I'd say they are a pretty good website and app. They have some amazing shows, especially the ones that I am watching and the ones I love so maybe that's why I don't have any complaints. For my fellow Asians, I would recommend this!

Very very bad product and customer service..especially for hindi products...when you try to find support by calling customer support...they talk to you very rudely and do not help at all....would never recommend anybody to go for this product...waste of your money...bad customer service...bad management by not resolving problems and not training their staff properly how to talk to a customer...

Horrible Service. VOD feature does not work. Jadoo is a waste of money. Their are other services out there with much better customer service. This company is a scam. They trick you into buying their newer versions buy purposely disabling content on the one you have now. I hope this company gets a lawsuit for wrongful practices would not recommend to anyone!!!

I paid $ 184 for the 2year services , but after 5 months, no Indo pak channels are working, it pops due to sling TV copy right, why sell in first place if no copyright to sell.
It's a bigger scam and fraud.

Judo 5 was good until programs were stolen from sling.now it is garbage nothing left on jadoo5.Even recorded programmes got very poor quality.some programs are there but can’t play.I bought 2 sets of jadoo5.now these got no use.Now I think it is not worth it.

It's been a month, i do not see Pakistani Channels like Geo, Hum and Ary digital on jadoo 4. I have tried calling them so many times but the customer support number is always busy and user mailbox cannot take any voicemail because it is full. Their live chat is always unavailable. They have old URL in their YouTube video for adding channels which doesn't work anymore.They are very poor in customer service. If you are reading this review, please reply and fix it. Or else, I will not recommend this jadoo product to anyone. such a waste of money! very poor customer service!

It has been 3 month, I am very frustrated with Jadoo customer service folks, I sent My jadoo to replace it, after 2 weeks they sent me another one, It did not work too, They said oh we are sorry... I shipped it with my money, and wait 3 week no word, I called them for an status, they said oh we are sorry our shipping department this and that... finally today I received my Jadoo without charger, even wew talked that they will send an adapter, I have a confirmation of that, but no charger after another 3 weeks. Ramadan is almost over. The worse and shityy company and customer service

If there were ratings below 1, I would do that. The device is literally not working, they intentionally slow it down to make you purchase a new one; when you call for support, you hardly ever get an answer. The support is limited. Someone please come up with a new device. You will make a lot
