Excellent recommendation for my ferry booking in the first place, I saved £30.
When my sailing from Liverpool was cancelled, due to the Mannanan ferry accident and upset all my travel plans, Sally at IOM events, took up my claim with The Steam Packet Company, for recovery of my additional expenses incurred, after being transferred to Heysham.
Sally quickly and efficiently dealt with my issue and got me a partial refund.
Excellent service.

I have never dealt with a more pleasant and reliable could. Always polite and efficient with a business like attitude without being stuffy.
