After numerous unanswered calls and emails regarding not receiving my purchase. I called the shop next door to ask if they are on holiday. The woman was kind enough to confirm the shop is closed and up for sale. Actually feel better I know what's going on and can stop the phonecalls. Got straight onto the bank to stop payment.

It appears anyone who has given this company more than 1 star have had a good experience by pure fluke as the majority of people have had a similar experience to myself.
I had to chase my item as the money was taken yet it wasn't dispatched. In the meantime they reduced the price and so I contacted their customer service. I have tried to contact them over 10 times and they have not replied at all.
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. There are plenty of other shops you can buy from for the similar price that are way more trustworthy than these thieves!

Ordered a cot bed online with this company because it was cheaper than other websites but also because it said instock, and as I needed this Asap thought it was perfect. A few days later I received an email saying that the item was out of stock and I would be receiving a refund, I was abit annoyed but thought fair enough. Fast forward a week and 50 calls later ( 48 unanswered ) I still have no refund. The 1st time my phone call was answered I was told I would have to wait 5 working days for my refund, which I think is bad considering they took payment straight away! The 2nd phone call, after 5 working days, I was told that my refund was pending and it could take till the end of the week?! So I now have no cot, which I am desperate for and just4baby still have my £250 so I cannot buy another due to lack of funds. ***************AVOID****************
UPDATE Just got off the phone now with them to ask why I still haven't received my refund and was told that my refund was issued on 17th may, that's a week after I was told that it had been issued! When I asked why it wasn't issued on the day I was told previously the guy said it must be an error in the accounts department. This company is an absolute joke!!!!

I ordered two car seats, for twins, from this company before I had time to read any of the reviews. The company emailed promptly to notify me that the colour I had selected was not available from their stockiest. After agreeing to take a slightly different colour (Which was more expensive) they honoured the original price and the car seats arrived within 2 days. Very happy with the service I received, would use again.

Ordered a mountain buggy 3 in 1 travel system at £778, was told it would be delivered the following week. 11 days later It still hadn't been delivered and when I emailed to find out what was happening with my order I had no reply, I sent numerous emails and got no response.
I phoned the contact number literally hundreds of times and no one answered!
I only recieved a refund via my bank, otherwise I honestly believe this company would still have my £778 and I would have no pram!
Worst shopping experience ever!!

Only email I received was to confirm order I think a step in the right direction would be to confirm order has been accepted and a dispatch email with tracking information, as after i ordered I read the reviews and started to get very concerned! I ordered two car seats, when they arrived they were not as pictured on the site so I contacted just4baby to exchange/return. Despite several emails and calls I received no response. I've had to go through PayPal to get my money back and even then just4baby are refusing to pay return postage (as they legally have to under the sales of goods act) meaning I will be significantly out of pocket. As such I will soon go to independent mediation and, if required, small clams court. Absolutely shocking service. Do not use this company!

I've never known a company anything like this! Ordered a toddler bed & mattress on 19th march and waited nearly two weeks for delivery. The courier never contacted me either. The bed was extremely faulty and the wood was all split down one side. After reading the reviews, I'm shocked that the shop actually agreed to collect and refund. Well the item was collected on 7th April, I wasn't given any tracking information or anything so PayPal originally refused the claim. I had to find all this for myself. The item was delivered on 8th April at 16:58 and signed for by Mr Simpson! This 'gent' is now refusing to refund my money unless I email him all these details. He is extremely rude and they never respond to emails so I have contacted PayPal for advice and hopefully a resolution. If not, I'll see him at court! NEVER USE JUST4BABY!!!!

I order my pram off this website without checking the reviews, only after a week I began to wonder when my pram would turn up so I decided to look at the reviews. My heart dropped, clearly this was a bad company to go for so i started to panick. Would I receive my pram? I ordered it on the 14th of may and finally received it on the 25th.
It was in mint condition and I'm extremely happy I didn't read the reviews before buying!
Only thing just4baby.co.uk need to work on is communication, all I received was a email confirming I placed the order, I would buy from this company again! Thank you just4baby.co.uk

I ordered a pushchair as it was much cheaper than any other site then I read the reviews on just4baby and panicked a bit. I needn't have worried. The pushchair came within a week of ordering it and it's great. I phoned up once to check when it was likely to arrive and the man on the phone was very helpful. A little more communication from their side would have been useful (estimated delivery date etc) rather than needing to call to find out what's going on. Overall a great pushchair at a good price with OK service.

I am surprise that this company is still in operation. it is the worse company with rude unconcern stuff i have ever come across. I purchased a double pushchair which i needed desperately to travel with. i was told it would be delivered 4 to 5 working days when i called to confirm. this was ordered on the 4th of January and i have still not received it till date. After over a hundred calls made, i spoke to someone last week who said the courier would deliver it next day which i asked for the name of the courier but he rudely replied he didn't know (How possible) . i then reported them to Trading standards, My Bank and the fraud team and informed them via email what i did this morning. After sending them the email this morning (21.01.16) i called and someone quickly answered again to tell me the pushchair will be sent tomorrow or next week ( what annoying organisation). i have requested for a full refund of the money paid which was 229.90 pounds. if i had read the reviews before, there is no way i would make that purchase at all as about more than 90 percent of the reviews are negative. this is my first time of doing a review because this organisation shouldn't be in operation.

Really poor experience which remains on going. I placed my order 6 weeks ago. The items were advertised as in stock. I have finally received my order but it is incomplete. I have emailed requesting an update and then a refund; both emails have been ignored.
Poor service and nonexistent communication. I do not hold out much hope for my refund. Probably the worst internet shopping experience I've had in many a year. There's no need or excuse for a company to be this poor.

After reading the reviews on Trustpilot I was worried about buying from just4baby.co.uk. but ordered a buggy as it was the cheapest deal I could find online. I am so glad that I ignored the other reviews as I ordered the buggy late Sunday night and it arrived early Tuesday morning. I also saved £95 compared with the next best online deal. I understand that some people might have had a negative experience, but I found them excellent and would definitely recommend them.

Shocking company. Easy to contact when they want your money. Took £210 from us over the phone for a car seat we were desperate for.... Over 1 week later, still no seat, no response to countless emails and despicable customer service. Didn't even send mean email confirmation so I have no reference number.

My pram broke on New Years Eve and needed a replacement quick for my youngest daughter. Having researched online Just4Baby was pretty much un beatable on price so was decided to get a Cossatto Yo Special Edition. At this stage i had never read the reviews on this company if so i would never purchased from these rude bunch of clowns (school boy). This week i have rang the company endlessly due to never receiving a delivery notice, each time it was a case of " it will be with you them evening" by Friday enough was enough called the company for the last time to demand a refund. To be told by one of the employees that it wasnt in stock anyway (website stating it was in stock) is disgusting with it been 8 days later and still had no pram for my child. this clearly could have been stated on the web page or even by staff when calling a stupid amount of times this week. My only saving grace was that i paid via paypal and was issued a refund that day. re-ordered through precious little one yesterday and its getting delivered today, now that is customer service just4baby !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a pram from this company on the 15th of Feb at 19:08.
I then checked reviews and thought oh my god what have I done...!
But I couldn't be more wrong this company is fantastic.
I ordered because it was over a £100 saving!
My husband called the company the next day to check that they had received my order as I had paid by Paypal and couldn't log in to check it, The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and told us it would be with us by the end of the week early/next week, Great.
Later on the Tuesday I received an email to say that my delivery would arrive with me on the 17th of Feb via a delivery company.
09:30 on the 17th of Feb my delivery arrived, We had no issues with the product and are extremely happy with the pram.
Would not hesitate to use this company again.

Purchased online a fire guard from their website . Cancelled the same day due to realising would not fit correctly. Emailed them with the order number quoted in February. No reply. Followed by telephone call no answer. Tried again a week later no answer . Sent email again no reply . Phoned again no reply. Spoke to a company on the same high street confirming they are still in business. A month later no communication from them. Terrible awful way of doing business. Reading reviews this seems standard practice for them. Going to the small claims court to resolve.

Absolute let down.... 2 weeks ago ordered a maxi cosi car seat for a familys birthday present, emailed me saying not available will sent out the next colour available 4 days after order placed, rang them they promised me it will be there within 3-5 days- 4 days after order placed(when it should have been with me), waited till following week no delivery still, after ringing for 4 days in a row no answer, received another delayed emailed finally got through to somebody who could not careless about my order no respect for customer was completed rude like he was watching tv and no concern, no apology apart from we've been running this business for 44years (yeah right sound like a child on the phone) and put the phone down on me did not want to evan talk to me or Evan listen to the customers problem, all i wanted to know is where is my item i have paid for?.... Rang back another guy answered the phone after 8 times ringing... was told email in complaint and delivery will be with you next week advised him i've had 2 failed promises and you just keep lying to your customers - not acceptable but this guy did show some concern but did not say nothing different apart from will be with you next week.
I have never met a company with no concern or respect for a customer... not acceptable at all. I'm suprised trading standards have not shut them down, i will personally stick to mamas and papas and mothercare made a very big mistake ordering from Just4baby.co.uk thought i try this company i have learnt my lesson, in simple terms if you want to buy a product cheaper and so many false promises, no customer care and not putting the customer first and so sending the product out then order from this company and see the outcome yourself, over a saving of a few quid i wish i never ordered from this company and i will never ever recommend anybody nor will i order from a flintstone bedrock company like this one ever again, absolute jokers ruined a expensive birthday present and the birthday and they still dont give a damn about there customers, will not be ordering any christmas presents thru this company, take my advice stay well clear from this company. Bought a few things from here, spent a few hundred pounds - once they have your money they are very rude and unhelpful, especially the older gentleman in the shop, I presume he is the owner, who doesn't even look up from his desk when you come into the shop.
Our pram broke after only using it a few times, was told to leave it with them in the shop and come back for it in 5 days - not much use when you have a small baby to transport about, told them I would need a temporary buggy which they said they can't do! Totally impractical, they shouldn't be running a baby shop if they have no idea how difficult it is to get about with a baby and no pram!
My baby's head kept falling onto his chest when he was in his car seat in the car, this was after I asked if it was suitable for my car, the older gentleman looked at me as if I was stupid to ask such a question and he told me all car seats will fit in all cars - wrong! They don't, so we have had to buy a different car seat from mothercare who actually make sure it fits your vehicle before they sell it to you. I hope this makes people think before using this shop as it is so dangerous for your baby not to be fitted properly in the car and these clowns don't seem to care. Pay the extra and go elsewhere for a better service.
I purposely went to this shop as its a local family business and I thought I would spent my money locally instead of on the Internet or a large chain store, wish I'd never bothered, it's been so stressful trying to deal with this shop, along with being a first time mum, it's a hassle we didn't need, will be going to mothercare from now on!

I ordered a highchair on the 25th August, I received the email saying that they had my order and it was being processed. A week later I had heard nothing.( They say on their website dispatch within 1-5 days with next day delivery. An email they day before confirms delivery. )
I emailed asking if my item had been dispatched, a DAY later I received an email saying very sorry will be with you the middle of next week. That was on a tuesday.
The following Tuesday I had received no email confirming delivery for the Wednesday, so sent an email saying I either receive the product or my money back. No answer. Wednesday no answer. (Apparently they are shut, not sure how that stops you checking emails...). Thursday no answer. We managed to get hold of them on the phone and said we no longer want it because it's a ridiculous amount of time to wait and they had never made contact to say there was a problem. Guy on the phone try to say it had been dispatched yet I had no email from them? ?? Anyway they said they will refund money within 3-5 days. Sent a final email confirming what hag been said on the phone and that if they did not refund my money I will report them to my credit card company and trading standards. That was yesterday so we shall see.

Ordered a car seat showing in stock on the website, received an e mail the next day to say the colour was unavailable an offering a similar colour which was fine. Two weeks later though still no seat despite promised delivery dates and seat showing in stock. Asked for a refund and was given it immediately. Why can't they actually deliver the product though. Having read these reviews this seems common. It must be a waste of their own time as much as mine.

I ordered a Quinny Carrycot - Purple Pace on 26th August. When I completed my order the transaction confirmation, which came up on screen said I would receive confirmation shortly via email. I didn't receive an email to confirm my order/payment, so I emailed them using the contact form on their website. When I didn't receive a reply I phoned them the next day. The line is always busy and it took 9 attempts before I got through to a rather rude lady, who then sent me the confirmation. I noticed the postcode was wrong on the confirmation email, so I replied to the email on 29th August to let them know and asked for a delivery date. I didn't receive a reply, so I emailed them again on 4th Sept to ask for an update and then rang them anyway, as I was fed up of waiting. I spoke to a nice gentleman, who explained that they didn't have the item in stock. I asked for a refund, which he confirmed would be done. I asked why no one had let me know that it wasn't in stock and he explained that they had been trying to source one. If this was he case, why didn't anyone keep me informed? I still haven't received a refund or any communication from them, so I have emailed them again today to ask for this to be completed today and for them to confirm by email once this has been done. They shouldn't show items for sale that are not in stock and they should definitely not be taking payment for them. On top of that their communication and customer service is terrible. If I don't receive the refund by the end of the week, I will be calling my credit card company to dispute the transaction. Looking at some of the other reviews, this look like a common problem. Surely it's, not only a waste the customers time, but of the companies time to allow this to keep happening.

I didn't read the reviews before placing my order and handing over my money. After several phone calls I pinned them down to a delivery day. The night before a badly worded, completely unprofessional email arrive saying they had reordered a different coloured seat for me and would be in touch. I rang on the day of supposedly delivery and cancelled my ordered, demanded a full refund whilst still on the line. They obviously do not have this car seat as advertised and are a complete bunch of chancers. Keep your money safe and save the hassle and buy elsewhere. BUT on the plus side when they did pick up the phone the guy was polite.

I ordered a Quinny Zapp pram from here as it was the cheapest price I could find. I then made the mistake of reading the reviews and got really worried that it wouldn't turn up for ages. However, I ordered the pram on Saturday afternoon, got a text on Tuesday saying my delivery would come the next day and it arrived around 10am on Wednesday. This was wonderful service and I'm very pleased with the company.
