by saying if a recent customer wants coupon computer is programed to work for the customer who buys more, I guess! I am very disturbed by favoritism .Good luck getting a coupon on this site it is set against you.

II walked in to Last Call store in Congressional Plaza in Rockville, MD at around 2 pm. on 11/289/19. The huge sign in front of the 2nd floor store says : FREE tote bag if you spend $25. I shopped inside the store, but sales people were not attentive and did not care to help. I still found some gifts and spent about $40. When I asked the male sales person where is my fee tote, he simply went to the front door and removed the sign. He managed to say that free totes were given out until 12 noon. Really? So why are you removing this sign at 2.30pm? I dont care about $3 free tote, but it just shows what a terrible customer service this store has. This was just another example of why this store is soo poorly rated

I have been shopping with Neiman's for 40 years. This year I have ordered many items from Neiman Marcus last call. I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. All of my orders have arrived quickly and are exactly what I ordered. My returns are always processed quickly. The few times I have had to call customer service I have been treated with the utmost respect and had wonderful service. I am truly shocked at some of these reviews. It leaves me wondering if these are people who can't get along with anyone.

I ordered 8 itemsfrom Last Call and none of the fit properly and the quality was not there. I'm a Neiman's fan so I thought I would try it. Trying to return is a nightmare. Using the online method I was told I needed to contact them. I then was put on a 15 minute hold to get to an agent. Not to mentiin I'll pay over 25 dollars for an order of which nothing worked out. Byer beware!!

I ordered and paid for 2 items on line. I was VERY excited to receive them...to only receive an e-mail 2 days later that they cancelled my order. They sent me a $10.00 off coupon towards my next purchase. They can keep the coupon. $10.00 is an insult after I spent $651.00 and was REALLY looking forward to receiving my items. This is a story about how frustrating and inept LC can be. When they canceled my last order (the in-stock, teaser item was item not in stock), they sent me an automated email apology telling me to "look for" a 10 percent off coupon code in my email within 24 hours. I never got the code. I did a Chat on the LC website with "Roberto" to ask for the code I was promised. Roberto denied that such codes were sent out by email. He then asked for the date of the order (I had given him the order number, so...yep). Then he tried asking what order I wanted to apply the code to (I had a couple items in my cart because I guess I never learn). He tried everything he could come up with to avoid giving me the code, or even directly addressing the questions I asked. Finally, he looks up my cart and tells me that the code (which I do not have, remember) can't be used on the items in my cart because they are already discounted. Really? If you are familiar with LC, you know that everything is sold as X percent off. But remember that I never told him I was trying to apply the code (which I did not have) to an order. I simply wanted what I was promised.
Adding insult to injury, I have gotten several LC emails today reminding me that I have "left something in (my) cart." What are the items? The out-of-stock items that LC canceled more than a week ago.
I hate this company.

I'm lowering LC's rating because I have had it with the constant order cancellations! I just had another today. They list items on their website that they don't actually have in stock. And because their website can be a bit clunky, I can spend way too much time trying to complete a transaction, only to have it canceled the next day. Waste of my precious time! And this happens frequently enough that it smells like a cynical scam. It's illegal to bait customers with deals you cannot fulfill. That's why car dealerships will always have at least one car available at that "unbelievably low price." So is LC listing those "almost gone" items at "40 percent off sale price" to draw in the customers, knowing that the items will not be available? It's possible. After all, many times I add on another item or two to the order, so LC gets a sale even though part of the order (the part that was never available) is canceled.

Wife bought me a pair of shoes for Christmas. Shoes that arrived were 2 sizes too big. Box was thrown away accidentally on Christmas morning. Returned the shoes sans box, got 0 refund, and they kept them. Thanks for nothing, last call. Never again.

This was my first and last order from Last Call. I ordered a pair of Magnanni sneakers for my husband and they shipped a pair of shoes from Tommy Bahama. I have sent back the shoes and when I called to verify that they have received the shoes back per the return label that they sent....they don't show anything received but their own shipping label tracking number that they sent me shows they received it.
I am still waiting for a return and they customer service is horrible!! Never will I purchase from them again. I am still waiting for my $155

If you are looking for deals on quality merchandise, it's not at this site! I've ordered two gifts from here and am returning one because it's so cheap....I'd return the other but it's not as bad as the wine goblets I just received. I was going to give them as a gift but after examination I realized that these were not something I could in good conscience give as a gift. They are going back!
