I ordered shoes from Jane's Closet 5 weeks ago, and they finally arrived yesterday, from China. These shoes were advertised as "orthopedic" quality - "originally $60" and I paid $30+ "on sale". They are so poorly made that they're unusable. The company doesn't answer their phone ("due to Covid" according to their website) and hasn't replied to any of the 4 emails that I sent during the long wait to receive them. I would love to request a refund, but I have no hope of receiving one. I plan on donating them to Goodwill, if they'll even take them. This company is a scam! BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered three pair of shoes which finally came in the mail after a long wait. I received two pair of the same style, different colors like I had ordered. These shoes are too small. The third pair was to be different, but received instead a pair identical in color and style of the other pairs. I need to return all three pair and just want my refund. I have 15 days to return them and have been waiting for a return address to be emailed back to me. I have sent 5 emails letting them know the problem with a photo of the shoes as they requested. Today I tried to call the number they have listed and it rang and rang...no answer. I looked up the street address listed and it looks like it comes from a house in a residential area of Fullerton California.

I ordered a pair of sneakers in the amount of $29.95 from an ad on Facebook with a link to "Azzy" with a picture of the sneakers, that looked legit..I changed my mind when I found a similar pair at a local store here in NH...I immediately tried to cancel the order, but got a "quick" reply that the item was in the process of being shipped...AKA "being scammed".. I tried sending an email that was provided on their website, stating a "24 hour" response"...HA! I tried calling the phone number directly to "Jane's Closet" with a recorded message that because of"Covid 19" to try again later" HA! I just did with the same recorded message...In the meantime, I was charged $29.95 for the sneakers on June 9th...

Placed an order May 27th and today is June 9th, if it was coming from MARS it would already be here!!! I have emailed these people 3 times with NO response at all...and the tracking number is BS, you can't track it ! I called my bank today and am filing a complaint for a refund....they charged my credit card 12 days ago and have not delivered! I think they are bogus, stay far far away !!!

Ordered two bras from janecloset, very uncomfortable and offered no support. They refused to refund my money. Never will I buy from this place again. Two bras were $53.00. Not worth 53 cents.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes from this Jane Closet online on May 3, 2020 and have never received them. I have contacted them thru their email address only to be told that I should give them another chance to send them. I have asked them for a refund and now they do not reply at all.

This store advertises FREE SHIPPING but once my order was placed they added shipping fee. My complaint to their administration proved fruitless. I call it unethical practices and would only make the recommendation to SHOP ELSEWHERE !! There is no customer service ! I asked to exchange for a different style of shoe (same price) and they won't consider it. The shoes are worthless --- and they were advertised as Premium Orthopedic Walking Shoes. What a joke!

Sandals came from China, took 3 weeks, were not even shipped in a box. Cheap, cheap, cherap. Paid $30+ for something I could have picked up at the Dollar Store for $5. Live and learn. Very bad company to do business with.

Looks like I have the same issue as everyone else. Ordered a bra, they took it out of my account, didn't send a tracking number,( although looks like it would have been fake anyway) , sent 3 emails, only one answered with no helpful info. It has been almost 30 days. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted my bank to dispute the transaction. I hope more people will read reviews before shopping at Janescloset.com. They are a bad company.

I ordered shoes on June 14. This is their shipping policy: "After 12 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing and shipping and this normally takes 7-14 business days. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email....Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date."
Problem is, I was never given an expected delivery date. So, not sure who my carrier is, not sure where my order is. Yeah, covid, blah blah. I called the number on the website, it rang open, no greeting, no one picked up, went dead. I've had better response dealing with the Chinese manufacturers directly. e.g. "Rosegal" etc.

My shipment is showing that it is now in LA. That's progress. I will continue to update until my order is received. Too bad I still haven't received any responses from their customer service team.

Ordered shoes - 5/22. It is now 6/5, still no shoes. Product is shipped from China, which you don't know until you receive a tracking number from Yun Express. The tracking number came on 5/25 but it's still not showing any movement. Email sent for a refund on 6/3. No response. I will post updates if I get any. If you don't see an update, it means I never got my shoes and they are a fake company.

5/19/20 ordered shoes from Janecloset. Had to request an update. Email from Pooh, sent me a link to USPS with a tracking number USPS doesn't recognize. Have requested cancellation 3x, no response. Reporting to credit card Company for refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM JANECLOSET. SCAM!

Ordered several items on 5/6 from Jane closet and I have emailed several times. I got 1 response stating my items should ship in 3 to 5 days. That was May 20th. Still no items . I am sure this is a bogus company . Reporting to BBB and calling my bank for a full refund .
