i have bought a bag for 800 euros. Barely wore this bag. After one month of use some parts of the bag started to fall off. I returned it to the store, and they fixed it. Then after couple of months the belt on the bag just fell apart. I went back to the store and asked them politely to fix it, even for my own expense (I have lost a check). But what ive got is just resistance and no actions at all. I have sent e-mail to official site of Isabel Marant asking for a help. But after one month I still didnt get reply.
I used to like this brand and i spent a lot of money on it. But honestly the quality is bad!!! And service even worse.
To pay just for the name is stupid.

I placed an order in express delivery on June 21, I kept one article and exchanged the other 2 on June 22 .
I sent mails
I received the exchange on July 10th !
Unfortunately the products were not going and the same day I asked for the refund.
on July 21 they accepted my return for a single product (?),
So I sent mails
on August 2 they tell me they will refund the second item within 24h but I have nothing.
The customer service is not contactable by phone and it is necessary to follow a procedure complicate for the emails to which they answer within 48 hours and often beside the question.
You should prefer sites like NET A PORTER, MY THERESA, FARFETCH, LUISA VIA ROMA, easily reachable, very commercial, very quick and very serious
I strongly advise against this site
