This company is a complete scam. They never sent my package, took my money, pretended to resend the package twice, gave me fake tracking numbers, blamed me for the delivery failure, tried to charge me more money, and then “destroyed the goods.” I am beyond words to describe the time and money I have spent trying to obtain what I ordered. They steal your money. It is an illegal company. No one should post their advertising. Ever. Also I think fed ex is culpable for associating its label and services with the company as well. Unbelievable. Stay far far away from this company.

Absolutely appalling customer service, I ordered a ‘100% cotton’ tunic top on line waited 3 weeks for delivery only to find out that it is a synthetic material, sizing is way out, very unhappy with the purchase, requested a refund only to be told that I can have half the refund and keep the goods and I have to send it back to China! I’ve had numerous emails from them requesting tracking number, photos of the top in and out of packaging. On the packaging it clearly states that it was posted in UK and also has a return address in UK but it’s not clear so I’ve emailed wanting to correct address but get buffed off with excuses after excuses. I wish I had read the reviews. Any people wish too order from this website take a fools advice and go elsewhere.

Jullymart's clothes are poorly sized, badly constructed out of questionable fabric and overpriced in the extreme. I really did not want to award even one star to this company. Not sure these clothes are even suitable for charity donation.

horrible website. they're all scammers. spent $100 on shoes and they were cheap, bent, and made of felt and plastic! absolutely horrible. i called to get a refund and stayed on the phone two hours watching this guy try to buy things with my credit card (entirely my fault. I'm the one who was stupid enough to sit here watching and waiting while he promised to refund me $100 extra dollars for causing me to miss work.luckily my card wasn't going through on any of the websites he was trying to buy gift cards on.he kept asking for another card, and got all of my info) he stared trying to write a 5 star review here and i finally took back over control of my computer exited out. and then he disconnected the phone. i sent the shoes back and had to pay for shipping because they would not give me a return label. $150 absolutely wasted, 2 hours of my time wasted, had a panic attack and got sick from worry so that was wasted as well. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. If I could mark less than 1 star - I would have done so.
Apart from nice advertisement noting else is pretty. If you are expecting to receive the size and the quality you are seeing on the pictures, or even a refund when you pay a huge price for the return somewhere in China, don't dream. They have a whole bunch of prepared answers where they just add: 'hello... Sorry to disturb you...'. all of it along the lines: you did not return / you have returned but it has been washed so we cannot resell.

I made an order, which I promptly cancelled after reading the reviews. I too was offered the 10% refund or 15% off which was bizarre since they told me the order was on hold and hadn’t even shipped yet!! However after I said that since this was the case and they hadn’t even sent my goods, I was entitled to a 100% refund!!
I have received my refund which I was relieved about. So it’s not all bad 😀

It took over two weeks for my order to arrive and when it did I was disappointed. I wish I had done some research before buying from this company. Like others have stated there was no other tags but the size and the material is cheap and thin. The clothing item does not look like it did in the ad online. The hemmed pants look more like capris. I was attracted to this site in the first place because I wanted to wear more natural and breathable fabrics but this is not it. Don’t waste your money.

If there was a zero rating I'd give it to them. They didn't have size charts on a "fluffy, comfy" dog bed. They sent an x-small and it's terribly made. It took a month to get here as well. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!! Glad I looked at reviews before placing an order.... apparently Jullymart and Berrylook are one and the same.... I ordered 5 tops from Berrylook back in June, got emails saying 2 were out of stock, to choose a replacement, still have not received those shirts and only contact information on their site is an email which I think goes nowhere.... still have not gotten a response or any money refunded for the 2 missing tops..... the other 3 did come about a month after placing the order but are not the quality depicted on their website.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered 3 dresses from them. All had major problems, 2 had no hemming on the sleeves and the bottom of dress. Who sells a dress that has no hemming? The third had cut outs around the bottom again the edges Where all frayed. After a month of back and forth emails they offered 10% or send it back to China and pay shipping, duty fees and who knows what else. Again just scisser cut edges, unbelievable. C/S keep trying to get us to keep the rags. Not sure they will be any good to polish the car with. We contacted Pinterest and they said they would follow up. Do not buy from them.

I also called this 800-218-1650 to try and return the merchandise from JullyMart and get my refund. After seeing the posting from Larisa Shkolnik, I thought great, I can finally get this resolved. No such luck, this is another SCAM. If being taken advantage of by JullyMart wasn't enough, now this! He asked me to down load a program called TeamViewer. This is a program that takes over your computer which would give them access to all your files. From there, he wanted me to fill out a form that had nothing to do with any returns or refunds. He wanted my Bank Information, SS #, Drivers License #, etc. When I told him I was not comfortable with any of that, he hung up. Long story short, DO NOT CALL THAT NUMBER. They would love nothing more than to steal everything you own.

Deceptive. They tell you returns are easy or offer you a 10% discount. The dress smelled of cigarette smoke. To return to China will be costly. I wish I had read reviews. Now I am stuck with a dress that is too small. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered and paid. Delivery in England is via Yodel. Yodel say they delivered but haven't as their description of house is incorrect, plus I was in. All Jullymart say is it was delivered and get letter from Royal Mail saying it wasn't delivered. Royal Mail are a different courier and have not handled this parcel. Cant get an email for someone higher up. Every email I send is replied to by someone different who says the same. Going round in circles. Wont take responsibility. Anyone know of n email other than their service one, I would be grateful.

First, it takes forever to receive anything from Jullymart. Second, quality is very poor. Third, sizing is quite iffy. Fourth, when you try to return any item, they request pictures of their own bar codes, product, and packaging. Then they attempt to entice you to keep the product and give it away. That entails approximately 5 e-mails.
After that, they offer you a 15% return if you keep the item. In other words, you are offered approximately $8-$9 back on your original $59 plus purchase. REALLY??!!?!
And finally, you get an e-mail stating, "Please declare the value within 5 dollars, so we could avoid unnecessary tariff, The customs duty should be taken care by the buyer if happens. After shipping it, could you please send us some photos of the shipping receipt and the tracking number? Once we receive the return parcel, we will send you a refund of your purchase ."
So, I presume that after I follow their requests and after I pay for shipping and any tariffs and perhaps duties, I will eventually see a refund on my card.

Agree with the previous reviews.
Ordered 3 items, have received two (about five weeks after ordering) and the third one has never been delivered.
They have suggested I ask the post office!
Not responding to refund request.
Of the two items I did receive, one was way too small and the other was more stretchy so a little better - there was at least a 4 inch difference in chest size between the two. The one which fitted is poorly made - fabric is black, but all of the overlocking is in white thread, including just inside the collar where it is very visible.
SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TROUBLE - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Does anyone know why Pinterest, FaceBook and Instagram take ad dollars from Jullymart? They are a a part of the fraud. I was lured in by the marketing on Pinterest and then Jullymart and the others they are connected with pummeled me with advertising. I sent complaint packets to all of them with no response.
Many areas are horrible. Do not do business with this company.
Based on an ad for a pair of sandals on PInterest, I ordered 7 items for $266. I was so excited. What a bargain - items looked like Sundance Catalog. It took between 3 and 6 weeks to arrive. They send fraudulent trackers. When clothes/shoes arrived they were not as depicted on websites. LOW QUALITY - GARBAGE . Sandals reeked of petroleum. When I asked to return they offered 10-15% off my next purchase. Finally they said I could return at my own expense and send the photos of the return. I did that and paid $105 to ship. After three months I got my box back in the mail returned. No refund. Total, total, total fraud!! I am now out almost $400.
Do not order. Tell your friends!

I completely agree with the other consumers comments. I first learned of Jullymart via Pinterest advertising. I have made a formal request of a Pinterest to block Jullymart from their site as a scam business. In addition I have added negative comments on as many of their posts on a Pinterest as I can trying to warn buyers and directing them here for reviews). Please, do the same and maybe we can put a stop to this predatory company.

I ordered a blouse that said it was linen. I have lots of linen clothes and I love linen. I got this piece of crap blouse which is polyester. The ad stated it was linen and picture definitely looks like linen. The color in picture was nice shade of grey. The blouse I received was almost black and very poorly made.
