We purchased our infinity chair on Sept 25th. Travis was the salesman, very professional and personable. We have not received our chair yet but the 1/2 hour demo we got was great. Very excited to get it in our home.

Costco performed in their normal superlative way.
Shipping was so quick we were not notified of impending delivery until the chair was out for delivery. Unfortunately we were out of town and actually learned of the attempted delivery by following the link Infinity provided to track shipping. Rescheduling with OHFL was fine--at least through their online rep (Amber Dyche) . . . the OHFL Bremerton terminal had their own ideas of what to do based upon an early exchange. What they did not do is communicate--with their own rep or with us. We finally established a direct exchange with the driver himself (Brock) to discover that the information exchanged with Amber had not been attended to (or perhaps ignored) by Bremerton (Brett Snover). Brett, after Amber's 26 September/0917 plea to him to please communicate with us, informed us in a 1653 e-mail what his schedule was. Interestingly, had OHFL talked to each other they could have saved an extra trip to our area as a delivery was made the day before to a neighbor.
Assembly of the chair was reasonably straight-forward . . . as long as one used the assembly instructions as general clues. The photographs may be perfectly illustrative to someone familiar with the chair, but absent such understanding it was hard to appreciate what was being depicted in the (I'm sorry to say) poor quality photographs. One example was the shot showing how to access connecting of the pneumatic tubing to the arms. The best "clue" was the IEC-45 power receptacle in the base to appreciate the orientation of the photo and the area of access. Perhaps an overview "thumbnail" in the corner of the photos to show where to look would help. Better lighting to produce good contrast (and saturation) during the photographic session would also help.
With the chair in the position as shipped attaching the arms before attaching the pneumatic hoses to the arms was a fool's errand . . . reaching the air hoses, reading the numbers, etc., was a bit beyond difficult. The solution was to remove the arms, make the pneumatic connections, then attach the arms.
Operation is as expected. However, the controls effected through the menu are not yet appreciated (read that as understood). We are working our way through what is the "logic tree" of the menu options. The quick start guide is pretty good, but in my mind it is only a good set of "clues" for someone already familiar with the chair's controls. An example is the sequence needed to change the pre-set (automatic) intensity of the rollers. Again, the documentation could be improved if written considering someone unfamiliar with the chair. Said another way, we expect there to be a paradigm associated with the logic of the menu--just as with the menu options in the ribbon of most PC applications--but, having to develop the paradigm through "poke and hope" is not the best experience for us.

This chair is amazing! Best investment my husband and I have ever made. We both have back issues and a massage just wasn’t cutting it. Instead of paying for mediocre massages now we just come home and sit in the chair for 45 minutes and completely decompress. First night of using the chair I slept through the entire night! Definitely recommend for anyone who is tired of being uncomfortable all the time

CHAIR 10/10 Everything about the chair seems wonderful. The seven automatic massage settings cover at least 90% of my needs and it's not too hard to use the attached remote to cover the rest. Oh, I may have made the remote control pocket a little bigger or added some Velcro to hold the neck airbags in place if I had to re-design the chair. Having tested a number of massage chairs, I'm still glad I bought this one!
CUSTOMER SERVICE 9/10 The Customer Service Department was very helpful with my shipping problems. After the second notice of the problems with my delivery, Susan stepped in and took control of the situation. She then offered me a small, and very useful, gift for my troubles. Unfortunately, that hasn't arrived yet and I am still waiting for two accessories that I ordered several weeks ago.
SHIPPING 5/10 My chair was slated to be delivered on Wednesday; I found it left on my driveway the following Tuesday. After my computer showed the chair ready for delivery on Wednesday, nothing happened. Later the computer said my chair would be delivered between 10 and 2 on Friday. I called SIIA Freight (who gave me great service in the past) but only received a busy signal no matter when I called. Finally I got through about 1:45 to ask about my chair, but they stopped taking telephone calls at 1 PM.
About 3:15 the driver called to say he was on his way. I asked if he needed directions and he said no, that he had been there many, many times. Since I live on a very short, dead end street in the country, I found that surprising. So I asked where he was taking my chair and he said the bill of lading listed an address several miles from my house. Even though I told him I didn't live there he insisted that was where he was told to deliver my chair.
He called SIIA Freight and they called me about 4:15. The SIIA manager said he found the mix up but that they couldn't deliver my chair because their tractor trailer could not navigate my street. He suggested that I meet the driver at a nearby fast food place and the driver would load the 350 pound chair onto the roof of my car. Then he offered to have the driver unload the chair at the end of my street so I could carry it up the half mile long, 500 foot incline to my house. Needless to say I didn't agree to that.
Then he said he would deliver it first thing in the morning using a smaller truck and I said that was OK. Then the SIIA Freight manager realized that tomorrow was Saturday and he would have to pay overtime, so he revoked that offer and said the chair would arrive on Monday. I said that I was not happy with that since I hired someone to sit here all day and wait for my chair. SIIA said they would call back within 30 minutes with a solution, but they never called. So I paid my helper and told him to come back on Monday.
Infinity contacted the freight company to make sure that everything was in order and that the chair would arrive Monday morning. Infinity assured me that the freight company would call me an hour before delivery.
Monday there was no call and no delivery. My 8 calls to the freight company were greeted with a busy signal or an answering machine. I left numerous messages, paid my helper again, and contacted Infinity.
Tuesday Infinity emailed me and said the chair would be there soon. Having paid over $200. for someone to wait for delivery that never arrived, I didn't hire anyone that day. Again calls to SIIA resulted in a busy signal. By 1 PM no chair had arrived so I began thinking about other massage chair venders and did my grocery shopping.
About 4 PM I returned to find three large boxes in my driveway. They were carefully placed out of the way so I could still get into my garage. There was no phone call, no communications at all. Later I learned that SIIA asked my neighbor to sign for the delivery. I could get two of the boxes up the stairs to my house with the help of a friend and his hand truck, but we could not bugde the largest box. So it sat in my driveway overnight and I hired someone the next day to bring it up the stairs and into my house.
When we unpacked the chair it was in perfect condition and all of the parts (plus some extras were there.) My helper was able to assemble the chair in less than an hour using the excellent online video as a guide.

We have had our Infinity Altera for a week now. We have very much enjoyed the experience of owning the chair. Both my husband and I have used it daily. Our salesman, Bryce, was so helpful when we purchased the chair and was exceptionally knowledgeable about all aspects of the chair. Because we were unable to move the chair ourselves, we had it delivered into our home. It was a quick and seamless process. I expect to enjoy the Altera for many years to come!

They called me on Thursday said they will keep that chair only 48 hours and only can send that chair to us on Friday or next Monday. If there is no one in home, they will leave that chair in front of the door.
That’s ridiculous! We have job on Monday and Friday and what if the chair is stolen or damaged? We are very dissatisfied! The salesperson said we can make an appointment with any time we need. To be honest, when I got the call, I want to return that chair immediately! Please improve your service! Thanks!

Store is impressive. Sales rep. was very helpful. If there was something that I would have like to see or change would be:
Have a placket name tag with options the chair has. When you go to look at chairs there are certain chair you want to see and they have so many and they look the same except for a few options that you need to ask what chair your sitting in and what features it has. I would like to see the name of the chair and what options it has on the placket. It helps make a decision easier because of there research done prior to viewing.

I have been trying massage chairs for many years and this time around I finally bought the infinity evolution chair.
Although I have not received my chair yet, I want to share my buying experience from Mark who works the road shows at Costco locations all over the country and he truly knows his stuff and he was very kind to my kids as well.
Mark went out of his way to help me decide which chair will be ideal for my body and needs. I slept on the thought of buying an expensive chair for a week and went back to Costco and tried the chair again and decided to buy it! Chair itself is outstanding, lumbar stretch and the kneading action that hits from my neck, back to the glutes, many more features available, not to mention the warranty!
I am eagerly waiting for the delivery and Susan from the customer service team is following up with the process.

My massage chair came missing piece is required to put it together name leave the clips for the foot rest. Additionally once I got it put together the foot rest has a mechanical malfunction and needs to be replaced and or fixed immediately. Hopefully my maintenance experience will be better than my initial buying experience.

I am an owner of the Infinity Massage Chair - Genesis and I am so unhappy with the customer service technical department. My infinity chair developed a problem and it has been downhill from there. I can't tell if the repair technicians are outsource. They don't seem to understand my problems with the chair and can't answer my questions. I call constantly and do not get call backs. I have to be constantly on top of the situation. If I knew this was the service that would be provided I would have never brought this item. I am trying to see if I can get a refund on this chair. DO NOT BUY!!!

I got the Infinity Genesis chair. Its' a nice chair. I have only a couple issues:
1. The assembly instruction manual is confusing, because a few of the steps and photos are out of order. If you would only take a look, you would see that it doesn't make sense as printed.
2. During automatic massages, the leg extension button works as long as I am pushing the remote control button, but when I release it, the footrests rise back up to some default position, pushing my legs up off the chair. I can stop it by pushing down with my feet. But as soon as I relax them, the footrests go back up again.
3. The remote control will not allow me to change the intensity settings sometimes. The remote either will not respond to scrolling to another intensity setting, or it changes by itself.
I will call tech support about the last two issues.

This chair is absolutely amazing and is helping me more than I ever thought it would. I have terrible muscular pain and I work out, and when I sit in it at night after working out, I wake up feeling much better with much less back pain. I do wish the remote was different… easier and more convenient to reprogram, but other than that we love it. My kids also have a lot of muscular issues and we are racing each other to the chair every night! It’s definitely worth the investment if you’re like me and have chronic muscle pain and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on massages and chiropractic. Thank you Infinity Genesis for finding me😃😃
