DONT BUY FROM HERE , YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE IT

I ordered something and they wait 14 days to tell me it not in stock , and when I speak with customer support they "help me" order something that they guaranteed it in stock and the same thing happened, the warehouse is looking into it. Im sick and tired of this, DO NOT BUY FROM LACOSTE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER

Customer Service and Online store need serious investment.

Lacoste is my favorite brand, I love their stuff. But it is unacceptable how poorly their online store is run. On multiple occasions I have seen products on their site listed as in stock, I go to purchase the item, and I am then told the item is out of stock after I am already charged for it. It's inexcusable how poorly the online site and customer service are run.

Excellent products, and really good customer service.
I have bought Lacoste clothing for many years now, mainly in-store, as I like the quality of their products that are well made and last well.
Recently ordered an item online that never arrived. Really fast and polite customer service team response time, replacement product arrived really quickly, and given a loyalty voucher for any inconvenience.

Good brand but HORRIBLE customer service

UPDATE- A manager Shawn reached out to me and refunded the lost items. I had to go through some frustrating calls but the manager still was able to fix the issue at the end of the day. Updating my 1 star review to 4 stars.

4 stars only because they gave me hard time in the beginning.

We all love the product, that's something no one can argue about. Lacoste items are great.

First time in my life I experience this issue where I ordered 4 items and received only 1. Order total was around $300 and I lost almost $250 because Customer Service is not willing to do anything. They told me they checked with the shipping center and confirmed everything was shipped. The package was sealed, so it is impossible that UPS is at fault.

Bottom line is, big companies like Lacoste can have HORRIBLE customer service. I asked to speak to the manager and there is no manager.

No one cares about valued customers. Your order is not delivered? Go screw yourself - this is their response.

I made an order on Tuesday and received a shipment email the following Monday. The order came on Wednesday very well packaged and presented.

I did email their customer services to enquire about the shipment 2 days after I made the order but they never responded.

I'm now thinking of returning an item since the sizes are very unforgiving but I'm not sure I will in case there is an issue as it seems that customer services do not respond.

(Un)easy return options

They say it is “Easy” to make a return, but in fact it is everything but easy to return purchased garments. If I want to return an item I can only use one of the few DHL Service Points which are very far away from my home, and I can’t even return the package at the same place I collected it :(

The sizes are never right!

Lacoste is one of my favourite brands.. especially for some of my childrens clothes.. my son is 9 so i always order a size bigger so they last longer! The thing is with lacoste the sizes arent right, its quite annoying. I ordered age 10 polo shirt & pants, when they came they were so small they would fit age 8.. ive noticed though the bigger the size the more it costs 🙄 everything was sent back!!
