İ had very bad treatment İn Turkey İstanbul optimum store of intersport. They don’t know anything about customer service. I will never enter intersport again. I went to buy Nike shoes for my son. Yes I bought two pairs but not from intersport. They lost me as a customer. We are craving for smiling helpful sales employee.

As an international in Denmark I am always looking for good deals and Intersport offers a great variety of options. I found the pair of shoes I was looking for, for so long and it had a great price! Also they are extremely fast with their delivery and it is free!!! I made my order on Monday evening (it was a holiday so nobody worked) and I got my package on Wednesday morning. I am honestly so happy with them, will definitely recommend and purchase again. 😊👍

You can see Intersport responded to this review saying it was GLS's fault and that the problem has been solved. It's a week later, and I called GLS to confirm the problem has been solved, only to find out the package is still at the wrong shop. GLS has told me it was Intersport who picked the wrong package shop from the beginning (so it wasn't GLS's fault) and that GLS can't take it from one package shop to another, it actually has to go back to the company and be shipped back out. So no, the problem wasn't solved like the response from Intersport says below. Unfortunately I cannot trust what they say. I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund, but they say I have to wait for GLS to pick up the shoes and deliver them back to the company before I can get a refund. This is just icing on the cake for how terrible their customer service is.
Update #2: To add insult to injury, they keep trying to place the blame on me for "lack of response" when I have responded to every single email trying to get this figured out. I have all the emails on record. It's really quite sad that a company won't take responsibility and tries to blame everyone else including the customer who has done everything right.
Upset American here, so this review will be in English. I ordered shoes from Intersport, which were delivered to the wrong package shop. I selected that the shoes be delivered to Mercur Kiosken at Viby Centret 22 (which is a package shop where I receive MANY packages delivered by GLS). It's across the street from where I live, so of course I select the closest one. Instead, they delivered it to a shop that is 20 mins away by bus. After I notified the Intersport, they tried to convince me that the package shop I selected didn't exist. A service agent showed me a screenshot of the package shops that were available in my zip code, but conveniently elected not to scroll down where he could see Mercur Kiosken IS INDEED on the list. All they have to do is contact GLS and tell them to deliver it to the correct shop, but instead they would rather email me with false news. Just fix the problem. Mercur Kiosken is on the list of GLS package shops. Mercur Kiosken is the shop I selected at checkout on the webshop. Mercur Kiosken is the shop I pick up packages from all the time. Please fix this so I can go about my day and not spend anymore time on this.

I am higly pleased with the professional manner in which "Ms. Majda" provided, and her ability to get to the bottom of the issue quickly exceeded my expectations.
In fact, this is what I call "an excellent customer service”, and I truly appreciate the great communication skills.
