Ordered two vest- loved them however one didnt work. I paid to ship it back and waited patiently for my refund. Ive called, emailed multiple times and keep getting the run around. This is unacceptable! Hopefully you like up your order- youll be fine then- but if a return is needed you will be disappointed!

I ordered jacket below Nov 2017, but it was too big. I have been trying to get a refund since.
Jafrum customer service does not answer, but has returned calls when leaving a voice mail. However, regardless of what they say - it has yet to become fact!
Also, contact through Jafrum.com site is nothing but a rat race with no cheese!
It has been 3 months & when I do speak to customer service - the "Priority" placed on my refund seems to have no effect to the actual happening.
Very frustrated & while I will continue my refund request with Jafrum, I will seek ways to post my dissatisfaction of poor customer service/refund for all to heed by.

They're holding my money for about 2 weeks now. I ordered a helmet that isn't in stock. Even though the website clearly said it is. It's not funny because they've been saying for a week they're going to issue the refund to me. At this point, I'm planning on filing a chargeback and dispute because of the difficulty it is to deal with them. With all the negative reviews about them everywhere- I wonder how they're still in business. I'm guessing they might need to hang onto my money for an extra 2-4 weeks like a Ponzi Scheme. If you do a quick search on their company, you'll see many negative reviews on their products. EVERYTHING IS FINE UNTIL YOU NEED A EXCHANGE OR REFUND. AFTER THAT THEY BECOME STUPID, AND STALL. EXCHANGE WAS GOING TO TAKE ALMOST TWO WEEKS SINCE THEY RECEIVED IT BACK SO I REQUESTED A REFUND. CAN'T GET THAT EITHER IN A TIMELY MANNNER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ...

I wouldn't recommend Jafrum if you want to get your item on time. They're a very slow shipper and also sell things that they don't keep in stock. They wasted a lot of my time... i could have just bought the helmet elsewhere but jafrum has my money right now...read abou the horror stories from them else where. It's been almost a month... still waiting and no helmet or money.

Here's my review of the company. I find it amusing that they're responding to all the complaints, but Jafrum messes up where it matters. The quality of their products is horrible! I received some heated gloves as a gift, and they fell apart within a riding season. They don't test any of their products for durability and quality. Their customer service isn't bad by any means but theres only so much you can do with returning and receiving the same replacement that is defective. I also think that they ship out used items to customers.. I returned a set of saddlebags that lookedl ike they had been mounted.

They're just barely acceptable when it comes to customer care. the quality of their products sucks... stay away from their jafrum branded and inspire branded junk! Will fall apart within months of use.

Placed an order that was suppose to ship same day, it did not. Called customer service and they told me 1 item was coming from a different warehouse and would ship on Tuesday. It did not ship. Called again and they told me they did not know when the item would be available to ship so I told them to cancel the order. They tried to talk me out of canceling and that they would give me a discount not to cancel. I told them I wanted the item, and not to be lied to about when it would ship. They finally agreed to cancel the order. I wwon't be ordering from these guys again.

I placed an order, that took 2 weeks. the helmet was too big but since I took the sticker off, I could not return it. I ordered a smaller helmet and its been a month and I STILL have not received it yet
