Stay far away!! They kept my RV for 2 months for minor work. I finally had to call and ask why it was taking so long. They let me know at that time that one of the parts were back ordered. (wow thanks for letting me know? How long were you planning on keeping it?) I told them i would like to just pick up the RV with just the work that was already done so I didn't miss the summer. They seemed irradiated by this (really?). I decided to take it to a different shop to get it fixed and asked for the part number of the item that was on back order and they just started ingoing me. Over the phone, Joelene promised to email me the part number but never got a response. I've emailed her 3 more times and they are just blowing me off. Terrible service. Will never take my RV back there again.
