Ordered a sofa bed and a media console from them last fall. Received them on time, and their quality exceeded my expectations in every way! I have been enjoying my furnitures for a couple months now, and they are sturdy as new. My furry babies love how soft the sofa bed is and occupy every inch of it at all times. I emailed them with questions once after purchase about some dirt on the garment, and they replaced the garment right away!
The quality of craftsmanship and customer service exceeded every expectation and their $$ price point!!

Customer service at Joybird seems to be unconcerned with speed when it comes to resolving issues with their furniture. I received my couch this week, and it was missing a third of the hardware needed to attach the feet and the hardware in place to attach the two pieces of the couch were placed in the wrong positions. When contacted about resolving this, the best the could do was send replacement pieces to arrive next week and will need to wait another 7-10 business days to schedule a technician to complete the "fix" on the attachment hardware (which will ultimately leave holes in my new, $2,000 couch). Of course, they also mentioned they could re-build the couch and send a new one to me - perhaps with the same issues I have now - and that would be another 6-8 weeks. So all in all, the fastest solution, which requires further damage to my couch, is 2 weeks away and the better solution, which could put me in the same position I'm in now, is 6-8 weeks away.

Just received my" on sale" couch which I paid $3000 plus dollars which was ordered December 8, 2019. The quality was extremely poor--different color shades on velvet, a string hanging out of a pillow, 2 uneven backs, some of the corners had extra material hanging out of the edges, the legs had unfinished holes that you could visibly see on the sides ...horrible quanity control...Visited the showroom store in Brooklyn twice to make sure quality was good--but the Calhoun was not on display...customer service was pretty good--"canned responses" at best...so now I need to schedule to get the sofa picked up to get refund....No Joy here ...back to square one..a total waste of my time and effort...Called customer service manager last night Alex and at least he took some notes to hopefully avoid this disaster for the next customer....or maybe just a company that is --all marketing no substance...So I waited 2 1/2 months for this piece of garbage.... better off going to IKEA...
