Large variety of products. Very good prices. I live in Charlotte, so I actually went to the store this time. Previously I ordered on-line. Although there office is just a warehouse, the sales person took almost 30 minutes showing me numerous vests until I found what I was looking for. If she had not taken the time, I would have not found the vest I was looking for.

I have had excellent experience with Jafrum I have purchased a jacket, chaps and a vest from Jafrum and have been quite happy with my purchases the only problem was when I bought the chaps and had to return them, the shipping cost and delay of having the right size was minmal. Upon learning that they ship 7.5 miles from my house is why I wentto your Charlotte locationand was greeted by your staff and taken care of imedatly

The only problem was shipping took longer than expected due to the item coming from another warehouse and it wasn't explained on website (approximately 7 days).
Customer service was very helpful and polite and handled all of my problems well. Top notch!

Excellent vest with a lot of pockets, l would suggest snaps on the lower outside pockets as l added my own to contain contents I place in them.

I ordered from Jafrum in the past, never had an issue with them. Items were always good, prices were better than good and no slouching on the Shipping either.. The most recent purchase was a Ladies Helmet for my GF, Great deal and she loves it.. I will order from Jafrum again..

I have lots of worst experience when it comes to dealing with on line stores. However, I find Jafrum a different shop. The items are really good and it really look as the same as the picture in the website. The item arrive at the exact date also and the item was really good. I'm planning to buy another item to them. Maybe next month.

I recently bought my Shoei motorcycle helmet in Jafrum and it really looks like it was in their pictures. So I was really happy about it. They are really great helmets, very comfortable and tough at the same time. I am grateful to jafrum.
