Why do I have to give any stars? This whole entire company is trash. I ordered two different shades of “ I am magic” foundation and only received one...... how do you mess that up? You grab it and put it in a box.. it’s very simple. I waited almost two weeks to get my products. It said it was shipping from NJ but the first update on fed ex was through Houston? I thought that was odd. I immediately emailed them upon opening my box and got an automated email saying that we’re aware of my request and would be in touch shortly. I also messaged them on Instagram and commented on their page because I started panicking seeing as how even if you are a small business you have a customer service line for people to contact.. even if leaving a voicemail. I also thought that was odd. On Instagram they kept deleting my comments and then finally blocked me. I then just called my bank and filed a claim with my bank and got my money back. I would have been a returning customer and this was my first experience. Everyone should steer clear.

I ordered at Juvia‘s exactly 7 days ago (shipping to Europe). The package just arrived this morning and I’m super happy with it! The Products that I’ve ordered are all packed in bubble wrap so everything arrived in a perfect and intact condition! They really did a very good job with that! I can NOT COMPLAIN AT ALL! Looking forward to place my next order very soon!

Juvias Place make some of the most beautiful, most pigmented and long lasting eyeshadows I have ever tried. Love their formula, love their shade and colour inclusivity.
HOWEVER. If you live in the UK, buy their products via Beauty Bay. I ordered some items from JP.com about a month ago and paid £15-ish for shipping, fine. But the order only turned up 2 days ago, and I had to pay a further customs fee of £13 upon opening the door to my postman. Maybe this is a normal thing, unsure as I don't normally order things from abroad. But ultimately the shipping cost nearly equalled to the amount the products themselves cost.
Amazing products, just don't order direct from their website.

To anyone considering purchasing from Juvia's Place website, I urge you not to. I am from the UK and have placed several orders from them and for the most part, I was happy with their service. However, that changed after I waited almost one month to receive shipment notification for one order. After communicating with their customer support team failed, I had to go on Instagram to complain before they responded. As they redeemed themselves, I ordered from them again which was the worst decision I made. I received an incomplete order I recently placed. I immediately informed them of the missing item along with proof and requested that I be refunded for the missing item which I am well within my rights to have. Their response was to only offer a store credit. Having paid by Paypal I've had to raise a dispute as well inform my bank. I went on their Instagram to let everyone know that Juvia's Place have no problem taking your money and not sending your full order. The response I received made it very clear; these people are not professional by any means, they have zero business ethics and do not care about their customers at all.

Shipping takes way too long. It takes a month for them to process the order. They also do not accept returns. If you are okay with that, then go ahead and order from them. If not, then I recommend buying their products on Ulta, which has quick shipping and a great return policy.

Very disappointed! Ordered two eyeshadow palettes, one for a gift and one for me because I liked the look of it so much, on special offer, paid the extortionate shipping charge and then the import tax for both items, to find only ONE in the box! I tried emailing the company for them to tell me I will not be shipped the second palette as I am an international customer. I then asked how I would be refunded and I was told I could not be and that instead they would offer me store credit only! I asked if the store credit would include the price of the palette and the shipping cost, to then be told the offer has ended and was then linked to their social medias to stay updated on their offers! No compensation whatsoever!! Absolutely appalled. Will definitely not be buying their products again and I advise others to do the same as their company seems to just be a successful scam site, as shown by the majority of the reviews (over 70%) complaining about similar issues!

AWFUL!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 I WOULD!
I placed my order with Juvia's place 3 months ago, it never arrived and I've been in contact with their customer service team who could not provide sufficient tracking and weren't helpful at all until I requested a refund. They sent out a replacement half a month ago and I still have not received it yet. The foundation is irrelevant now as I have no use for it after forking out more money to buy some other foundation (certainly not from Juvia's Place) it's the fact I spent (a lot of) money for nothing, might as well have thrown some money in the bin! After ordering I saw loads of reviews saying how bad they are with delivery. Wish I had seen the reviews before purchasing, I'm never ordering with them again. Hopefully get my order before 2020...

First of all all sales are final. Very SLOW shipping. Took 3 weeks to arrive. I was excited and wanted to try this company -horrible idea! Foundation has a very strange hue. Was hoping to exchange for a different shade, but they take no returns. Who does that??? I really wish I'd have read the reviews first. My God. What a trash company! Do not buy Juvia's Place!!!

I ordered on July 31st and have still not received my product or tracking number as of Sept 18th. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and was told "someone would get back to me" to no avail. I've requested a refund, an escalation, a phone number..and i continue to be ignored. I know my funds are not important to them, obviously neither is their reputation.

My review is about an order I placed on August 28th for over $100 on Juvia's Place website (order #942161), that as of today, Sept 20th I have yet to receive.
On Sept 3rd I received an email with a FedEx tracking number and confirmation that my order had shipped. After three days of checking the tracking number and seeing that my order had not left the facility and that only the shipping label was created, I contacted Juvia's Place by email to find out why my order never left their warehouse.
They got back to me fast (within 24 hours), however, they did not give me a reason why my order had not actually shipped. They just apologized and asked me to keep an eye on the tracking number because my order would ship soon and to contact them again if the tracking information was not updated in 3-5 days.
Well, 5 days passed and the tracking information remained the same showing that only the label was created so I emailed Juvia's Place again. I received another fast response, also within 24 hours, and this time they offered another apology and said that because of the labor day sale they had an influx of orders but to be assured that they were doing "all they can" to get my order out to me.
Another week passed and the tracking number still said only the label was created. So, I emailed a third time, telling them at this point I was ready to open a PayPal dispute and get my money back because I felt they were giving me the run around with no intention on shipping my order anytime soon. I had also posted a comment on their Instagram page about the situation.
I received another fast response, both on Instagram and via email, and they claimed the courier must not have scanned my package and they had escalated the situation to their shipping warehouse which has launched an investigation.
My issue with them is this: if you can clearly see by the tracking number my order never left your warehouse, why would you as a company continue to make me - your customer - wait for you to figure out what went wrong on your end? That's unacceptable. What you should do is immediately try to make it right by shipping my order when I informed you it never actually left your warehouse and provide a different tracking number as proof that it actually shipped this time while you figure out internally what went wrong the first time.
As a customer, you already have my money so you need to send me what I paid for. What problems you have with your shipping warehouse is not my problem thats yours. Making me wait nearly a month for nothing is absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service. It makes me wonder what's really going on, and if it's just the items are back-ordered and you don't want to tell me, or maybe you're dropshipping from out of the country which is the reason for the delay. In that case, you need to just be honest and tell the customers what's really going on instead of lying and giving us the run around about why we never received our order.
In conclusion, I have initiated a PayPal dispute and Juvia's Place have 10 days to respond to PayPal with proof that my order is on the way or PayPal will give me a full refund. Really disappointed because I was looking forward to trying their products but because of the poor service they have lost what would have been a lifetime customer.
My advice if you still decide to buy from their website is to make sure that you check out with PayPal so if they don't ship your order you can dispute it and get your money back.

My boys in makeup or anyone with textured skin, small facial hairs, or pores. This is not for you. I shaved my face before applying this foundation and it clung to every little piece of skin and looked absolutely disgusting. If you have any acne or dry skin, expect the worst.

Keep away from this company, their products are good but service is appalling.
They sent me a wrong order - instead of brushes, a foundation (which couldn’t be used anyway as wrong colour). First email was quick and friendly, said I would receive a credit note. I said I wanted a refund as I’m in Australia and would take too long to resend ( was a present).
They completely ignored this. After several more emails they finally sent me a credit note ( that I don’t want) minus the shipping cost!
I emailed them again, to be told shipping had already been paid to another company so can’t be refunded.
They sent me the WRONG order but expect me to pay international shipping for it?? And will have to pay again to reorder right things
Absolutely shameful. Never using them again, which is a shame as products are good but I won’t take risk of this happening again, or like all the many other complaints about them.
Get your act together and value your customers!!!!

The products are great, don't get me wrong, but buying them directly from the website is a disaster. Shipping takes FOREVER. Don't be surprised if your purchase takes over two weeks to get to you. Communication is also terrible-- slow. Rude. This is such a shame because I love what the brand stands for as well as the products themselves. Buy from Ulta and stay away from the website. Promotions or sales just aren't worth it.

This is my first time ordering makeup from here. I saw a review on UTUBE. It was highly recommended makeup. I got on the website and started reading reviews and checking out the makeup. I ordered a palette and the gel eyeliner. Love the shadow its beautiful I definitely would recommend.
I can honestly say that the gel eyeliner is absolutely the BEST
I've tried so many gel, liquid & pencil eyeliners and having extremely sensitive eyes and allergic reactions to the product I couldn't find a liner that actually worked UNTIL NOW

First experience ordering from Juvia was quick and smooth! But this time, I ordered 4 foundations and it’s been over 3 weeks and they still haven’t even SHIPPED it yet. I’ve constantly emailed and they keep ignoring my emails. I’ve sent an email for a refund because at this point I don’t even need it. Customer service is horrible, shipping is trash, the only thing saving them is their quality of your products but the stress is NOT worth it. You can get amazing quality at colorpop.

I wish I had looked on trustpilot before purchasing online from this company, I could’ve saved myself a lot of grief. I have been chasing for items I purchased on their website almost a week ago and I paid for priority international shipping. It hasn’t been despatched and I get an unhelpful template response from their customer service team. Their customer service is poor and order processing time is snail slow. I shall be opening a dispute and claim via PayPal. Avoid purchasing online from this company!

First of all, The product is extremly good. I bought the zulu palette and it is my first time buying from them.
I ordered it april 19. And it got to me may 3. it was shipped April 22. (International) it came perfectly wrapped in bubble wrap, And none of the shades was harmed.
I recommend this company, but if you’re scared that the product wont come, just buy from beautybay or something.

My experience with Juvias place is as new as two weeks ago and was horrible! I literally had to open a claim through PayPal ( through which I payed) bc I received an incomplete order, and even though they immediately responded back and apologized for the inconvenience ánd promised they would fix it, I since then received excuse after excuse as to why I haven’t received the missing products yet. From it finally being reviewed, to being backed up, to notes left for their shipping department etc etc... I kept writing them and that’s when they stopped responding, even after they promised that they would sent me my missing items. Come on, It doesn’t take 2 weeks to ship off 2 concealers, which they btw never ran out of! I went as far as placing another other, bc my foundation colors were too dark in the first order anyways, so they didn’t hve to pay additional shipping costs for the missing items. Growing tired of asking for my items and zero response to speak to a supervisor, bc I felt so disrespected and to me it wasn’t about the the worth of the money anymore, ($28 which is less in my countries currency), but it became about the principal! I finally filed a claim through PayPal. It’s too bad BC I wanted to support a black owned brand. It’s sad BC their products are so beautiful but as a company they’ve shown to have no character or integrity which makes them UGLY all together!!!!! I read in some reviews that when you write a bad one, they will block your account with them.... so I guess ..... I’ll be the next...... 🤔🤨

Terrible customer service, no answers on the website/social media accounts and anywhere else, and don’t even START me on the shipping. I ordered my palettes on July 8th AND now 18 DAYS later my package is still in processing?!? JP you serious?!? I ordered two fragile glas ornaments from Japan from a much smaller company last week and it’s already ON ROUTE to my adress and they answered my questions immediately. Talk about professionalism because JP has none of it.

I ordered from their online website. I'm an international customer (NZ) and was worried because I read these reviews on here after placing my order. However they delivered my order on time (3 weeks), and my palettes are everything I thought it would be! However, I probably won't be ordering online from them again, considering the number of bad reviews they have about their customer support.

Just like everyone else, they stole my money.
I paid for a palette and 10€ for shipping. I never received my palette and instead of sending it again, they gave me store credit (at least they told me they will give me store cresit, I haven't received it yet) and stole the money I paid for shipping.
I will never buy from this company again. If you really want some of the palettes, buy from a retailer. But I wont be supporting this company anymore.
