I purchased this warranty for a used vehicle. I spoke to the sales rep over the phone and asked which warranty would cover all of the infotainment system. I verified through the sales rep that I did n't have bumper to bumper, but that the higher cost warranty plan would cover the engine and all of the infotainment system.
After a few months I was experience a problem with the blue tooth in the vehicle connecting to the infotainment. I went to the dealership 2 times to fix the problem. The dealer tried 2 different ways to fix the problem. That did not work.
A few months later I was driving the vehicle and the engine light turned on. I took it to the dealer. The engine failed because a seam have come apart and caused the engine to leak oil. The dealer then called Infinite auto protection to claim that the engine failure and the infotainment system failing.
Infinite auto protection refused the claim. I called Infinite auto protection and talked to a rep. That rep was nice but stated that I was misinformed of the warranty and that they are refusing the claim. I stated that I was not trying to argue or change their policies. But if they can not cover my vehicle for engine failure and my infotainment system for failure then I would like to cancel my policy and get a refund.
This was my first claim to Infinite auto protection. Almost a month later I haven't heard from Infinite auto protection. I am afraid they will now ignore all of my requests to refund my money.
Horrible business, they made me feel like they are scamming me for my money. We will see how this ends

First off, don’t expect your claim to approved quickly. They have approval guidelines and if have kept all your service records and honored the other guidelines in the contract you are ok. They are very slow approving it. In my case it took them 4 weeks which is extremely too long but if you read the contact thoroughly they actually have 60 days. So don’t expect a quick fix if your car breaks down. But they did pay my claim and for that I’m very thankful.

The benefits you get by paying for a warranty with this company are infinitely better than others out there. The rates are very reasonable and they are willing to work with you. It's possible to avoid high interest payments and have a deductible that makes sense for your financial situation. Going with them from the start will avoid headaches and worries long term.

Not only is my vehicle protected, but the amount of flexibility I have through Infinite Auto Protection is the real reward. There isn't any other provider out there like them. I won't be switching anytime soon because I haven't been able to find another vehicle protection policy as competitive or similar to theirs.

Excessive wait times for repair approval, Will not cover entire cost of repairs, repairs with USED parts.
Did not cover all associated cost with this replacement! Sent USED defective alternator and had to get second USED alternator! Took 15 days to replace Alternator and NO rental car provided!!

This company is unreliable.
When I made my first claim they left me waiting at the repair shop for more than 5 hours on a Friday, June 28 2019 at 12 noon. When I called them to check the status of my claim an after hours operator told me that the company was closed and that they did not work in the weekends and that I had to wait until next Monday. Forcing me to pay for the repair out of my pocket.
Monday came and nobody contacted me or the repair shop. I sent them an email complaining about what happened and nobody contacted me either.
So I asked them to cancel my premium and give me back my money. They didn't hesitate to cancel it, because they dont care.
All the required documentation has already been submitted and I have not yet received my money. They will deduct the time you had the premium from your refund.
Today is July 18 2019 and nothing. Every time I call is a problem. The customer service representatives are rude and keep hanging up the phone constantly. It seems that is the same people that work in that department.

I was with another warranty company before but canceled because they declined my clime. Although that claim wasn't covered due to pre-existing, i had another claim recently that was covered by Infinite Auto. Definitely recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Worst warranty company ever!! They denied my claim after the inspector they sent made a mistake, and I’ve been battling with them for almost a month, while my car was sitting in the shop waiting for authorization to be worked on. This is BY FAR the worst and most difficult warranty conpany I dealt with, and I can’t even change companies without them flipping the bill for my repair on me so I would have to pay the whole amount out of pocket. And they didn’t even cover all of the cost, only 66%. Second visit, went to a dealership. Cost of an Audi authorized part was $200 and they only wanted to cover half of that because that's what the price is for a cheap Chinese part. Avoid!!!

What a horrible company! They try to get you to cancel the contract so they don't have to pay. They use the phrase "Pre-Existing" to get try and get out of their paying for a repair. I tried to look up the term in the contract and couldn't find it in the definitions.
So even though your vehicle meets the effect date and miles per the contracts declarations page, all they have to say is that the issue was pre-existing. They when you challenge them an extremely rude supervisor (think his name is Keith) calls, claims he's the "end of the end" in the supervisor chain, talks over you, claims you are trying to cheat the company, won't listen to your claim, tells you he is going to cancel the contract, and then rudely hangs up on you. I even asked several times about arbitration and he dodged the question and then hung up.
Don't buy their contract! They are not a trustworthy company. Read the other reviews. Yes they have 5 Star reviews which most likely are fake. The sales guy never mentioned effective date and miles. They should have their license pulled!

My vehicle has been broken down for now 10 days. Company is not doing as promised when warranty was purchased. When I purchase the warranty I was told that I would have a approval or denial within 2 hours. When original called in for claim they did not inform me nobody was in the office. Now they keep sending me around the office to people who have nothing to due with my claim and telling me that they will only cover 6 days of rental even tho they are the ones who are dragging out the process. They’ve sent a adjuster out 2 times. With the same results. They are trying ever way to not cover the repairs. I have not even put 5,000 miles on the vehicle since purchasing the warranty or truck. So no Maintance has been due. At 18 days they decided they were going to decline the claim for no reasons

Great work of claim department. Really bad coverage. Cover less than half of the labor. It’s better than nothing but I would look for an alternative auto insurance.

Make sure you read your contract really well before you complete your purchase. Example on my first claim with my Prime contract. Contract doesn't cover diagnosing the problem.

James Hanson did a great job explaining the contract coverage and cost for multiple terms. We received the final contact within the time frame as promised.

I recently purchased an extended warranty for my Tahoe. The process was much easier than I expected. They got me the coverage that I need for a great price.

Coverage seems pretty comprehensive with very reasonable deductible.

I have had a great experience with this company, and felt comfortable about the choice I made to purchase this vehicle warranty to replace my current extended warranty, which is scheduled to terminate some time next month. The problem I have is that my first payment was due to be deducted on February 5, 2019, but was deducted yesterday, practically a month in advance of the scheduled payment. My current warranty covers my vehicle completely through the month of January, 2019, and it was my understanding that the coverage from Infinite Auto Protection would commence on February 5th. I live on a fixed income and follow a pretty strict budget, and was not anticipating that expense at this point in time!! I reached out to the young man who initiated my policy, who did say that he'd notated on my account that payments are scheduled to be auto-deducted from my bank on the 5th day of the month as I specifically requested; he also promised to expedite the refund of that payment to my bank account. I have not yet had an opportunity to utilize the warranty, but I hope going forward that any confusion has been eliminated relative to payments.

This is a company everyone should stay away from.
I took my car to Infiniti dealer for oil change, the mechanics there noticed problems with Rack and Pinion and some other hoses that needed to be replaced. My policy with Infinite Auto Protection had just kicked in, a few days prior. Based on the contract I had with Infinite Auto Protection, all these issues could be covered. However, their claim department refused to pay for the repairs claiming that all those issues were pre-existing. For your information Infinite Auto Protection, if you sell a policy to owners of used cars with 50,000 + miles, it is highly possible that those cars are going to have pre-existing problems. If you're not willing to address those issues, then don't be in a business of selling Extended Warranties.
Long story short, I immediately cancelled by policy with them, currently waiting for my refund. By the way, their cancellation fee is supposed to be $25, however, I was charged $63.89 for mileage pro-rated amount. I had only put less than 500 miles on the car after I purchased my policy.

Glad I made the switch to Infinite Auto Protection. It was long overdue. So far, from what I’ve experienced, they are the most well rounded in areas of service, coverage options, and flexibility. I haven’t had any problems so far.
