Intendit = Bluff.
Over 2 weeks ago their salesman Joonas visited us here in Esbo Finland and promised to contact back with verification of the time schedule for web pages.
It was main issue for us the timeframe.
Now when I search at net comments from other disappointed companies, I understand: To stay at promises is difficult...But for good customer service should give an answer even "sorry, can't do".
Very disappointed! 2 weeks wasted.

As an entrepreuneur myself its sad to have to criticise other entrepreuneurs and their business and of course Ive tried to resolve the issues and problems occured in this venture with INTENDIT and havent been able to do so. I wish I had researched the company beforehand as there is so much negative information to be gathered all over the internet from thousands of others who have also experienced the same from "BLUFF FÖRETAG INTENDIT".
Firstly INTENDIT (A.K as WEINTENDIT) didnt hold the agreement they had given with a timeframe of when the webbsite would be finished. On completion the webbsite didnt work, our complaints started coming in to them, apart from one man who really tried to resolve the issues there was little or none support, help, wish to understand or dialog to help us, we paid for an expert to come in and try to work with INTENDIT to resolve the problems, he also (with the exception as I mentioned earlier one man who tried hard to help us) ran into many complications and lack of resolutions from intendit, his final advice was to leave the company and start from scratch with a new "reputable" company...which we did!
Discussions continued with Intendit and finally the owner manager "Johan" agreed to accept that our whole experience with them had been a disaster and that the contract and agreement would be cancelled. The current cost which was due for the year ahead was terminated and he vouched that the situation was resolved and ended for good.
Recently we recieved a very high bill for this next coming year, over 6000 swedish kronor. After several calls to Niklas in their customer service and also emails to confirm and explain our huge disappointment and frustration of recieving a bill for something that we had no use for and had to reach out and start the whole procedure with a new company, (which cost alot of money but we were blown away by the speed, personal meetings, interaction and proffessionalism)
Finally after the many calls and email Johan responded with a call with "attitude" and blatently just said, "you are still our customer, you have to pay the bill and we will contine to bill you for another couple of years" you got a webbsite from us for "free" these are the costs encured and you signed a contract.
To be here and writing a bad recommendation is a first time for me. My recommendations on sites and from references of work carried out has and was crucial for my own business and is what propelled us upwards and forwards. Service is of upmost importance together with resolving problems and a key to being successful something INTENDITS boss doesnt have at all. Im curious as to what there response will be as the staff and Johan seem to respond to negative feedback on forums with a "pitbull" approach and slander to anyone who voices their opinions about their services (or lack of them I should say)
Research this company before you do business with them, there is alot of negative information on the internet to be found and not alot of positive feedback on them.
This experience although negative and expensive has taught me a valuable lesson in the importance of how and who to choose to work with and who to NOT choose.
