I recently purchased a dual sided tulip crib skirt and couldn't be happy with my purchase. The crib skirt was in the sale/clearance section so I got a great price but unfortunately was not able to get matching sheets. I will have to purchase some solids from another retailer. Overall really cute baby and kids merchandise thought overall a bit pricey, I was lucky to snag a deal.

Careful about ordering something without reading the reviews or giving it a lot of thought. This stuff is expensive so make sure you don't mind paying returns cost if it's not perfect when you get it. Our bedding set we ordered was super rough cotton. My son didn't want to sleep or even touch it. Had to return and got repremanded for asking for free return label.

There was a product that I LOVED and based on description and details, it seems like the product set comes together as a package but here i find out that this is incorrect. Not only that, they have pictures of a product that their online or stores don't carry. Why would you do this? You need to CAREFULLY ready everything as they are very misleading here. Need to work on marketing as i only received one item when i thought I'll get all three. Don't normally write such reviews but as a business owner myself, this is not fair to the mother to get excited and actually not get what the description AND details mention. The pictures also have all set. Confusing.

I had an issue with a personalized bean bag chair I received as a gift, the color had spot faded and I followed the washing directions. Without hesitation, the company immediately shipped me out a replacement. I will continue to purchase gifts for my family and others through this company for this reason, they stand behind their products 110% My kids love their bean bag chairs as well!

I was given a pair of desks second hand from a friend. We are a very eco concious household, and do our best to support the environment by only purchasing new things that we need. I have purchased from this company in the past, and was prepared to do so again. I was planning to purchase the matching bookshelf to the desks, but was surprised to be informed there was no way for me to purchase the hardware that attaches the desks to the wall to secure them, simply because I did not purchase the desks from the company myself. It is important to note I was asking to purchase the hardware, not replace it for free. "We do not support second hand" were the words used in the response from this company. I will be looking for shelving elsewhere, and advise my friends not to purchase from The Land of Nod.

Well, I have the most disapoinment purchase with a furniture store I have ever had in my entire life. In January 10th I purchase 3,887.25 in items for our kids bedrooms. We were so in love with the things that they have, and we thought they were very good quality. Before that we purchase both of our kids beds. My daughter has a gold full bed, and we bought our son a gray full bed. With the first purchase (the beds) we had problems with the delivery, but nothing too bad. I was to understand that mistakes happen and that is okay. On the other hand, the second purchase was a nightmare, a true nightmare. I purchase the second purchase on January 10th. Order number was **SSN**. They told us that a white dresser was out of stock and that it was going to arrived at the end of February. When we purchase it, it said that it was going to arrived at the middle of march. I was able to live with that. February came and I wanted to call just to make sure that they had the furniture and to set up the delivery time in March well the lady told me that it was not ready and that the blue dresser (another dresser) that supposedly they had it was out of stock and that I was going to get it in May. As you can imagine I went bananas on her. I had spent a lot of money on furniture for them to tell me it was going to take 5 months to get it. Anyway, I think she really understood how mad I was and then she told me she was going to look into it. She called me couple of hours after and told me that it was a mistake that they had it ready, but the white dresser was going to take longer. She told me that she could deliver the blue dresser and two other nightstands that we had purchase and then wait for the white dresser. She also said that she would waived the second delivery fee. I was fine with that. The day of the delivery came and in the morning the delivery guy called to tell me that the blue dresser was not in stock. I was livid. I was so upset, so I told him I wanted to talk to The Land of Nod, and he told me that they were close and I had to wait till it open. Well I waited till 1pm and they never called me; I had to called them. I told the lady that I wanted to talk to the manager and explain my situation, then she put the manager on the phone. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I don't even know how they can have managers like that. She lied to me! She told me that the dresser came damage and that it was not going to be available until April. She was a liar because the delivery guy never told me that it was damage he told me that it was not on stock. She said "sorry, but we cannot do anything about it." Anyway, I was very upset so I cancel the delivery and the purchase. The furniture is so adorable, but customer service and deliveries are the worst. If you are going to buy at the store go ahead, if not, I would recommend other stores that are much better. This purchase was Online

100% of our children's furniture come from the Land of Nod. I'm not sure but I think the Land of Nod is where God banished Cain to in the Bible. Turns out they also have great trundle beds.
