Received a parking ticket despite making a booking online. Seems there is no synergy between Just Park and Private Parking Solutions Ltd who issued a parking charge notice. Not clear who you even have to contest the charge with. Bitterly disappointed when you abide by the rules which results in further admin.

Took ages to give card details over the phone, then when I eventually managed to, i entered my number plate details in replying to their text (what a clunky system) then proceeded to receive 100 texts telling me that my space is already booked!!!!????

Rented for match day but all roads blocked off so couldn't get there. Instructions did not take blocked off roads into account. Had to go elsewhere and pay for 2nd carpark. Will never use again.

No parking space available, waited 30 minutes in the hopes that someone would leave, after this time had to go and find another parking space otherwise we would have missed our concert

Unpleasant, location was terrible space was not free and was met with load of rubbish, beer cans n needles
