Very bad sells tell delivery date but no call no delivery on the date .
When called they dont even know when its coming

The first order was bad enough, but I was naive enough to give them another chance
Ordered from them at the beginning of last year, my order kept going ‘missing’. No one knew what was happening. Kept contacting them again and again and they were clueless, they never followed up on anything. They couldn’t care less. Order eventually arrived weeks after it should’ve.
SECOND TIME. This one is even better. The order arrived in 2 parts, zero calls from customer service apologising that id have to take 2 days off work. Just an automated email. I take 2 days off work, just letting it go. To then receive a letter a year later threatening legal action because I haven’t paid for half of the order as they split the invoice with the 2 deliveries. They stated that they had tried to call me - hilarious as I received ZERO calls and no emails whatsoever.
Disgusting service. Wouldn’t advise going anywhere near them. The cheap products match the service.

Multiple Visits to Derby store. Always ignored by the staff and very loud non work related conversations fill the shop. Not professional at all.
On my last visit whilst at the till a member of staff had come back from the shop with cigrattes. The staff member who was serving me was speaking to the other staff member and saying how they didn't have any cash and they would to send the money ove by bank transfer. One example of lack of sevice and professionalism in this store. I think one star is too much and had multiple visits where there is no interaction with the customer and stood listening to personal conversations.

I am being generous giving JYSK one star, bought garden furniture at their new store in St Helens, was told delivery would take a week so we paid and waited, in the meantime we prepared our garden, got rid of our old gazebo and passed on our furniture to family, delivery should have been Wednesday 26th June, had a text on Tuesday 25th June to say delivery would be the next day and driver would ring half hour before, so we waited and at 2pm Wednesday I rang the store to ask if it they could give me an idea of delivery time, was told stock hadn't arrived and delivery would be Saturday, so we waited on Saturday and when I rang at 3.40 was told it was on the van and would be within the hour, when 5pm come I rang again and was assured it would definitely be here. It is now 8pm Saturday night and still no show, the thing is I've had to ring them and ask where it is , lack of communication is an understatement, never again will i buy anything from this store. Terrible service.

Went into Jysk Derby (Meteor Park) today on the offchance that we'd find something suitable to use as a crash mat for my daughter's newly acquired aeriel hoop. Perfect item was in the sale for much less that I'd seen on eBay etc. Sarah Monie served us and was the epitome of great customer service - friendly, professional, chatted to my daughter and made her feel really important and valued. I'd also like to add that I am extremely grateful that Jysk chose to select a khaki green shade for the self inflating camp mat. Thanks to that, I was able to dangle upside down on a hoop in a tree in a public park without fearing that any nasal overspill from my hayfever would've visible to passers by. Great job all round, Jysk!

I ordered a three seater sofa from Jysk Lincoln on its opening day for it to be delivered to my home a month later. Got a call from Jysk two days before the delivery to tell me that the sofa is now out of stock until July and that I am welcomed to wait but there is no guarantee that I will get it in July. Called back the store after an hour and was told that the sofa was discontinued?! Not knowing whether waiting until July is even an option, I rang the central customer service helpline and was told that it was not discontinued and will definitely come back in stock in July, although it is unsure when. Told three different things by different people?! On all three occasions I was told that I could go into the store to get a full refund but none of them attempted to even offer compensation or replacement sofa to solve the fact that I will not have a sofa for one month plus. Called the customer helpline again when I was in store to discuss options for compensation/ replacement sofa but was told by the lady on the phone that she had to check with her manager so I had to wait for a call back when I already took time to go into the store?! Wasted my time trying to call them so many times and even went into the store. Really bad customer service and I was completely let down by the fact that they disappointed their first few customers who placed an order on the branch opening day. Perhaps they were selling low/ nearly out of stock item on the opening day? I negotiated and received a low value gift card in the end but with the time wasted it is not even worth the effort.

Appalling customer service. Lied to by 3 Doncaster Store staff. This company had our money for 2 months for a bed. They said it would take a month for delivery as there were none in the country. Then another month. Then promised delivery on Friday (it’s now Sunday). It didn’t arrive despite a promise it was on the delivery van. Then said their driver had an incident so it would come yesterday. It didn’t arrive. When confronted on a telephone query & threatened with cancellation of the order the Logistics manager couldn’t care less & said they would charge to return it to the store it had never left!
DO NOT BUY FROM JYSK UK!

I purchased and item online. Easy enough. Got an email saying that a different courier will be delivering the item in 5-15 working days. That was fine too.
First week I emailed jysk just to enquire regarding my order and to check where it was. I was reassured that the item was with the courier company and they will contact me to arrange the delivery.
Second week I emailed customer service again. Again the same answer- the item was with the courier company.
third week; I sent a bit more demanding email and got an answer: it is with the courier company.no surprises there.
However, I called the courier company which said that the item indeed was dispatched the first week but they had to returned it back to Jysk as one out of four boxes was damaged.
When I emailed this to Jysk, they apologised and reassured me that the replacement box would be sent to delivery company the next day. Companies blamed each other for failure to delivery what they were paid for and for misinforming me. standard.
Contacted delivery company which stated they were STILL waiting for the replacement box to be delivered!
I mean what on Earth!. 5 weeks... reassuring me that the item was with the delivery company when they couldn't even check its whereabouts and to bother to look and find that it was still with them
I asked for my money back. I could not face any more lies, apologies and reassurances. I got the money back instantly with an email to return the rest of the boxes back to the courier company! I mean WHAT BOXES!?!? I HAVENT RECIEVED ANY. I just wish they would check what was going on?
Shameful, not acceptable and such a waste of time!!!

Visited the Grantham store and purchased a set is draws and some hand towels. Towels are very good quality the draws however are a different tale. 2 of the draws have no pre drilled holes rang store to see about replacing draws and was told that they did not have any in stock and it would be 3 weeks before any more stock arrived. Asked if we could have 2 draws out of the display unit and the reply was No. We live an hour away from the Grantham store and have found the customer service very poor. Although the staff at the store were very good the head office service is rubbish. Furniture quality is average if you have holes to put it together not Ikea quality though.

I have just received some garden furniture which I ordered from the jysk store in lincoln on Sunday ,the store team are exceptional as iv'e always found them to be,however I must say that the two delivery men are really very ,very good .this is the second time in as many weeks that they have delivered to my home. the first time they were very good and very nice people ,but this time I got a call at 9o'clock the day before my delivery to say would Ilike it delivered today.gobsmacked I said yes ofcourse.and with in 2 hours they were here,BRILLIANT ,AS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOMORROW SO i SAY WELL DONE TO THEM and JYSK.VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.....

The short story is that I had to push quite hard to get my garden furniture in time for the event I was having, however, in the end the customer service team and the country manager, David, really went the extra mile to deliver on time.
I ordered a garden furniture set from Jysk and received notification that it would be delivered in 3-15 working days.
When I was given the delivery date, it was going to be outside of that window and too late for for the event I'd specifically ordered it for. I then had a lot of backwards and forwards with the customer services team and the delivery company to try and find the best way to get hold of he furniture on time.
Derek in the customer services department was great at looking into how he could help and I was impressed by how he kept in contact with me and called me to let me know how it was going. He eventually escalated my issue to the country manager, David, who made sure that the furniture was delivered on the morning of the event.
Thank you to the team for eventually going the extra mile to make sure that my guests had somewhere to sit.

I ordered and paid for a F120 memory foam mattress on the 23/1 which was “expected delivery” to store one week later on the 30/1 while I was on holiday. I got someone else to go to store to pick up my item but there was a delay. It was a special offer item so I thought oh well these things happen. I went in the following Monday to see if my mattress had been delivered, nope! They had been trying to ring me and I was told it would be delivered to the main warehouse on the 12/2 so therefore would be at the store on Monday 19/2, nope! I have now received a call to say that the delivery truck has broken down and it will now be tomorrow. I won’t be holding my breath!

Very Poor quality and misleading customer service team.
Product arrived late and on arrival, the items clearly states damaged box on the delivery note and while I question the drive who delivered it, he said the damage was flagged before it left the warehouse but yet was instructed to deliver the items. On further inspection, the items were damaged and not fit for purpose. So I sent it back with the same driver. When I complain to customer services, they say it never leaves the factory damaged. However, I sent them picture evidence of the product while still on the delivery truck but did not take full responsibility instead
they attempt to blame the delivery company.
I was under the impression that the seller is fully responsible as I have a contact arrangement with them and not the delivery company.
" BE WARNED " I will NEVER buy anything from this cowboy company.

I am a really patient person but my experience with Jysk tested my limits.
To start with I ordered a garden furniture set towards the end of May. I was told to expect 3-15 working days between order and delivery. Ok, that's perfectly fine. On June 6th I got notification that my item was ready for dispatch, so I expected it to arrive shortly thereafter. A couple of weeks go by, and we're now past the 15 working days but I figured, ok I'll give it a little bit longer and then get in touch.
27th June I got an email asking me to review the product I ordered at which point I realised it had been a month since the order and still no product. I got in touch with customer service to inquire about the order.
Our correspondence spanned from the 4th to the 13th of July. Although the customer service person started out helpful, I had to send a few messages to her to remind her to follow up on my order. She said that she couldn't get a response from their courier after 10 days of trying (which is alarming to say the least).
On July 15th I got a (text) from the courier setting up a delivery date. Ok, finally, a result. The customer service person never followed up with me after this or told me she had been successful in contacting them. I thought that wasn't great customer service but I'll let it slide because the result is what really matters.
Courier themselves weren't great but I can't blame Jysk 100% for this, other than the fact that they show poor judgement in hiring these couriers. I don't understand why Jysk works with companies that don't respond to their communications for up to 2 weeks. It just seems unprofessional and damages confidence in the company.
Anyway, the couriers couldn't find the delivery address and so I had to reschedule the delivery (from the 19th July to the 25th) adding a further delay to getting the set I paid for in May.
Finally on the 25th it does arrive, and I'm thrilled and get to building it straight away. I get the two chairs out, build the dining table and am set to work on the sofa but find that it's missing the hardware (screws and the like) needed to build it. I'm frustrated but I phone Jysk straight away to see if they can send me a replacement bag of parts. The woman on the phone takes my order number, hears my request and says 'Alright leave this with me then.'
However my partner and I, having learned from our experience thus far with Jysk, dash out to B n Q and buy our own parts (at £20 cost to us) because we anticipate a wait in receiving the parts. Now the furniture is built and set up and usable (and great quality, can't fault Jysk there). It's now August 10th and, guess what, never heard back from Jysk whatsoever and of course, I still haven't received the hardware I'd have needed to build the sofa. If I'd waited for Jysk to act I'd have a pile of parts in my garden instead of a furniture set.
All in all a really frustrating and dissatisfying experience, I won't be using Jysk again in the future. Shame really, because the furniture is nice.
