This company is a total scam the people there never know what they talking about when you call them for help they give you the run around like they don’t see what you talking about even though they supposedly have your account open with the policy they ask you me and my husband have automatic payment but I also created the account so I could watch how much the remaining payment would be every time we pay but the closer we get to finish paying the insurance off I saw that they kept adding more money to pay I called they didn’t resolve nothing they try to make it seem like I missed a payment after I asked the guy if he sure that he has my account open the guy claim ooh I’m not the primary holder and claim my husband can call them back and hang up my husband called they said it’s because he didn’t put a date in one of the paperwork he signed so my husband asked them to send the paper for him to sign after 3days I kept calling because we didn’t receive the paperwork they finally send it we send that paperwork by email and faxing they claim they never received it so that charge stayed the last time I called and make sure to write everything they say down the people I talked to told me the exact amount I saw was left to pay now I went to check it again it’s more I try calling no one is answering the phone they trying to make us pay the policy before the 6months I don’t even know when we do end up finish paying it off what they going to try to do next they adding more money for us to pay and they also making the monthly payment higher I don’t know who to contact for those people how is this company still around they don’t help anybody but them self they technically stealing from people because they think they in a position of power

Really crappy company to deal with. One of their insured hit my car while they were driving with no license or registration. After filing a claim with them, I was denied because they said that they fully believe their driver. This is a company that insures drivers with no license and no vehicle registration. I'm surprised that it's even legal for them to exist. If anyone reads this and you were hit by someone who has this insurance, there's no point even going through them, they'll deny your claim because they don't want to take responsibility for a driver that wasn't even supposed to be on the road. If you're someone who has insurance with them, know that they're giving you "insurance", but they really won't do anything than take your monthly payments and run.

Absolutely regret having them. No communication from my adjuster after I got rear ended. Finally get ahold of her and she was rude and said she had no idea about my claim since she had just got back from vacation. It was 10 days from the day they said my car was totaled until she was able to contact me. If u want to wait hours to get ahold of anyone if not days this is the company for you. 3 seperate occasions i waited 30 mins in customer service to get hung up on before speaking with anyone. And she didnt do basic paperwork to report the accident to the dmv so i may lose my license. Thanks infinity.

I'm insured with them at the moment. Our car was a total loss in May, to this date I am still trying to finalized everything. The appraiser left items out of the appraisal and now the GAP can't finalized the account. I have called, emailed, left voicemail and nothing. One month and a half after, I still get the run around. Nobody knows anything, nobody can't help. Not sure If I can cancel my policy and go with someone else, because to be honest, Infinity sucks!

I want everyone to know that the bot or individual that responds to negative Infinity Insurance reviews, does not return an email back nor makes a phone call to help anyone. If you have Infinity Insurance you do not really have insurance, 9 times out of 10, they will not cover your bodily injuries nor the damage done to your vehicle. Of course I am speaking about a claim in which you are not at fault, they want photos and everyone does not take photos of the accident scene. If you live in Florida as I do, you will never reach your adjuster because they are In Alabama!!! I’m going to take the individual who rear entered me to small claims court and I am going to report this unethical, malicious company to the city via their insurance consumer services and the BBB. To hell with these monsters.

This company try to steal customer money. My mother is main holder of insurance, and she does not speak English well. I called to the company with my mother beside to cancel the policy and got resolved. The representative asked her permission to cancel the policy. We go over the clarification process and by the end, they said if there are any problem they will call back. However, suddenly they charge our money for our policy not even active, and they said they declined the cancellation because of my mother did not talk to us. I said "what" seriously. I have to call back to resolve the problem. we have to work and we do not have time to wait on the phone in order to hope to cancel the policy. In addition, the broker and company try to increase rate without reasons. They said we had accident (But we do not have) to increase to money of policy. To be honest, I have a good deal from other company and save up to 600$ for a year. Get away from this company

Very bad company i insured my 2 vehicles and set it up on auto payment with them i get a cancellation notice for non payment wow i renewed the policy with another down payment i should have run a month goes bye i get another cancellation letter this time they drop my van because they say its a commercial van and they dont do commercial insurance what a joke they had my vin they gave me insurance on it twice total bs company i just got collection notice in the mail for another $93 payment thats was on auto payment this was months ago now they have my credit screwed up and they turned me into the dmv for not having insurance over there fault my van is just a chevy express some commercial vehicle do your self a favor and stay far away from this company if they screw you as bad as this imagine what they would do if you needed them from a accident enjoy my hard earned $ and thanks for the lesson ill stay with usaa now karma is real

I was in an accident with one of their insured on 7/14. It was the other womans fault because she ran a stop sign, therefore she was at fault and received a ticket. It is now 7/31 and I have yet to even have an appraiser to come do an estimate on my car. So for 2 and a half weeks I have been stuck with no car because they won't get me a rental. Incompetent is an understatement to describe this company. I dont understand how they are still even in business. When my adjuster finally got a copy of the crash report on 7/22, over a week after the accident I was told the appraiser would be coming by my house to do an estimate in the next 2 days. That was a week ago and I havent heard a word. I called adjuster yesterday and was told he can't do anything I just have to wait for the appraiser to get off his high horse to come look at my car. I have been calling my adjusters manager for over a week and have left several rmessages but not one time has she bothered to return my call. I didn't wanna have to go the attorney route, I just want my car fixed but I'm starting to think I am going to have to in order for these ignorant people to give a crap.

I spoke to your company on 5/11 notifying them that I wanted to reduce the policy to the minimum insurance 124.46$/month -the rate that i agreed - . I was then instructed to mail a copy of the attached document to your company. I mailed the document to the address included in the file on 5/13. Since then,- I've been charged twice 255,20$/month * 2- for a policy I didn't agree for, nor did I specify in the attached. I've called on several occasions to rectify the issue- your company cannot locate my records. i find it extremely unprofessional and disorganised that when I've followed the instructions given to me, I am still overcharged wrongfully for a policy that I do not want, nor do I need. I need confirmation that I will be reimbursed for the inappropriate charge.

Drop this company ASAP! Unprofessional and crooked. Please be careful not to have a claim. I had an accident recently. The other party is at fault and they didn't ask for the police report or photos just said it was my fault and hung up. Cheap they are but you get what you pay for. Dump them NOW!

This insurance company is the worst insurance ever. My car was hit by an Infinity insured on 6/28. It is now 7/25. My car is still not fixed due to infinity's stupidity and incompetent's adjusters. The body shop is still waiting on infinity's payment to start fixing my car. Every time I get on the phone with them, they keep saying they will escalate the claim so the adjuster can send out the payment. I called on Friday 7/19 to check status on claim and nothing yet so they escalated the claim. I am on the phone with them as I am typing this 7/25 and I was just told that the claim has not been picked up by any adjuster yet. I am just so loss for words. I am just glad to know that I am not the only person that thinks this insurance is a piece of crap. This insurance should be banned, cancelled, sued or whatever. I understand that this is a cheap insurance that's why everybody gets it, but the stress you get out of this insurance alone is not worth it. It is not worth it. I really hope this will be the last time I have to deal with this piece of crap insurance. I will not recommend this insurance to anybody.

This is the worst insurance company ever. It has been 3 months since their client's car accident and finally after my car was fixed they decided not to pay enterprise rental car for the 3 days which resulted in enterprise charging my credit card on file for those 3 days. This company is so unprofessional at all. The adjuster "Kayla" and the customer service never answer phone calls and voice mail box is always full. Even when you send emails, they take forever to respond back but most of the times they don't respond at all. This the worst insurance company ever. They should not even stay in business.

I have been experiencing the worst customer service I ever experienced from Infinity. My vehicle was hit by your insurer May 19,2019 and it’s May 30th and I still haven’t spoken to the adjuster. The adjuster leaves a VM saying he can’t move fwd with my claim until he speaks to the insurer? The insurer gave me his insurance information and phone number because he was clearly at fault. I have a small Mercedes and he has a F450 Super truck. The insurer didn’t hesitate giving me anything I needed, so I’m not sure why my claim with infinity hasn’t proceeded. My insurance Geico is ready to start it and it sucks because I don’t want my insurance involved in anything I didn’t cause.
This is worst customer service I ever experienced in my life. Assigning me an adjuster out of Alabama who doesn’t return my calls or emails. Mr Ramsey has yet to still contact me back. I’ve left many VMs and I even contacted his supervisor and neither have called me back.
I contacted the claims department again, wanting a new adjuster in Houston but they declined. I just want my vehicle fixed. If they really were concerned, infinity would make sure all the customers are handled and not ignored.
It’s sad that I have to go online and post a review, with hope of getting someone’s attention.

I had to sue Infinity when I was hit. They refused to help me and I was told by a manager that they had my money and would not help me....they got what they wanted......no lie those were his words. I had to hire an attorney to get them to do something for me. Infinity sent my car to a chop shop and I was driving around on a bent frame for years. I will NEVER EVER use them again......BEWARE!!!

My car caught on fire on the freeway on 7/20 and called the insurance company right away as soon as my vehicle was towed away. I asked what happens now since the officer said it's a total loss and will no longer be able to do anything to recover it? The representative said wait to hear from an adjuster. And now I am truly disappointed with the service that is being provided. I have tried numerous times to get in contact with adjusters and supervisors leaving messages over and over for the past six days with no response at all. Simply awful, service.

I was involved in an accident with someone who had infinity insurance. My car is totaled and I have not been able to get a call back from an adjuster or anyone in claims. My car is totaled and I am injured and it was the customer of infinity’s fault. Luckily there is a police report but I have yet to hear back from infinity, and am screwed without a car and can’t pay for a rental out of pocket. after reading all the reviews I am experiencing the same thing and have now got an attorney involved.

I was rear ended by a driver insured by Infiniti,who was at fault by the way just a week after i bought my vehicle. I picked up this vehicle from the Body shop after nearly 5 weeks , decided to trade the vehicle to get something else only to find out that they had reported a structural damage in the carfax of my vehicle which sliced the value of my vehicle in half. I have been trying to reach out to the adjuster for over 2 weeks now with no success.
This is the most heartless and unorganized company i have ever come across. I have left messages , been transferred all over the place since i started calling him, and still haven't heard back from him in over 10 days considering that i had to be on hold for 30min each time to speak to a human being.
I would expect someone to contact me right away before i contact an attorney to get this resolved. This is no threat but i will make sure i give them a minimum of 100 negative reviews. Please beware!!!!!!!

This insurance company is crooked. I was rear ended by someone with Infinity/Kemper insurance. They denied my claim because the person who owned the car lent it to their roommate. So, even though insurance follows the car, they decided they were not responsible. This is NOT a company you want to deal with. They have reams of bad reviews online and they specialize in insuring hard to cover drivers. It's a joke. You have insurance only to be hit by someone who "has insurance" and they can randomly decide to not take responsibility. I filed a complaint with the CA Dept of Insurance.
