Wonderful company. Disappointed products are made in China rather than the US. I thought is was US made which was why I ordered from them. Anyway my husband absolutely loved his toiletry bag The leather is thick and amazing. But in future I will see a US made product.

Excellent customer service. I purchased a Freemont Classic Briefcase during a recent sale. The briefcase was beautiful, and very functional, except for the zipper, which stuck every time upon opening and closing. Having purchased the bag on sale, I knew that I was not entitled to a refund or exchange. However, when I alerted the company to the problem, they immediately agreed to exchange my bag for a new one with a working zipper. Even during all the social unrest in their home city, the company rep went out of her way to go to the store and personally try out the zippers and select a new bag to replace the one I purchased. In short, she went above and beyond in making sure that I was happy with my purchase. Kudos to JW Hulme for this excellent customer service.

I just received my Emerson. I have spent thousands on bags and if I had only known.......I opened the box and inhaled at the beauty (never happened before) I pulled my Emerson out of the box and I had tears in my eyes. I have always wanted a beautiful leather handbag with the highs and lows and beautiful natural wrinkles, light weight and great quality. I now have what I have been looking for all of these years!
